We will definitely book this condo again! It was bright, cheery, CLEAN and well equipped! The location is as close to being on the beach as can be without being on the beach. We clocked it at an easy, lovely, peaceful 3 minutes! Our pool is fabulous! The property staff were friendly and helpful. The resort has so much to explore and enjoy. We always felt safe and anyone we encountered was so friendly!

Had a great stay here. Place was exactly as expected, check in was better than expected considering we got in at 1am. The security staff was fantastic at providing everything needed. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was a bit more things like soap, shampoo for the bathrooms, and maybe coffee supplied but this was only a problem because our flight was delayed until 1am arrival and everything in town was closed for the night. However it was amazing that there was laundry soap supplied because the airlines left our bags out in the rain so we had to do laundry at 2am. So just having in-unit laundry might’ve saved our marriage. Haha. Thanks again - Mike

We traveled here for our wedding with a total of 9 people. The wedding date changed last minute and Karuna was very flexible and helpful to help accommodate that. The property was very nice and the kids loved that the beach & pool were so accessible. The condo had all the necessary amenities. Wonderful place to stay!

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

Great experience! It was our first time renting a beach house! Love the outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand love the paint color all throughout the house, open concept, had a great time on the bikes that comes with the house, Tim offers beach chair, beach towels and much more with the house. Book gembythe sea!

A wonderful stay at Heather’s. My parents (ages 77 and 73) came along with my family and I for spring break. I have two boys (ages 6.5 and 3). The house was great for older people with it being one level. The boys LOVED the pond in the back as they got to see turtles every day from the kitchen window. Having the golf cart was awesome when we wanted to go to Baytowne Warf and the beach. Baytowne Warf is the neatest place. So many restaurants, stores and fun things for the kids to do. We got ice cream there every night ☺️ In the evenings there are fun events there as well. It’s just so cool. I’m a person that asks a lot of questions and Heather was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Wow, what a place! The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had all the bells and whistles. It would have been even better if there was an outdoor pool table. We didn’t use the game room to its fullest extent because it was on the second floor and we spent the majority of the time downstairs and outside, but that’s a minor observation. Although it seemed a little pricey upon first observation, by week’s end it seemed more like a bargain. Our host was very responsive to a problem or two we had. Beach access was fantastic and we were close to some excellent restaurants. The best experience was the fire pit on the beach, It rocked! You can’t go wrong with this one. Well worth the price.

Great host and the home was conveniently located to beaches and local restaurants. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and all the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely rent again in the future! 😊

Chris and Jamie listed their property accurately and it was as advertised. My guest who joined in a birthday getaway for my fiancee loved it as well. The kitchen was the heartbeat as we all enjoyed breakfasts and a final night dinner. I also got an opportunity to use the egg grills across the street to warm pre made ribs I brought with me for our day at crab island. I would & am truly recommending this property to all review readers.

This was such a nice place to stay and VERY QUIET, almost too quiet in a good way! It was clean, there were snacks, and everything I needed for my weekend stay. I would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect stay for family vacation or just a group trip …close to everything…friendly neighbors…plan to book this exact one in a couple weeks.

Place was great and served my family of 6 very well (2 adults and 4 young kids). The location is pretty awesome, very convenient for a variety of things. The golf cart is another bonus, was very nice to be able to zip around and explore and it’s just a short drive to Walton dunes beach.

This was our third year staying at Michele's and it just keeps getting better. The new golf cart was a special treat this year, which we enjoyed every chance we could. Her place is like a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped and really lacks NO cooking utinsels. In fact the whole place lacks nothing! We hope to stay there many times in the future because you cannot go wrong staying there. Thank you Michele!!

We took our kids and grandkids (6 years and 3 years old) to this property and it was an awesome stay for all of us. Plenty of things for the kids to do and lots of space for adults to be together as a group or go off by themselves and read or relax quietly. Upon arrival, signage for the buildings is not displayed adequately so getting to the right building was a little tricky. Parking is free for two vehicles so be aware that there is a fee for any cars over 2. David was helpful in getting our extra parking pass even when the front desk did not have it on file upon arrival. David took care of the issue immediately and I am thankful. The actually property was clean, spacious and provided comfortable sleeping arrangements. The stay was very peaceful and quiet without distracting noise and the view is amazing! Thanks for a great week!

excellent communication and beautiful condo, extremely clean, the kitchen has everything to cook from pans and pots to even spices and olive oil, the back is a way straight to the village, plenty of towels and also has 2 extra beach foldable chairs, shampoo and conditioner and body wash already stocked in each bathroom, our family had a blast, will definitely book again with angela and Jhon

The place was great! The view was perfect. The Oasis was a hit with the grand babies and the concert venue was a hit with the older kids! The Wharf has tons to keep everyone happy. Darlene’s place had it all and was the perfect stay for our entire group! We will book again!

Wonderful place good people everything was pretty smooth and easy will definitely be staying again. I do think there should be some extra things supplied like extra trash bags or some available other than the 1 bag supplied in the can. If someone is staying for just a few nights they shouldn’t be responsible for buying an entire box of trash bags for the 2-3 days they will be there and will probably only use 2-3 bags for trash. Other than that everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay here. There were all the amenities you could need in the kitchen as well as other things what made you feel right at home. I especially enjoyed the touch of including games, puzzles, and books. The place was clean on arrival and easy to access and Robert provided clear instructions on how to get there. Glad I chose this location as my first Airbnb booking.
