This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

Heather thank you so much you are a great host and your place was home away from home. We had a wonderful family vacation and really appreciate how clean and comfortable your was for us!!!

This was the cutest studio apartment in the perfect location that gave us the perfect mix of quiet and peace, with the beach right up The road. It was perfect for our family of three but would also be great for a family of four or a small group of 4. The host was responsive and everything was clean and as described in the listing. We would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in this condo! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants! Beautiful view on the patio. Place felt very homey and so many kitchen accessories which was so nice! They really thought of everything! Only downside is the resort fee. Seems like he is the only person who does this seperate fee upon talking to other resort guests and looking at other places on Airbnb at the same resort. Not sure it was worth the extra fee since there weren’t any amenities other than a heated pool. However we did love our stay and would stay with Joe again!

We went for a quick getaway and his place was right on the strip, easy to find, and near the public beach.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay here! Such a peaceful location with a beautiful view! So close to the beach and walking path. Close to needed amenities, even though we cooked most of our dinners we tried some amazing lunch spots! We also enjoyed walking to get açaí bowls and took the entire walk back on the beach. We already want to plan our next visit! Kim was also great with communication- we felt so welcomed!

Alma and Michael have a charming homey home. If you like peaceful and homey this is your place! Very attentive to your stay. Very pleased with our stay. Beautiful short walk to the beach!!

I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Great space with lots of sleeping arrangements. Hot tub was perfect, patio area was perfect, had a great (take something leave something) fridge and pantry set up. It was just perfect

Excellent place to stay with your family! My husband and I came with our 3 children and my second born came along with her family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids greatly enjoyed the pool and the fire pit in the yard. There was a lot of s’mores made! The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Super close to many places to take the kiddos while on vacation. Communication was also excellent! Matthew was very quick to respond with any questions. We stay in many Airbnb’s and VRBO’s and I have to say this home was one of our favorites! Hope to be back again soon!

We visit the Sunnyside - Laguna - PCB area 2-3 times a year and have for the past five years, and this was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The golf cart was a huge bonus, making it super convenient to get around. We also really appreciated the attention to detail—especially the Mochamaster automatic pour-over coffee machine. It’s always a treat when hosts appreciate good coffee! The backyard was incredibly private, peaceful, and beautiful. The hot tub was another amazing perk. Since the beach was a little too cold during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time in the backyard, and honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. It was the perfect place to relax. We hope to come back soon!

This place was perfect! good neighborhood, close by to everything and the house was beautiful and very clean. Very comfortable stay for the price. The hose was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in PCB. You get a taste of the beach but not the crowd! I can’t wait to return. Don’t miss out on booking this place! Worth every penny.

My family and I had a great time and stay! It was a great spot 3 mins away from the beach and the location had a pool right in front. Also, a minute away from activities such as miniature golf and arcade for the little ones. The place was clean, comfortable and kid friendly.

Mary was an excellent responsive host. She answered my questions clearly and always responded promptly.

Exactly what the listing says !! The view - OMG ! You could hear waves crashing all the way in the master bedroom ! The lobby was clean , pools clean , great area, easy access to everything ! We booked at the last minute and Julie text within minutes approving our stay ! It was so easy to work with her ! The kids LOVED the built in bunk beds with their OWN TV’s!! Fully stocked kitchen was awesome!! We hardly had to leave since we had everything we needed there ! I have already sent this listing to multiple people when they vacation in Destin ! Could not have been more pleased !!

Beautiful view of both ocean and bay. We couldn’t get enough of it. Enjoyed oversized balcony. Luxurious vibe, to entire squeaky clean condo. Full kitchen with all the appliances , pots n pans and cutlery. Clear instructions and immediate response from host to any questions we had. everything went smoothly. Had a great relaxing time at this resort condo.

Jodie was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped at all, and it was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. It’s very close the beach, and the complex felt safe.

We had to alter our camping plans at Fort Pickens because of the weather last minute. this place was in the perfect place at the perfect time to let us salvage the trip.

our stay was perfect. The resort was everything Tufan said and more. We can't wait to come back.Hopefully next time for a 2 months.

Nice location for adults stay. The pool is good for stays in the summer but not heated or indoor for kids during spring break. Quiet and not overcrowded. One elevator was in and out with working while there. The storage room downstairs was a great plus!
