We enjoyed two nights here. Beautiful little apartment with everything we needed and more. It's in a nice quiet area and very walkable to the centre with nice places to eat along the way which broke up the journey each time. Hosts were very communicative and recommended amazing restaurants.

Abbiamo pernottato in 4 persone Il B&b è collocato in una zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. L'appartamento è ampio e dotato di ogni confort : una cucina spaziosa e ricca di utensili, due grandi stanze matrimoniali con armadi attrezzatissimi e un bagno. L'ambiente era ben riscaldato e pulitissimo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la possibilità di fare colazione con prodotti forniti dall'host Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e come se fossimo a casa. Una bellissima esperienza che ci ha permesso di affrontare con serenità la giornata successiva. L'host sempre reattivo ad ogni domanda o richiesta . The apartment is charming and in an excellent location in the city center, especially if you're arriving by car and need a private parking spot nearby. Note that the parking is suitable for small vehicles. Alessia was welcoming and responsive, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our stay. Bottom line – we highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in Cervia haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft von Tania macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Pizzeria sowie eine Eisdiele sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (wir fanden es immer sehr lecker). Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrräder, die wir täglich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge genutzt haben. Tania war eine offene, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Un appartamento molto ampio, comodo, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, in una bella villa con giardino in una zona residenziale, con vicino parchi per passeggiare con il cane. In auto a 10 minuti dal centro, ottima posizione! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Beautiful tiny apartment, we found there everything we needed for out stay. We appreciated independent heating (AC) and mainly the parking in the building. The apartment location is also great, 10-15 minutes to Basilica Santa Croce.

Great place to stay in Florence! Out of the hectic centre but it was easy to walk to sights like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Roberta was incredibly responsive and super understanding about our train delays. Would 100% stay there again!

o apartamento de Fábio foi o melhor Aurbnb que já ficamos! lindo, extremamente limpo e cheiroso, com vários artigos de limpeza e higiene deixadas a nossa disposição, além de alguns alimentos. Fábio sempre muito prestativo, rapidamente respondia nossos questionamentos. A região é tranquila, perto da principal estação de trem de Florença, e o centro histórico fica há 20 minutos de caminhada. Só temos a agradecer pela nossa maravilhosa hospedagem.

My stay at Coral’s apartment could not have been any better! I stayed here for over a month as a solo traveler and felt right at home. The apartment was pristine, the neighborhood was very safe, and the location was great. Coral was always extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment looks just like it is shown in the pictures, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall 5 stars without a doubt!

Maurizio place is Amazing, so beautiful confortable, Clean, with a lot of space. The bathrooms were so clean and huge. The space was very spacious and comfortable. The area in which the apartment was located was very safe and in a local area so it was calm in the evenings and not noisy. There is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on a top floor. The host was super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had about where to go in Florence or how to get there. We didn’t have any issues with this space. We highly recommend this apartment, whenever we return, we will definitely be staying here again. It was a quick bus ride or walk to the city center without the hassle of staying in the city center.

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een klein appartement, waar perfect gebruik gemaakt is van de ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Voor ons zeker een adres om terug te komen!

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, der Jacuzzi im Garten mit tollem Blick herrlich gelegen, lediglich das Schlafsofa ist unbequem (Sprungfedern) und bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Alloggio perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Abbiamo pernottato per capodanno in 2 famiglie: 4 adulti e 4 bambini e la camera mansardata con 4 letti singoli si è rivelata perfetta per i ragazzi. Il giardino attrezzato con giochi per loro poi è stato molto apprezzato! Tiziana è stata molto cordiale e disponibile e reattiva nelle risposte. Flessibile anche per orario di check-in e check-out. Se devo cercare un pelo nell’uovo non era secondo noi chiaro nell’annuncio che il sistema di riscaldamento dipende per il piano sotto da un camino che va continuamente alimentato. Al piano di sopra è invece presente un condizionatore nella camera matrimoniale che riesce però a scaldare anche gli altri ambienti. Il camino crea una bellissima atmosfera, ma non essendo presente un rilevatore di monossido abbiamo sempre preferito spegnere tutto prima di dormire (di conseguenza al nostro risveglio la casa era parecchio fredda)

È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’idromassaggio in giardino una coccola gradita. Essendo all’ottavo mese di gravidanza non tutti i giorni siamo andati in spiaggia, che comunque dista solo 10 minuti a piedi. Essere in mezzo alla natura è stato rilassante. La stanza comoda, con tutto ciò che può servire. Ci torneremo ancora. Lorena ha sempre risposto in tempi brevi ed è sempre stata gentile.

We zijn 9 nachten geweest en het was een heerlijke tijd. Super fijn huisje, prachtig aangelegde tuin en een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. Alles was schoon en we voelden ons erg thuis. De hosts zijn hele fijne warme mensen. Er is zo veel te doen in de omgeving, het ligt op rij afstand van alle grotere steden/bezienswaardigheden. We hebben ook prachtige wandelingen gemaakt in de omgeving. Een mooiere locatie kun je je bijna niet wensen in Toscane. Het is echt adembenemend. Het enige minpunt is dat het zwembad en hot tub niet warm zijn en ik daardoor niet heb gezwommen. Al met al is dit een superplek waar we echt een bijzonder mooie tijd hebben gehad.
