A great hideaway in Conquistadores. About a 10 minute walk from Unicentro and 15 from Parques del Rio. It's well situated for you to go to la 70 or other parts of Laureles to have drinks and great dining experiences or down to El Poblado and Provenza if that's more what you prefer while you have a quiet place to relax and wind down. There are a few grocery stores nearby and the kitchen is well-furnished for cooking. Having a washer and dryer is anyways phenomenal when making longer visits. Luis David is very responsive and helpful and had the place perfectly ready for arrival. The furnishings and location provide a wonderful and comfortable ambiance for a home away from home, definitely would come back again.

If you’re first time visiting to Medellín with little Spanish speaking, this place is perfect fit. Laura and the entire team are so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and they speak English. Overall service is incredible. The rooftop has great view to hang out. There are so many places to eat and the food is amazing. One thing to note is if you’re very sensitive to noise, make sure to book the back end of the apartment cuz there’s a metro running. I didn’t have any problem with noise. I definitely recommend this place.

Grate location to start your adventures from. The place was clean, super livable and such a great place get some rest and relaxation.

Love this place! Felt right at home and had no issues not to far from the main attractions. Will definitely recommend and even stay again when I come back to Medellin! I’ve been Colombia before and Medellin is by far my favorite. Didn’t have no issues with house at all. Oh and if you’re worried about the room with the fan DON’T really good fan.

La casa está en un tercer piso, una zona privilegiada y tranquila a la cual se pueden visitar muchos destinos y quedan muy cerca para andar a pie, la seguridad y tranquilidad de la casa son únicas la recomiendo nosotros fuimos desde Costa Rica y estuvimos 8 días y fue como estar en casa

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Medellín. Luis es un host sumamente comprometido por dar un excelente servicio. Siempre esta a disposición para cualquier duda, consejo, recomendación y/o tours que el mismo ofrece, y a buen precio (comparado con mas proveedores). Las fotos de la casa no le hacen justicia al inmueble, es sumamente amplio y cómodo. Con diversidad de cuartos y recamaras muy espaciosas. Los Laureles es una muy buena zona para quedarse si estas de visita en Medellin, rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas, centros comerciales, y demás. Una zona sumamente tranquila, ideal para todo tipo de huespedes (familiares o grupo de amigos). En fin, excelente experiencia. Cien porciento recomendado!

Fantastic Host & Small Touches The host greeted us warmly, and we appreciated the filtered water, so no need to buy bottles. Highly Recommend! A perfect stay in every way. Jacob's place is phenomenal. The views are unbeatable and the property itself is so enjoyable to explore. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts, Jacob and Sonia, were extremely helpful, kind and responsive. I truly could not have pictured or hoped for a better stay!!

La calidez, don de servicio, la comunicación tan optima acompañado de vuestras atenciones y de unas fotos reales a lo que se encuentra uno como huéspedes son la mejor justificación. Me encanto la ducha turbo de la habitación principal, el ventilador de techo (Jesús! Que frescura la de la habitación, nada que envidiarle a un aire acondicionado), Wi-fi súper rápido, (tome mis reuniones sin ningún problema de conexión), barrio silencioso y seguro, cocina súper dotada, ubicación excelente! Fuimos al Poblado en 15 minutos, y a la vía principal de laureles en 10! Buenos restaurantes y sitios de rumba! Y de comodidades todo óptimo, de hecho hay unos súperservicios que te hacen domicilio y suben las cosas al apto! Tendré en cuenta tu apto para cuando viaje a Medellín! Todo muy rico!

I had a wonderful time staying here with some friends from the area. The view from all balconies was amazing and it was great to fall asleep to all the lights. I ran into Olga in the lobby and it is the first time I have ever met my host, she talked to us all like we were friends for years and it felt great to have such a warm, open, kind spirited individual to host me. I cannot wait to return here again to stay! Lots of things to do, the park is 10-15 minute flat walk and lots of places for parche in the barrio

great place to stay. little hard to find from directions and google. Security was great. you are in central juat know that. alot of homeless and crackheads walking around but the air bnb is safe.

This airbnb was great! It's in a safe neighborhood with a lot of restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store on the next street. Our flight was moved up 4 hours, and the host was able to accommodate us so we could check in early. The apartment is beautiful and just like the pictures with thoughtful extra touches. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Medellin!
