Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great! I stayed here with my little family of Four. Besides the easy access to the beach, the place was cozy and nice. We really appreciated the snacks, games, and amenities that were provided. Overall, the family enjoyed it and we had a blast.

Our stay with three boys and our pup was perfect for spring break. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance yet the cottage was peaceful and private. We loved the fenced in backyard.

This was a very clean, and peaceful slice of paradise. Everything was immaculate, and honestly felt so homey in a coastal granny kinda way. We regretted only spending 3 nights! We found it easy to cook our own meals with the kitchen supplies provided and loved the fire pit. *don’t miss out on a meal at Shaggys though!*

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Coral Crab! The townhome was located in a quiet community with an easy walk to the beach and an easy 1.5 mile drive to the nearest dog beach. We brought our pup along to this pet friendly rental and we all enjoyed the space. The kitchen was large enough and well-stocked for frequent cooking. The garage was full of great beach accessories which we took advantage of. Jennifer was a lovely and professional host and we would happily return. :)

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

This house is great! Super walkable to the beach and not a busy neighborhood. The game room is a really fun addition along with the two porches that guests can enjoy with views. Also, a lot of accessible places near like Publix, coffee shops, souvenir stores, etc.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed staying here! I love the verticality of the home. It's great! It was easy to get in and out of the condo complex, and it's a short walk (or drive -- there's free parking along the road nearby) to the gulf side of Pensacola Beach. I had some work meetings while I was there and it took me all of 5 minutes to get from the beach back to the house. There are many restaurants and convenience stores a walk or short drive away. I love that it's on the quieter side of the island but not far away from anything. The place was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the balconies for having morning coffee and watching the sunset. The living room has a large couch that is very cozy. The host was very attentive and accommodating. My girlfriend arrived early, so this was a godsend because I arrived much later than planned. The only downside to our stay was some morning construction noise at an adjacent unit, which may be an issue if you have small kids or are a late riser.

Beautiful, serene location. Quiet neighborhood but still minutes away from activities and restaurants. The backyard opens into a private path to the gulf- easy access and only steps away. The outdoor shower was really nice to wash the sand off after playing at the beach all day. We also rented the golf cart. It was super convenient to transport our beach gear the ocean side. We didn’t get to utilize the pool but we did walk by and it was clean, well maintained & easy access. We had no issues in which we needed to reach out to the host but she was excellent to communicate with prior to visit and even messaged us mid trip to ensure our visit was going well. Her hospitality was appreciated and can be felt throughout the home. Book this location you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blue Jay. I appreciated the close walk to the beach and the peaceful bay behind. We enjoyed viewing dolphins in the bay. The pool was nice and not overly crowded. Wendy’s place had everything we needed. We will be back!

Amazing stay! The location was perfect—close to everything and easy to walk places. The space itself was incredibly spacious, allowing 15 adults to stay comfortably. The pool was amazing 10/10 recommend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and relaxing home. We had planned on visiting several local restaurants but we quickly discovered we didn’t want to leave the Airbnb other than for the beach, which was so quick and easy to get to. We’ve already recommended it to friends and look forward to returning!

Fun place and nice location. It's on the sound side there's the sound beach right in front of the place and the ocean beach is just a short walk across the street. Internet can be slow for streaming, beds are old and crunchy. The management company makes you do extra stuff before check in like send them your email and then you get some reservation code you then log in their website and fill check their boxes, then you got to go to their office to pick up keys. I wouldn't book them again through airbnb, I'd just book through their website and save some money. They are nice.

Great place to host 6 Directors for a strategic planning retreat. Can’t control the weather or we would have met outside the entire time on the amazing patio overlooking the bay. We spent as much time in this great space as we could. Rules were simple and straightforward. Amazing kitchen. Came highly recommended and we feel same way after our stay.

Great stay! We had an amazing time in Navarre. It’s just a short distance drive over the bridge to the beach. Lots of things to do at the house as well. Fishing pier was great as well and lots of fish were seen. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided as well. Would definitely stay here again. Great for the whole family.

This beautiful and peaceful place was absolutely perfect! Having your own private beach overlooking the bay was incredible. The home was lovely and we felt right at home. Donna was very responsive to my questions and made excellent recommendations for dinner. It’s a very quiet location, but close enough to drive to the downtown area. We loved staying here and will definitely return in the future.

We had a great time! The golf cart worked great and the elevator was a fun perk. The house was very clean. Charlette was very responsive at check in and very accommodating. We would love to stay again sometime!

Our stay was fabulous! The place was very roomy and open. I LOVE the access to the beach. It was nice to be able to use the furnished beach chairs and umbrellas. The view was just beautiful. I had a question about the wifi and got an immediate response!! We'd like to visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed the stay! The house is beautiful and we loved being on the canal. Our adult son fished and crabbed in the canal. The owner had everything from poles to traps which made it easy! There were tons of beds and plenty of space. We will be back again!

We were struggling with our vacation schedule and must have reviewed 100 properties and finally decided upon Hannahs home. The property is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for us. The way the house was decorated, the cleanliness, the location, the price....all unbelievable. I can not say enough about Hannah as a host. She is a great communicator, was so helpful and truly provided a welcoming feeling to us so that we could get away and enjoy. As an additional bonus, her neighbors are fantastic. Sometimes when you stay at properties there is this awkward relationship but they reached out and asked us if we needed anything and shared some stories and we now have some new friends. If you want privacy you will get it. If you want a welcoming area you will get it. We will be back and looking forward to staying at Hannahs property in the near future! Mike T
