Wow! This spot was such a gem. Super cozy spot nestled among the redwoods. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of love into the house. Every detail is comfortable and inviting. The location could not be more beautiful and peaceful. The light shining in through the fog and the redwoods in the morning is a special treat. We will definitely be returning - and we are excited to recommend Rascal's Flat to friends.

Overall, the place was amazing! My wife loved all the trees and scenery. She took a bath on the deck every night. It was very peaceful and private. I personally felt like the inside was a little small. The sauna was nice but it takes up half of the lodge. If the weather was cold or raining like did while we were there, there wasn’t much to inside. There isn’t really a seating area (unless you count the sauna) or tv. Quinn was very helpful whenever we had a question and was quick to respond and resolve any issues. The lodge is great for a couple who is trying to get away, unplug and relax. 5 stars!

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

Super cute little spot. Walking distance to Sonoma Plaza and it had a private hot tub. Good distance from some vineyards and wineries as well!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

Great location, right on the river! Centrally located with an easy drive to the coast (Bodega Bay), to wine tasting (Napa and Sonoma), to Armstrong Redwoods and to the City (SF). Enjoyed the warmth of the cozy fireplace and hot tub too. This is a charming little cottage which was stocked with all the comforts of home. We appreciate a rental with a comfortable bed and nice bedding which was present at this property. The host was easily reachable and responded quickly. Wonderful stay! Side note: If you are easily prone to motion sickness, be prepared as the roads in the area are pretty curvy.

What a great Air bnb! An amazing host and place! My daughter and I loved it. Very clean quiet and secluded. Everything was just as pictured. The host will bring us coffee every morning with sweets. Very cute and perfect for a getaway.

Our weekend getaway @ Linda's in Middletown was wonderful! The cottage was comfortable, the backyard and surrounding nature was beautiful, and Linda was a very welcoming host. Our dog had a wonderful time too :)

Host knocked it outa the park, appreciate it. The house itself was perfect and easy to fine, beds was comfortable and had everything ya needed. Toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind either 😂

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were exactly as listed and met all of our expectations. The truly best part of the stay was sleeping with the window open and being able to hear the river flowing below. Can’t put a price tag on that serentiy. Great location and would 5/5 recommend this for your stay!

Absolutely perfect getaway! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our babymoon. Alissa’s place is so beautiful and peaceful but we could drive to Santa Rosa for dinner and a concert in no time so it was the best of both worlds. We will definitely be back to stay here again! Oh and soaking in the claw foot tub under the redwoods was DIVINE!

We had a great time staying here. The property is very thoughtfully decorated. Karen was easy to communicate with and had great recommendations written down in a binder for us. The outdoor space is amazing with easy access to the river. We would love to return during the summer months.

We had a great and peaceful weekend. Conveniently located if you're looking to go between Point Reyes Station and Fairfax. It's a private and quiet spot with a stream running through it—imagine the soothing sounds of a babbling brook in the background.

The house was very comfortable and perfect for a family get away! I loved the proximity to the beach. She allows a dog which is great.

The excellent reviews for this property caught our eye and we were not disappointed. We stayed at the Creekside Cottage for a girls weekend (there were three of us), but the house could accommodate more). We felt spoiled with high-quality linens, an abundance of towels, radiant heat on the bathroom floor, and a well-appointed kitchen. The house is perfectly located for Healdburg activities, but it's lovely to be among the redwoods and near the creek (which was more like a rushing river during our stay). The rainy weather limited our use of the outdoor amenities, but we plan to come back so we can enjoy ALL the comforts of this lovely property!

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at the cottage! This was the most ideal location, in walking distance to everything and a grocery store a stone throw away! The house was clean and comfortable, we would definitely recommend and are also excited to return. Thanks Marta for being such a responsive host!

This is a very relaxing getaway. The outdoor spaces are the star. The pool is deep and refreshing but not too cold. The hot tub is pristine and had a wonderful view of the trees and creek, so great to unwind in. The outdoor shower has multiple modes and good hot water. Unlike other places we’ve stayed there are outdoor towel hooks which is something many places don’t bother to include. Lovely creek views, nice landscaping, and soothing water sounds. Great deck with outdoor table, chairs, umbrella, grill. Really enjoyed being here. The cottage itself is charming and the kitchen well stocked. The bathroom was the one minor disappointment in an otherwise lovely property, it was clean but dated. The fireplace is wonderful to curl up in front of and read and the view of stars at night was wonderful. Dream Sonoma left snacks and wine which made for a great movie night. Well located to Sonoma restaurants and attractions. Overall a very nice place to spend a weekend!

Enjoyed our stay here. Felt safe with the gated entrance. Location's great about a 12 minute drive to Healdsburg. Great space layout and enjoyed the fireplace in the living room.

We enjoyed the space; check in was quick and easy. If anything, the cottage was nicer and more welcoming than the pictures depicted. We had an emergency come up where we had to cut our stay short, and they were very kind and supportive. We would definitely stay again, and have no hesitation in recommending them as hosts.

What a fantastic place! My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend and couldn't have been happier. The cabin is cute, cosy, lovely and very functional. It has beautiful old world charm with modern amenities like nest heating. The deck is large and was wonderful sitting by the firepit at night. The view of the river and the redwoods was captivating. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely to walk around. Everything we needed was there and Amber was a delight to deal with and very communicative. We want to come back in summer time and think we found our favourite Russian River hideaway.

We had the most incredible stay at Tom's Redwood Oasis, Cottage C! It looked cute on Airbnb, but honestly, it’s even more charming in person. The cabin is perfectly thought out with everything you need for a cozy, peaceful getaway. It’s incredibly private, which made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. Our pups had an absolute blast exploring the property, and we couldn’t have been happier. The hot tub under the towering redwoods was pure magic – there’s really nothing like soaking in the warmth while surrounded by nature. We ended up never wanting to leave the property because it was so relaxing and peaceful. We will absolutely be back, likely every year for our anniversary. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a secluded, rejuvenating retreat!

The house feels like a cabin in the woods--it is quiet with a view of the river and thousands of stars above. We loved the wood-burning stove, the hot tub, and the cozy wood living room. It was close to downtown Healdsburg but felt like a mountain getaway.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The grounds were beautiful, staff friendly, and the cottage was very clean and comfortable. We hardly drove anywhere at all due to how close it was to town. This place has everything from umbrellas for rainy days to picnic baskets for day trips, wine glasses and bottle openers in the room, and even bikes! We enjoyed the fresh pastries in the morning too. Best weekend getaway we’ve had in a while!
