Santa Teresa Beach : location de maisons de vacances

This home us in a very private location with a beautiful view down the valley to the Pacific. Freddy is very helpful and responsive. He really ensures you have everything you need to feel at home and have a good time.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The grounds were lush and tropical and the place was very comfortable to come back from our days to back and relax. We didn’t want to move on to our next destination but there weren’t any available rooms to stay longer. We will definitely want to come back here! Pat and Mati were always available to answer any questions. Parking was a but tricky at first but was tucked away so our vehicle felt safe.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de la villa qui nous a permis d’être au calme dans un super jardin et très près de la vie commerciale et de la plage Nous avions la villa Colibri en rez de chaussée ( place de parking pour la voiture à côté) Tous les appareils électro-ménagers sont neufs ainsi que la vaisselle et très appréciable de trouver tous les produits de première nécessité ( café sucre sel poivre huile d’olive ….) Un super endroit pour découvrir ce coin de la Péninsule Je recommande

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Helt utrolig beliggenhet og kort vei til stranden. Bra kjøkken med alt av utstyr.

Não tenho palavras para descrever nossa experiência. Ficamos dois dias, e os dois dias choveram, por isso ficamos muito tempo dentro da acomodação, e o conforto que ela ofereceu foi fundamental para a nossa estadia. O Luís foi incrível desde o começo. Explicou perfeitamente como chegar no local, respondia sempre muito rápido e ainda nos ofereceu check in mais cedo, pois havia disponibilidade. Tivemos um problema com o banheiro e prontamente ele enviou uma pessoa para nos ajudar, a Janete, que também era uma simpatia. A acomodação era muito limpa, cozinha equipada, o quarto era uma gracinha e o espaço externo também era muito lindo e bem cuidado. A localização também era perfeita. Na hora de irmos embora Luís nos ajudou com os horários de balsa e ainda nos alertou quanto aos perigos da chuva e estrada. Não hesite em se hospedar nesse local.

Nuestra experiencia fue espectacular. La ubicación, los servicios, la naturaleza alrededor de la propiedad y la piscina hicieron de nuestra estancia sumamente agradable y con ganas de volver. Cabe resaltar la comodidad de las camas king con unos colchones muy agradables y sábanas que dificultaban salir de ellas. El amplio baño también fue una experiencia muy agradable.

Location is very convenient, a walking distance from the beach and the restaurants on the Main Street of Santa Teresa Beach. Clean and quiet place, not as nice as in the pictures, but good value for the price. Kitchen fairly well equipped. I recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr entspannten Aufenthalt bei Gilad. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar für Santa Teresa. Der Strand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und die Soda Soy Tico nebenan war ein kulinarisches Highlight. Aufgrund kurzfristiger Planänderungen verkürzten wir unseren Aufenthalt um nach La Fortuna zu reisen. Hierbei reagierte Gilad äußerst flexibel und organisierte uns sogar kurzfristig einen Shuttle Service am nächsten Morgen, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können vor allem Gilad als Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen.

Great flat, close to everything in Santa Teresa! The beach is a so close, which is epic. Great communcative host!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Caroline's house was peaceful and private. Bas was the gentleman who helped us check in and gave us house keys. He was friendly and helpful and let us check in several hours early. This property was very convenient. It's really like a small town with a restaurant that has great pizza and a convenience store right at the property that sells some groceries and alcohol. There is a beautiful quiet beach. We were given recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Caroline even provided coolers, chairs, and beach towels for our beach day. A huge plus...Los Delfines is in Tambor Bay which is close to Isla Tortuga. I would highly recommend renting a boat and spending a day on the water. Our guide picked us up right on the beach in front of the property. Tambor bay also has bioluminescence at night but be sure to avoid your stay during a full moon if you really want a good show. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Amelia's place for about a week. It truly felt like a home away from home. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable with the property being gated. Location is tucked away down a side road but in a great location and walking distance to most popular bars, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Amelia is also a great host, she provided a ton of recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions or issues. I highly recommend Amelia's place and would stay here again!

Had an amazing stay. Beautiful place and location. Our three kids enjoyed the pool and tidal pools on the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate coming back.
