This is the best air bnb we've ever stayed at. The hosts are wonderful. The house is very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can't recommend this house enough. Our fur babies even felt right at home.

The indoor space was quite amazing. The owner obviously took time and effort to make the space beautiful and usable. Beds were comfortable, lots of supplies to cook in the kitchen, and the home was spotless. The home was a lot larger than we had imagined, so gave us space to spread out. Jess was extremely responsive and quick when we had questions. The only improvement (which I passed on to Jess) was to make the path from the house to the hot tub easier to navigate (especially in the dark). She already stated that she is working on that as a project very soon. I would recommend this home to adults. There are some pieces of art and glass objects that I would not want small kids around, in case they break. The home is a 15 minute drive to downtown Sebastopol and about 35-40 minutes to downtown Sonoma.

Joan's place is magical — set amidst redwoods within walking distance of the center of Mill Valley, where there are plenty of restaurants, a good bookstore, and delicious coffee. The living/dining area has floor to ceiling windows...more like glass walls, and there's a spacious deck where you can watch the sunrise on a clear day and the stars at night. If you want to stay in a place that feels full of history and stories, there's no better place. This is the second time I've gotten to stay at Joan's for a work retreat, and it has been absolutely perfect both times. And Joan herself is utterly lovely and generous — an added delight to the experience.

We had an amazing stay at Dani And Luis’ place! The house and Air Stream were spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! The home and Air Stream were in an area of true country living. It was so quiet and dark at night, which made for peaceful sleeping. Dani was an outstanding host. She went above and beyond to make my experience memorable How amazing that I was able to bake such an important part of my son’s wedding in a kitchen that had everything I needed. Dani loaned me a Kitchen Aide Mixer and ensured that I had every cooking tool needed. The house had beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. There was nothing left out. Dani also made the most delicious lemon cake as a welcome gift. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It felt like my home away from home.

The house is stunningly beautiful - wood floors, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful tile work- in one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of California - a beaches and hiking trails that go on for miles. Definitely one of the nicest Air B and Bs that we have stayed at.

It’s a special experience staying at Little Castle. Not only is it a lovely house but it is equipped with everything you can imagine for a great stay. My family had our Thanksgiving during our stay and everything you can imagine to cook for and serve eleven people was available. Leslie was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend Little Castle enough if you are looking to get a large group together.

I stayed here with family for a very quick weekend in Sonoma County, and the house worked out very well for us (6 adults and 2 kids)! It was super clean with lots of amenities - plenty of towels, blankets, snacks, kitchen supplies, new appliances, etc. It's very much so in a quiet neighborhood and near downtown Cotati, so that was nice to be able to walk to! We all agreed we would stay here again if we were in the area and needed another space for a large group.

It met our needs perfectly. This was our 2nd stay here. It was clean, spacious, great attention to detail and very private. Great host! They are very attentive and friendly. We will be back!

This airbnb has a lot going for it. It is two blocks away from the train station, across the street from Whole Foods, one block from a very good mexican eatery that is well loved by locals, and within 10 minutes from downtown. But for someone having to downsize, Austin went above and beyond. I’m so glad I stayed here. To be helped when you need it most, that’s everything!

This studio was beautiful and pristine with a large bathroom! The most well-stocked rental we have stayed at. :) Perfect for me and my dog. We enjoyed the local surroundings and path (Lynch Creek Trail) behind the neighborhood. Plus we were only 30+ min from the coast (a beautiful drive also). Definitely recommend.

Delora is very friendly, and her place is the perfect getaway for a weekend to wine country! The windows truly do make it feel like you’re in a treehouse! Delora was extremely responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Jessica is very friendly and helpful! Location is great and place is very cozy!

Met our expectations. Large space for a studio, great well-supplied kitchen, nice balcony with a grill. Murphy bed was as comfy as a regular bed thanks to a thick mattress.

My husband and I stayed at Robin's Nest with our 2 year old daughter. We loved it! The place was so cute, relaxing, and felt like home! We appreciated the little touches that were child friendly, our daughter was so excited and made herself comfortable. Robin was very sweet and responsive. The beds were also very comfortable! Robin had everything we needed available and more! We will plan to make another trip to Santa Rosa again, and we look forward to staying at Robin's Nest in the future :)

Best Airbnb in Napa! Great location and the host has everything in the house that you could ask for.

What a delightful stay! Leda is a fantastic host, and her home is absolutely a great find. So quiet and safe. The house backs up onto a salt water lagoon—it’s a nature lover’s paradise. The beds are the best, excellent sleep is in your future here. The location is conveniently located to jump on the light rail to the ferry building and then San Francisco, or go to the Marin coast, or Sonoma. One should not let this opportunity pass by.

Had a fantastic stay at Janna’s place. It’s perfectly located and walkable to downtown Napa. Janna was kind enough to leave breakfast out for me and my partner before a very early half marathon race. The house was lovely and clean, and I’d be happy to stay again!

This is a small hotel very close to downtown Napa with lovely amenities including an in suite jacuzzi tub. It was a comfortable, private room and the owners are easy to communicate with. I would come back on another trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Dawna and Glen’s place! They were amazing hosts—very welcoming and thoughtful. Everything was perfect. The rooms are cozy, and we had the entire upper floor to ourselves, which gave us a lovely sense of privacy. They had tea, coffee, bagels, homemade jam, and more for us to enjoy—such a nice touch. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood where you can even hear the birds sing, and their backyard is super cute and relaxing. We were traveling as three adults and a 10-month-old baby and were a bit worried about night-time crying, but the hosts were incredibly understanding and accommodating—and thankfully, they didn’t hear a thing! The soundproofing is excellent—we didn’t hear much from downstairs, and they didn’t hear our baby at night either. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Just do it. Steve is not only a creative person who fills his home with art and engaging objects, plus a mesmerizing koi pond. He's also a warm and welcoming host who anticipated our needs so well and was extremely gracious. The place was great to stay in, and unlike any Airbnbs these days, it's actually his home and he actually wants to host you well. Steve's recommendations for what to do in the area are worth heeding as well.

Loved staying with John! The rooms were beautiful and clean and the price cannot be beat for downtown Napa. First Street is a prime location. You’ll feel safe and comfortable! John was very helpful and responsive to all of my needs. I’ll likely be back!

Susan and Dave were gracious hosts. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival, helping us to feel at home. Susan has thoughtfully attended to every detail, there is nothing we were in need of during our stay. Their hospitality extended to a continental breakfast to get our day started. The sitting area at the river's bank is so serene. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading a book after a day of running up and down the coast. We are very picky about mattresses, and found the bed very comfortable. We left a couple of items behind, which Susan and Dave were very kind to mail to us. Thank you Susan and Dave for adding to what was a spectacular vacation.

Susan was a wonderful host. The breakfast was great. Property was beautiful. Loved the animals and I will be back. 10/10 recommend staying here!
