My son was graduating A school and Larry/Kelly’s place was perfect. It was super close to the base, plenty of restaurants near by. Cozy and comfy, no complaints. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

The Pensacola Pelican Retreat was a great place to stay! The cottage was very comfortable and relaxing. Vicki and her husband were great hosts, and there were plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable and fun. All the appliances are newer and worked great. The A/C was quiet and kept the cottage comfortable. The kitchen and bath were nice, with updated plumbing and fixtures. There are many outlets throughout—didn’t have to look far to plug in a computer, etc. WiFi was fast with good coverage throughout the cottage. The back deck was roomy, and we made use of the gas grill. We really enjoyed the shade from the variety of trees on the property. The neighborhood was safe and quiet—we walked much of it. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, and downtown is an easy 10-minute drive. Pensacola Beach is an easy 15-minute drive with lots of free parking at the public beach. Lots of great local attractions (too many to list). We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay at Bonnie's Cottage. Great neighborhood to walk around in to admire the huge trees! Small kitchen area , comfy bed and nice shower. Plenty of available books to browse through. Didn't get to enjoy the pretty Yard as it rained pretty much my two days. Met Bonnie and she is very pleasant.

I love staying at Jean’s (I’ve stayed here several times) - it’s very comfortable, lots of extras in the kitchenette & bathroom. I loved the deck for breakfast or relaxing before dinner. It’s walking distance to Joe Patti’s seafood , the newly renovated Bruce Beach & Blue Wahoos Stadium. Jean is so friendly (& her little dog Scruffy too) - I enjoy our talks together! I’ll be back!

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

It was a cute & clean place to stay for a couple of nights! Location was nice, close to places to eat and not too terribly far from the beach and pier.

This was the cutest little cottage. Once I walked in, it felt like I had stepped into a coastal beach magazine. Everything was perfect! The backyard was very private and peaceful. Stephanie and Freddy had a book for local spots to see and great places to eat. We had a fabulous time and will definitely try and stay at one of their locations when back in the Pensacola area!

We stayed for a long weekend at the Blackwater Bungalow-such a charming lil cabin! Absolutely loved it & our stay. Pool in the park was a treat & was so refreshing. Beaches are an easy drive, as are local supermarkets. Locals are friendly in this area. I’m not sure what kind of mattress is on the master bed in this sweet cabin, but man-did my husband & I sleep like babies—so comfortable & perfect! Thank you for a delightful stay, Robert! We had a terrific time on our vacation & stay in your Air BnB.

Gia is a fantastic host! Very communicative throughout our a whole stay very informative about the area! Very clean space! Perfect space for 2 people!

Perfect cabin for 2. I was impressed with everything that was included in the cabin. I wish I was there for more than one night .

The coconut cottage overall was a very nice place to stay! I would recommend it for a couple trip or solo trip. It felt very private inside the tiny home which is what I wanted. The patio has nice seating with pretty hang lights at night. There is also a cat who will come up to you when you arrive. The place feels like it's built well and is beautifully decorated (as the pictured) that makes you feel at home! In the kitchen there are plenty of silverware/ kinves to cut up fruit or whatever you need. Loved the kitchen sink. Full size fridge is a huge plus, with a working freezer! I recomend you bring your own stove top or griddle, seasonings, oil, cutting board, sauces or condiments, and tea packets. The blinds by the bed do not block much light, so you will wake up when the sun rises. Also, the street on the side of the house has constant fast moving traffic so it's best to park in front of the house right next to the tree, at least 1 car length away from the end of the road.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with our hosts and the place itself! Cort was very responsive and kind. Everything about our stay was perfect. The place was convenient to everything, clean, and so cutely decorated! Would highly recommend and gladly stay again!

I had an amazing stay at Clara's Cottage! The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The space was exactly as described—if not better—super cozy and comfortable. Clara was an incredible host; she was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions I had. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient spot to stay!

The cottage was everything Foxy Vacations hosts said it would be. Very cute, clean and well supplied with kitchen and bed/bath supplies. Could have used written instructions on how to use the smart thermostat.

Mike & Dianne were awesome hosts and the guest suite was adorable! I stayed for a month and it had everything I needed! It’s super close to downtown - a 5 minute drive. The perfect little getaway spot for your Pensacola trip.

Great place to stay, easy to find and get into. Mallory and Rick were responsive and quick to answer any questions. The place inside is super cute and the bed is fantastically comfortable! Right in the middle of downtown and a quick drive away from the beach or the base!

The Peaceful Cottage at Pensacola is a perfect retreat! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and truly lives up to its name—so tranquil and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was quiet and relaxing amd in a beautiful area. Marty was very responsive to our questions about the area. We will definitely return.

We booked a super last minute trip and Malika responded almost immediately! She was very kind and made sure our stay was perfect. We forgot a few things after checkout & she was understanding, still answered fast about letting us come back by. Definitely recommend booking with her, we definitely will again!
