Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

il nostro soggiorno nell'alloggio di Giorgia è stato stupendo si trova in un area molto bella e tranquilla, le indicazioni dell'host ci hanno permesso di trovare facilmente l'appartamento. Abbiamo passato uno splendido e spenzierato finesettimana circondati dalla natura e dagli animali e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla splendida vista che si gode dall'appartamento. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay longer if I ever return. Lovely host and a wonderful property with beautiful views and so many areas to relax in. Easy access to town for exploring and so much to see in the area.

De villa was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Paola is een geweldige host, nog nooit heb ik me zo thuis gevoeld. Paola is super behulpzaam, ze heeft ons zelfs meerdere malen naar de supermarkt gebracht. Ook hielp ze met het reserveren van restaurants en leuke hotspots in de buurt. Zwembad is prachtig en schoon. Supermooie buiten ruimte, prachtige kamers, fijne airco en mooie patio waar je in de ochtend en in de avond lekker in de schaduw van de parasol kan zitten. In de keuken is alles aanwezig: keukengerei, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en meer. Fijne douches en fijne bedden. Castelnuovo di Porto is een rustig dorpje, een auto is wel aan te raden. Zelf gingen we met de bus vanaf het dorp (4 minuten lopen) naar Saxa Ruba en vanaf daar met de trein naar Rome, super goed te doen! Al met al willen we Paola bedanken, we hebben nog nooit zo’n vriendelijke host meegemaakt. Zij, haar man, de prachtige villa en hun lieve paard hebben de vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt!

vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und die schöne Zeit, es war wunderbar bei euch! ich habe mich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. die Unterkunft liegt ganz toll, mitten in den Bergen, mit einem unfassbar tollen Ausblick über das Tal. es ist ein fast magischer Ort. die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich auch ihre Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat mir immer bei allem geholfen. die Gastgeberin hat sogar an einem Tag ein Stück selbstgebackenen Kuchen an den Pool gebracht. das war ganz toll. die Wohnung ist super, sehr sauber, geräumig, und die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. man kann sich an diesem wunderbaren Ort nur wohlfühlen.

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Большое спасибо Бруно за предоставленные апартаменты! Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Очень порадовало наличие собственного дворика. В двух шагах от апартамента есть продуктовый магазин. Автобусная остановка до центра также в 2 минутах хотьбы. До Ватикана всего 10-15 минут пешком. Бруно очень отзывчивый, ко всему прочему, он дал очень подробную инструкцию и по ресторанам и по магазинам, а также по пользованию транспортом. По нашей просьбе он вызвал нас такси до аэропорта, большое ему спасибо! 🤗

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

El alojamiento es perfecto para recorrer Roma a pie, la ubicacion es excelente. Muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar en el caso de así quererlo. Tiene un supermercado a dos cuadras y un parque para tener un poco de tranquilidad a unos metros. Si volvemos a Roma, sin dudas lo volvería a elegir.

Paula's place was amazing, so light and airy and very clean. The amenities were really good and there was some little snacks left out which was greatly appreciated after flying and arriving quite late at night. The location was good, we used the train service mainly to get in to the centre of Rome which was around a 20 minute walk from the apartment so nice and convenient and the local supermarket is very close. There was a nice bakery a couple of minutes walk away from the apartment which was nice for a pastry and coffee. We always received a quick response to any of our questions which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We had a magical time at Andrea's place in Bomarzo. From the moment we arrived, Andrea welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is tastefully renovated, blending harmoniously with its history and surroundings. It's evident that Andrea is an architect, and the place looks even better than the photos suggest. We especially loved the high rock wall in the living room, which forms the base of Duke Orsini's fortress, and the beautiful views of the valley. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The village of Bomarzo and the surrounding area are also beautiful, with much to see and explore. Andrea provided a guide with recommendations, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed visiting the Sacro Bosco and the fascinating Etruscan pyramid nearby. This is a very unique and special place, we highly recommend staying here.

Voto 9.5/10. Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.

Me quedé en el Airbnb de Emanuele para poder visitar Roma. El Airbnb está un poco alejado del centro turístico pero es muy tranquilo y acogedor. Pasé una buena estadía sin ningún inconveniente. Emmanuel fue también muy comprensiva con nosotros en el momento del check out así que puntos extras por eso! Lo repetiría nuevamente! Y recomendado 10/10
