We had a pleasant stay at Gracy’s place. The private village provided a quiet and peaceful environment, which made our stay more relaxing. The house was nice and suited our needs for our price. There were a couple of minor issues. The TV had some lines on the screen, and the master bedroom curtain had a noticeable cut. However, these didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, it was a good experience. We appreciate Gracy’s responsiveness throughout our booking and recommend this place for those looking for a budget-friendly stay in a quiet location.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

sobrang cozy ng loob and kompleto rin sa amenities. Sobrang resposive rin ng owner and tahimik ang lugar. nakapagextent pa kami ng 3hours ng walang bayad. 🤗🫶. Must try this. highly recommend sa chill rest day.

This unit was thoughtfully prepared, little things like hooks for towels, compartments for your soap and bath essentials, tissue, aerosol spray, alcohol even blankets are available for the guest. there is also a free guest Netflix account so no need to worry about logging in and out of your own account. i love how the furniture are all space savers.wifi passwords and reminders are on the wall. imagine renting a space and you think about something, it's already there. for your bag of toiletries,it's a minor inconvenience when you don't know where to put them but the host thought of this already. the unit is complete w coffee maker, microwave,even game boards or cards, etc. it's one of the best if not the best airbnb's i've tried. pools are closed on tuesdays which I missed from the reminders but we didn't use it, anyway. the best part about this place is there are 2 bedrooms, it's like the home you wished you had!

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

La Prima has always been our go to place when we needed a place to stay every vacation to Philippines. It's near attractions, walkable to mall, place is very peaceful and secure. The house is always clean and feels like home everytime we arrive. The hosts are always easy to talk to, friendly, accomodating and kind ❤️ They even gave us discount as returning guests 🥰 Overall it's always a 5⭐️ stay with La Prima. ❤️

My friends and I had a very nice stay at Susana’s place! There were a few hiccups but what’s great about the host is she’s very responsive and ready to address the concerns immediately. Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.
