This house had plenty of room for the whole family, was beautiful and private. I would recommend this rental to anyone that needed the extra room. The house having a kitchenette and additional living room on the second floor was very helpful. We would love to return sometime.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. The house is absolutely stunning! Close to town yet far enough away that the beach experience was still private and not overcrowded. The kids enjoyed the home and all of its games so much! The deck was a wonderful place to sit and play as well! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa beach. We got to experience the florida blizzard during our trip! It was a very short walk to the beach and it was nice to wake up to the views of the lake especially when the dock was covered with snow. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your home

Fantastic house, host, and location! The house was perfect all around, right across the street from the beach, and in walking distance to some of PCB’s amazing restaurants. Nina was responsive, super helpful, and made it easy throughout the entire duration of our stay. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Christina's beach house with our family of eight. The house itself is exactly as advertised, with great amenities including a pool and grill. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was particularly nice, well-equipped for cooking at home, which we really liked. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach or pool, making it easy to enjoy either. However, there were a few things to be aware of. After booking, we were required to sign an agreement that was heavily in favor of the host. While this didn’t pose any issues for us, it’s important to note that there are several fees if you don’t comply with certain instructions. Additionally, the cleaning fee was quite high, yet we were still expected to do some of the cleaning and laundry ourselves, which felt a bit too much. Despite these points, we had a wonderful time and Christina was a great host. I recommend this property, just be aware of stipulations.

I highly recommend renting this home! There are not enough star's to give it. It was so clean, beautiful, and the location was great. Everything listed on the description was exactly how we found things. Tyler was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect vacation. I will be saving this rental for further trips and will be glad to pass along to friends visiting Destin! We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Family of 11, grandparents, parents and grandchildren totally loved the house! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms in a beautiful house with lots of amenities including heated pool, kids playset, stroller, wagon, bicycycles, everything you need for the beach. Everything was clean and modern. Loved our stay!!

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! My friends and I had an amazing time. Tracie is by far the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was super responsive, kind, and accommodating. She gave tons of excellent recommendations for fun things to do and was flexible with check-in/check-out because we were flying in from Boston. Could not recommend this place more!!

Aimee’s place was just as described and very lovely. She was very responsive and sent one item which we requested within 24 hours. The furnishings were more substantial than most AirBnBs in quality and felt more like a real home. The pool was nice and relaxing.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful, it was exactly as described super clean and overall a great stay. There was an issue with the key at first, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly because the hosts were so responsive and quick to attend to our needs! We would be more than willing to come back and stay any year!

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.
