Great place to stay! The property is well-maintained, and I absolutely loved the aesthetic vibes throughout the home. I really enjoyed the natural light piercing through the sunroom and spent most of my time in the covered patio area. I also appreciated the peaceful location; it felt like we were the only ones on the street. I will definitely revisit soon!

I would 100% recommend this beautiful house to anyone! We were moving to the area and needed a place to stay until our house was ready and I couldn’t have picked a better one. It’s close to everything and has all the essentials (and more) you’d need for a great stay! My kids loved the pool and miniature golf is right there too! Courtney was amazing! She responded immediately and was so kind and incredibly helpful! We will absolutely be recommending her home to guests that come our way to visit!

This beautiful place was awesome! The hosts are great and there are extra touches that normally are not provided that make it very convenient! The neighborhood is lovely, peaceful, and close to everything. We will stay again! Thank you Chris and Ashley!

Kelly's place was perfect for our family of 4 plus our 2 toy poodles. The location is convenient and very close to the beach. The pool / back yard area was our favorite. It is fenced and gated making it feel very private. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot! The home was stocked with everything you need to cook / grill. Also, a huge plus is that there are beach chairs, goggles, sand buckets, bikes, boogie boards, floats, and even a shade tent that we were able to use during our stay rather than having to go buy those things to take to the beach. The house was clean and smelled good upon arrival. Bed linens were clean and free of pet hair. (We have found this is hard to come by when staying in pet friendly units.) Overall, I would highly recommend Kelly as a host & would recommend this home when visiting Panama City Beach!

It was such a beautiful clean house!! It felt like home and was an easy walk to beach!! Great grocery store near by and breakfast/lunch spot across from beach! Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful trip.

Everything was as described. Hosts were fantastic. Proximity to park and doggy beach across the street was a huge plus for the pups. Blackstone griddle, firepit, projector and screen on the back patio made for an awesome family movie night. Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at Sabrina’s place. It was just as described and pictured. We loved taking in the view from the front porch. Our kids loved using the kayaks. Sabrina always responded quickly to our questions. We visit the Pensacola/Perdido area often, and we will definitely keep Sabrina’s place in mind for future visits.

This was my first time booking with Rachel but it certainly won't be my last. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Rachel was very hospitable and makes you feel right at home. I enjoyed my stay.

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

This was the cutest studio apartment in the perfect location that gave us the perfect mix of quiet and peace, with the beach right up The road. It was perfect for our family of three but would also be great for a family of four or a small group of 4. The host was responsive and everything was clean and as described in the listing. We would definitely stay again.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Pensacola was a very nice place to visit and tour. Coming back each evening to a comfortable place and sitting on the porch was great. Sarah provided a timely backup for the TV connection when required. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay sooo much, the dogs enjoyed the space as well. We will defiantly be back. This place is secluded, and right outside of town. Enjoyed the quietness.

Extraordinary hosts!!!! The cottage was fully stocked, and very cleaned. They welcome you and allow you to walk their beautiful area as if it’s yours. Loved going out to the water every morning with my pups and on canoe rides. They welcomed my fur babies even when they were naughty and not listening. I could go on and on about this couple. We definitely plan to book with them again!!!

They provided all of the info I could ever need but what they didn't tell us was how absolutely magical this place is. We all got exactly what we needed from this trip to the river and it's obvious how much love went into making this house a home away from home. We will absolutely be back.

Such a beautiful and peaceful cabin! Everything was spotless when we arrived. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. My absolute favorite was the outdoor fire pit, perfect for s’mores! We were only about a 20 minute drive from the beach and enjoyed exploring the nearby area as well. We will be back!

This place was absolutely amazing! The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

This place was perfect for our group. It felt very cozy and cared for. The attention to details by the host was very thoughtful. The backyard is massive and beautiful! So many features that we enjoyed, my son loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the patio! Loved how there was a playpen and high chair for my little one. Would love to return when in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at the Joe's fish camp and it was central to the events that we attended. The place was exactly as described. The enclosed back porch and dock were a great place to hangout and view the birds and wildlife in the area... very peaceful and quiet!
