Un alojamiento confortable , tranquilo … acogedor . El anfitrión fue considerado y condescendiente, ya que pese a atrasar la salida, amablemente nos comprendió las razones . Muy agradecidos .. regresaremos .

Our stay by Soraya was amazing. Very peaceful, calm, very close to nature. The surroundings are stunningly connected to nature. Soraya was very helpful and generous. We had everything we needed in the house for our family. Cleaning lady very friendly always around if we needed anything without disturbing. Someone cleaned the pool twice a day without disturbing as well. The place is a little far from everything but after a few come and go we got use to it. I already miss the landscape on our way to there. Even if it's far, the feeling is very safe and confident. Thank you!! I would recommend this place to anyone who's searching for some quiet and quality time.

Parada obligatoria en esta zona de Costa Rica. Todo es cerca. No salimos de la casa. Fue nuestro descanso a mitad de nuestro viaje por todo el país. La anfitriona fue de primera desde el inicio. Cómo no viajamos en 4 x 4, nos arrimaron desde donde dejamos vehículo hasta la casa al ingreso y al egreso. Y siempre disponible para alcanzar desde el pueblo lo que hiciera falta. El entorno es maravilloso. Y los lomos aulladores nunca te dejan solo. Volveríamos, sin dudas. Y el camino de ingreso es una linda aventura también. Todo de 10! Gracias!!!

We loved staying at Pia’s spot! It has so many amazing plants, and all the amenities you really need in Central America (AC, hot water, outdoor shower, hammocks & shade ◡̈ ) You can see the surf from the porch, there’s a great restaurant right next door, and so many in walking distance in town. It’s in the best location, while very quiet & feels like its own little oasis. Very safe too! Pia was awesome and gave so many helpful tips for the area, got us setup with a driver from the airport & atvs, rentals, all of it! Even texted me when some of the spots I was interested in surfing would be good! So thoughtful, we loved our stay!

This Montezuma property is amazing. Bedrooms were so comfortable and everything was clean. The caretaker and the housekeepers were amazing, so nice and always very helpful and gave us privacy. Karen was amazing as well, very responsive to texts and checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. I’ve been to Costa Rica 3 times ands this trip by far was the best. We look forward to coming back again

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Teresa. The house was in a perfect location just off the main street. Everything was within walking distance- beach, restaurants, supermarket. It was clean, quiet and comfortable, would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Santa Teresa.

Carlyn was a fantastic host and provided so many recommendations and her housekeeper Ginny was great as well. The outdoor space is super cool, provides a really neat experience where you can truly connect with the nature around you. It’s fairly easy to get cabs into Santa Teresa as Carlyns property in Malpais isn’t too far away, but they’re overpriced in my opinion. A 5 minute ride into town costs 7-12 mil depending on time of day and how far down the strip you’re going. Definitely recommend getting an ATV or your own car.

Es un lugar increíble, todo estaba de acuerdo a lo indicado, es un lugar muy completo y muy bien equipado, hubieron más electrodomésticos de los que pensé que fueran haber, toda la casa se encontraba con aire acondicionado y muy muy limpio y en la parte de la cocina habían ventiladores muy grandes que hacían que no se sintiera el calor, esa parte de la cocina abierta y junto a la piscina hicieron que nuestra estadía para disfrutar en familia fuera más unida, ya que todos podíamos estar juntos, la playa queda muy cerca caminando, todo muy seguro y muy muy limpio... Sin duda alguna volveremos a ir muchas veces a este lugar, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar tan hermoso y la atención de don Dustin y doña Norma..... Sin duda alguna pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en este lugar, para nosotros fue más de lo que esperábamos y no tenemos queja alguna... Totalmente recomendado

Very easy walk to the beach and great restaurants near by. The house was very good for cooking meals and clean good bathrooms and bed rooms!

We absolutely loved the house! The pool was great, and we were surrounded by beautiful nature. Our hosts were always communicative and helpful. We would definitely suggest getting a 4WD. They mention this in the listing, but the mention can be a little hard to find. The hill is pretty steep and it’s best to drive it.

We had a great time staying at Carlie’s Airbnb. The room was beautiful, great views with lots of windows and the shared pool was always clean and quiet. Felt like a private pool! Neighbourhood felt very safe and security guards on the property were very friendly. Would stay again!

We arrived on Xmass eve and the stove did not work. We were so happily surprised by caretaker Sebastian’s quick action and immediate show up of the friendliest repairman. Great great great. Thank you and we’d like to repeat our stay !

Buscando un alquiler de última hora para una sola noche fue que encontramos este alquiler de Elizabeth. Estuvimos solo una noche, pero fue suficiente para saber que volveremos. Nos ha encantado, todo en la casa está nuevo e impecable, y lo más importante: se nota que hay detalle y cariño, que no suele ser común en todos los airbnb.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

Mitten in der Natur (dem Wald und seiner Tierwelt), und doch in 15 Min. über eine Treppe (ca. 100 Höhenmeter) zum weiten Traumstrand. Ein grandioser Blick über den Wald zum Meer. Natürliches, wohlschmeckendes Wasser aus eigener Quelle, nicht chloriert! Starkes Wlan (Starlink-gespeist), abschaltbar für Strahlen-Sensible. „Profi“-Sortiment an Edelstahltöpfen/-pfannen und -messern. Absolute Stille - bis auf die wunderbaren Geräusche der Tierwelt. In der Nacht ein berauschender Sternenhimmel, grandiose Sonnenaufgänge. Bei Bedarf verleiht Joachim ein Quad / ATV, mit dem wir unsere Einkäufe tätigen und das Umfeld ausgiebig erkunden konnten. Geheimtip für Bio-Fans: Die Green World in Santa Teresa. Tip für den absoluten Flow: Mit dem Quad bei Ebbe über den Strand von Manzanillo „gleiten“. Die Betreuung: sehr kurze Antwortzeiten, schnelle, wirksame Hilfe, absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Joachim für diese Erfahrung!

Carly's place is cool, spacious and comfortable. Priscila was incredibly welcoming and helpful and took so much time to help us get situated and comfortable. She helped me figure out a much better option for getting back so San Jose. The place is super close to the main drag in Santa Teresa and a short walk to the beach.

Walking in for the first time, the house was exactly like the photos. There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded, plenty of space to move around and very comfortable. Whenever we left for the day and come back to the house I felt like I was at home! We cooked one night and the home had plenty of supplies and containers to store fruit for the day. At night you can hear some music from next door, but it’s vacation and it didn’t bother us. Was very surprised that when we went to bed and shit the doors, you could really hear the music. The walk to the beach was easy and close with plenty of places to eat and drink very near by. Gal, the house manager was very helpful and gave us great instructions and helped me get in touch with a car, ATV, and Ventura for our trip to Tortuga Island. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and I would say it was the perfect place to start! Pura Vida!

What a wonderful place. Short drive from the beach and restaurant area. Place was so organized, everything had its place, you could not want for anything. Large rooms, VERY clean, which was wonderful. Host and son were so nice and helpful. Its in the little things, the handout with restaurant recommendations, t and wifi info, the unprecedented wifi speed - which I needed for work, the spotless bathroom and kitchen. The gorgeous yoga space on property is so creative and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! thanks so much!

Amazing location / space. The construction outside was a lot to deal with but I guess it was in the description. The highlight was the host / concierge. They were the best I had in all my travels. They set up flights, answered questions and were Fabulous!

Our group of 12 stayed at Havana Villa for our graduation trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The layout is fantastic—spacious, well-designed rooms with air conditioning surrounding beautiful open-air common areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The cleaning staff was truly incredible, taking care of us every day and keeping the space spotless and manageable. Huge shoutout to Evi (the host) and Michele (the local manager) for being super responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close enough to Santa Teresa’s beaches, restaurants, and shops to enjoy the action, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The villa comfortably housed all of us, and we could easily see it accommodating up to 18 people. We even had space to bring in a yoga instructor for a private session one morning! Highly recommend Havana Villa for any group looking for the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, luxury.

Rachel and Danny's place is amazing! It's the perfect place for someone looking to be away from the busy streets of Santa Teresa yet close enough (2 min drive down). Their place is very spacious and filled with light. They are very responsive hosts and will get you set up right.

The concierge, Josefina, was super responsive and helpful. We had a few minor issues during our stay which she addressed as soon as we brought them up. She also left us some coffee, wine and fruits which was much appreciated. She communicated prior to our and during our stay with efficiency and a lot of helpful suggestions. The place itself was a good size for our group and the kids enjoyed the pool. Daily housekeeping is included in the price and there were always fresh towels to go around.
