Beautiful view and such a pretty home! Loved the handpicked selection of things in the home and the plants. The big glass windows with a beautiful view of the ocean was such a treat!

The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

My husband, our daughter and her partner enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Barbara’s place. The views and sounds of the ocean were amazing! We strolled across the street for a long walk along Portuguese Beach, enjoyed cooking meals together, reading, hiking, soaking in the hot tub, the fabulous steam shower! The beds were quite comfortable and the layout of the living space was perfect with expansive views from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom. The 2 additional bedrooms and separate baths made it super comfortable for 4 adults and could easily imagine as well for 6. Not an issue but for awareness - when it rains the storm gutters are noisy, but otherwise it’s a super peaceful and serene experience. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its location and will definitely return!

We loved our stay! Peaceful and beautiful. There were a few issues with the electricity during our stay but we were made aware well in advance and everything was done to accommodate us during our stay despite the electrical issues. Curtis was responsive and communicative! The house is beautiful, well-stocked, and right on the water. We will be back!!

Redwood River house is a peaceful and inviting location to just be. The river running outside is a plus along with the majestic redwoods. It is quiet and comfortable.

Such a beautiful cabin, and beautiful surroundings! So unique to be literally right on the water, in sun and the rain … the tide going in and out; gas fireplace on a thermostat provided a lively climate inside during the chill. Hot tub on the deck … Great afternoon sun! Fine restaurants nearby for takeout or dine-in. Cabin is rustic in a charming way. We wanted for nothing. Tom was super responsive and was nearby so addressed a couple minor things very promptly. We felt very secluded tho there were other cabins nearby. We enjoyed this home thoroughly!

This was easily one of the best Bnbs I’ve stayed in. We ended up spending a lot of time at the place itself rather than going out. The view is incredible. There’s a lot of common space to hangout and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend this place.

A great spot with amazing views, and so quiet! The house was spacious and clean, as advertised. Can't wait to go back next time I want to play golf.

Stayed here with a geoup of friends and the location was great! About a 3 minute drive to Sonoma Coast Vineyards and The Fishetarian, very convenient! The home was just like the pictures. Cozy, plenty of room, and clean! Great views also. Our host Joe provided clear and detailed instructions on getting in, and all the needed details to make this a great stay.

Peaceful and beautiful area, house was nice, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed without issues. We enjoyed sitting outside with the fire-pit, relaxing, enjoying the ocean view, deer and birds. We liked walking around the neighborhood and the nearby beach. A short 10 min drive to get to other great hikes.

Craig's place was just as described. Amazing views and a great layout! A very comfortable place to enjoy our family vacation. Enjoyed golfing at the Links, walks to the beach and the restaurant, which has live music on Thursday nights. The location was great and we found some great spots for dining and exploring. The game room and hot tub were an extra bonus. Looking forward to going back!

Beautiful location, easy walk to the beach, the house was warm and cozy when we arrived, excellent heating system with individual heating control for different section of the house, great kitchen, the hot tub was all set when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable, nice bathrooms, and there were games and puzzles available to keep busy after sunset. We had a great stay and would come back.

Great place to stay for a peaceful getaway with the family. Everything seemed new and updated, but still felt comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful views from most of the house. Gas fireplace, private driveway, and 2 car garage with level 2 EV charger was a nice bonus. Charger plug is type-1 J1772, bring an adapter if you need the NACS (Tesla) style. Cell service in the entire area is bad but the WiFi inside the house was great, screenshot the password before you arrive. This house is also equipped with solar and backup battery so even if there was a power outage, which can be common in the area, we wouldn’t have known.

This place was beautiful, elegant and comfortable. The quiet home, fresh ocean air and gorgeous nearby beaches were an unforgettable slice of paradise.

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Beautifully appointed home looking out toward the golf course and ocean. A storm came in and we lost power, but the house has a generator that came on automatically and it was so cozy to be inside looking out! A comfortable home no matter the outside conditions. Also were able to enjoy a night outside around the fire pit. Great stay!

Large enough to accommodate our family get together ages 4 to 68 and Ozy the dog. Ocean view, heated spa, many board games & card games. Table tennis was a hit.

Perfect location for a quick getaway with the family. Took many walks on the beach, cooked dinner at the house. So close to the beach! We weren’t expecting sun in the forecast, but it ended up being sunny both days!

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cook ware. We enjoyed being such a short walk to the beach but we equally enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Its a beautiful place and people were very friendly. The host gave very clear, easy to follow instructions. Instructions were so good that there was no need to contact her during our stay!

This is a truly wonderful gem of a place, beautifully renovated historic house with great design! Beach view from the living room and views from other windows too. It is well located within a half block walk of the beach. Multiple outdoor sitting areas including the front areas with a beach view. I would stay here again and again. Judy responded lightning fast with helpful and kind replies too!
