공항 가기 전 하루 머물었던 숙소입니다. 사생활 보호가 매우 잘 되어있고, 무엇보다 해변이 가깝고 동네가 깨끗하고 조용해서 여행을 마무리하기에 완벽했습니다. 집 안은 정리정돈이 설명과 동일하게 잘 되어 있었고, 쾌적하고 안전하였습니다. 호스트도 매우 친절하였고 궁금한 것에 신속히 답해주었습니다. 그리고 공항 셔틀을 예약해주어서 무거운 짐을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다💓

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Host was very helpful, There are 2 step-outs a romantic Romio-Juliet, and a cozy roomy hang out above the hustle and bustle of the city. Good town to relax and plan day trips around Italy.

Luciana's place was perfect for our family trip to Rome. Ostia is a bit away from the city, but all stores are easily accessible by train and metro. The apartment was as-advertised, and Luciana was in the apartment to meet us, explain the apartment, and tell us where shops, the beach, and train stations were located. She also allowed us to check in when we arrived, which greatly helped. Great stay, highly recommended.

La casa di Elisabetta è deliziosa, più carina di come appare nelle foto. È fornita di tutto, ha un bel patio dove mangiare e rilassarsi, ma soprattutto è a pochi passi dal mare! Io e le mie amiche siamo state molto bene e la consigliamo

Salvatore was kind, responsive, and amazing at communicating across our language barrier. His place feels like a vintage yacht, and the view is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this as a Ostia beach getaway, and exactly what we needed after some long flights.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La casa è davvero molto carina e fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare in comodità, vicinissima al mare e alla metro. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza pazzesca, ed è stata sempre disponibile e ho potuto contattarla per qualunque esigenza. Ho soggiornato con le mie atlete per i Campionati di Nuoto Artistico e ci siamo trovate tutte benissimo.

Super cute stay! We just needed a place close to the airport for an early morning departure, but we wish we would have been able to stay a few more nights. Cozy apartment with great private outdoors space. Sunset over the water. Quiet near the end of a dead end street. Next time I fly in or out of Rome, I will be booking another night here!

Un bel appartement dans un bâtiment, avec un terrasse qui donne sur le bord de mer. On s’y est tout de suite senti comme chez nous :) L’accès aux transports est facile, il y a plein de restaurants tout le long de la digue et des commerces dans les rues adjacentes.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! We zouden zes sterren geven als dat kon. Het is een nieuw appartement, heel erg schoon met een fijn bed, heerlijk beddengoed en handdoeken. In de keuken is alles wat je maar nodig hebt. We ontbeten buiten in de zon, de zee is om de hoek, net als leuke terrasjes en restaurants. Cinzia stond ons op te wachten om ons welkom te heten en alles te laten zien, snel in communicatie en superaardig. We hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad!

I stayed here for a week while visiting Rome before my cruise, and I loved the peaceful and private location. David was incredibly helpful, providing directions for check-in and local recommendations. When the internet went out one night, he promptly arranged for a technician to fix it the next morning.
