Pros: Sarah's place was so comfortable that it felt like home! It had both chic modern updates and unique vintage details. I appreciated having ceiling fans in each room, comfortable bedding, blackout curtains, fantastic water pressure, lots of natural lighting, kitchen/laundry essentials, and surround sound in the living room. Sarah is a very responsive host, with clear communication and instructions. Cons: Unfortunately, we did not spend much time on the private beach. The walkway to get there was a little uneven and hard to cross with our dogs, but the property was close enough to other beaches in Pensacola and Destin. Overall, it was a lovely property, and we enjoyed our stay!! Thank you again, Sarah!

Spent a week in Pensacola in March: lovely location for our stay, with the bayou just across the road for some fishing and walks along the footpath. We got to see the Blue Angels fly over the area and watched the dolphins playing in the water. The house is well-appointed and comfortable, very peaceful too. Bikes, kayaks, chairs, beach towels etc were available for our use. Close to shops & restaurants and the Naval Air Station. We were in town for some planned events so were not able to make full use of all the available amenities at the house for the entire week but enjoyed the time we were there. Great communication from hosts prior to our arrival, and no issues during our stay so had no need to contact them for anything. Check in and check out super easy.

This is the best place we have stayed in 30A! It is so nice, new, clean and cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is an awesome private dock right out the back door. The wonderful oaks around the house make it feel like you’re in a treehouse! Ann could not have been more helpful. We loved it!

We had a great stay while visiting our daughter who is currently stationed at NAS Pensacola. The base is only about 15 minutes from the house which was great! Super convenient location, Close to beaches, shopping (target and Walmart are just around the corner!) The Hosts are very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The back yard was great for our dog! The neighborhood felt very safe. Try Badass Hawaii coffee, just up the street, so good!! A+ stay!

This was our second year to return to this special home. We fished from the dock, went kayaking, watched dolphins and beautiful sunsets. Nature is right out the door. Our dog loves the backyard and even learned how to use the doggy door. The house was perfect for spending time with family in a comfortable setting. Don’t forget to look up at the stars at night. The beaches are only 30 minutes away. We have enjoyed our time at Danielle’s home.

This PLACE is Beautiful, Peaceful all throughout the day and night, we enjoyed fishing and kayaking, plus the fire pit was so lovely at night. Great place we will be booking again real soon.

We loved Pelican Landing! It was the perfect peaceful beach getaway for our large group of 12 people! Plus it had every beach accessory you could ever need- beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, bikes, and more! Janice was very friendly and responsive. We had some A/C issues but she was very prompt to send out multiple HVAC technicians the day of, and even provided a free day of golf cart use for the trouble. We highly recommend this house and host!

I cannot say enough about Walter’s gorgeous waterfront home. We’ve traveled to this area for over 15 years and never had accommodations so peaceful, spacious, and close to everything. The home was large enough for my husband and I and three teenagers. Plenty of room for us all to be together in the main living areas and outside space (absolutely stunning) but also have enough privacy when we wanted it. There are four local restaurants within walking distance, and we loved starting our mornings watching dolphins playing in the canal and various birds looking for breakfast. The dock is the perfect place to enjoy sea breezes, sunshine, and the sea without being suffocated by large crowds. Cannot recommend Walter’s home enough for virtually any grouping 8 and under. We especially loved the large laundry room with a second fridge for all the beach beverages and easy laundering. We can’t wait to return!

We felt right at home in this cottage. We were able to bring our 2 little fur babies too which made the vacation that much more enjoyable. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the cottage and the creek in the backyard. Even caught quite a few fish! We enjoyed a nice fire in the supplied fire pit and made s’mores! Pirates cove was a very convenient local beach area and the public beach was just a short drive from the cottage. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we hope to have the chance to be able to come back to stay here again!

10/10 would recommend! Our 1st airbnb canceled on us 2 weeks before our girls trip and Todd was quick to respond to get us into his place! We were so thankful for them!! SO thankful to have a golf cart during our stay! The heated pool and jacuzzi was a plus also! The beds were comfortable and the house was also clean. Definitely will stay here again, it was perfect!

Kimberly’s place couldn’t have been more perfect for what my family needed! Great location, extremely clean, and stocked with everything we could need. Check in was seamless and she was very quick to respond with any questions I had. I hope to stay here again!

Everything was great!

Lovely place with a large yard very well kept and organized inside and out! Our host, Suzanne, was very responsive and proactive with communicating directions and answering any questions we had. Overall we had an excellent stay and a wonderful vacation!

We once again had a wonderful trip. We got to meet Mr. Joe while he was taking the Lab for a stroll. We enjoyed the conversation with him. Charcoal was used last night with some delicious Burgers abd Brats. Just missed the rain and storm coming in and ate and played some Rummy cube. Weather was great during our stay. My brother and our spouses had a very relaxing fun trip. Caught some rays, cats and two crabs. Fun fun time! Thank all of you for a relaxing peaceful trip at your place!

Absolutely loved the place. it was like driving up to a magical fairy place. The suite was beautiful. Annie was quick to respond to any questions and was even let us know the place was ready for early check in. Buddy was so nice. I wish that we hadn't been on the go the whole time because it is a perfect place to sit back and relax.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

Extraordinary hosts!!!! The cottage was fully stocked, and very cleaned. They welcome you and allow you to walk their beautiful area as if it’s yours. Loved going out to the water every morning with my pups and on canoe rides. They welcomed my fur babies even when they were naughty and not listening. I could go on and on about this couple. We definitely plan to book with them again!!!

They provided all of the info I could ever need but what they didn't tell us was how absolutely magical this place is. We all got exactly what we needed from this trip to the river and it's obvious how much love went into making this house a home away from home. We will absolutely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Joe's fish camp and it was central to the events that we attended. The place was exactly as described. The enclosed back porch and dock were a great place to hangout and view the birds and wildlife in the area... very peaceful and quiet!
