Santa Teresa Beach : locations de villas de vacances

We have been coming to Costa Rica since 1990 and have stayed in many homes in different parts of the country. Casa Juliet is our new favorite. The home is amazing with spectacular views! The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The home is very safe, behind a gated entrance. We never locked the doors during our stay. We were 4 couples in the home. because of the layout, we never felt cramped or limited on space. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and patios are large with several separate seating areas. The staff, Clara and Jose were onsite every day for cleaning and maintaining the pool and grounds. Clara also cooked and prepared meals when asked. Our host, Rotem was awesome, he was always available to assist and direct us to the best restaurants and activities and checked in on us often. We can't wait for our next trip to Casa Julliet!

Superbe villa, très spacieuse et très luxueuse. Très bien située en pleine jungle. Beaucoup d'animaux que nous voyons et entendons. Recommandée à 100%.

Flott sted i vakre omgivelser med gangavstand til strand, flere restauranter og kafeer og aktiviteter. Da vi kom var det strømstans i 20 timer som gjorde oppholdet utfordrende ( ingen A/C bla) men de ordner fint opp og gav etter hvert god informasjon og kompensasjon. Anbefales

Had a great stay at Evi’s! Perfect for what we needed. Close by lots of food options and our favorite surf spot. Pool was kept clean and parking on site was nice.

Tolle, abgelegene Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Der Gastgeber Mar war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man benötigt gute 20 Minuten zum Strand, der Anstieg ist etwas anstrengend, aber eine Anreise ohne Mietwagen ist dennoch möglich. Das Dorf hat eine Busanbindung nach Cobano. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man kann gut Tiere (bspw. Affen) von der Terrasse aus beobachten.

Airbnb parfait, bien au-delà de nos attentes. Will est très réactif et connaît la région comme sa poche. On a eu la chance d’aller pêcher avec lui, et c’était une expérience incroyable. Les soirées sur la terrasse à savourer notre poisson restent parmi les meilleurs moments du séjour. À recommander!

El condominio es precioso muy tranquilo con playa privada, restaurante y supermercado no hubo necesidad de salir fuera la casa muy linda mejorada a las fotos de la publicidad y Laura siempre estuvo pendiente a mis consultas y muy amable me permitió estar con mis 4 perritos eso fue lo mejor definitivamente queremos regresar gracias por dejarnos estar en su casa nos encanto

The house and surrounding environment was incredibly we saw many animals including monkeys, butterflies, curious squirrels and many colourful birds where especially the hummingbirds gets very close to you if you wish. Anne-Laures is ever helpful and fast responding if you have questions about anything 😊. The place is literally almost in the jungle with a view above it and over the ocean and that is only a 10 minute drive in your 4x4 car. I stayed in Casa Aria for 8d with a group of 7 friends, all there from the Pacific NW US to celebrate my 50th birthday. Casa Aria was the ocean-view villa of our dreams!! We were enchanted from the moment we arrived until departure. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned to optimize relaxation and enjoyment of the space. One word: magical! The housekeeper, Iesenia, was a highlight...we knew tidying up was included, but her helpfulness, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor went above and beyond our expectations. From greeting us with beautiful fresh fruit plates to facilitating fixing minor issues, she was always such a joy. It was so lovely not having to worry about dishes or towels, allowing us to focus on enjoying ourselves and being fully present with friends. Iesenia is a true gem. The outdoor livingspace & views are breathtaking, & made leaving the house to explore (which we did do :) difficult, b/c we really had everything we needed right there. Treat yourself - rent it!

where do i start, location, location this place will leave u breathless, its peaceful, clean, serene, when you first walk in the jungle the green the lush gardens welcomes you you then proceed to where the rooms are and the views of the beach just steps away from you room makes you feel in paradise, breakfast its served on the beach everymorning, you can just feel the stress melting away everyday, the rooms are clean, private,its in the heart of santa teresa plenty of walkable places to go yet while you are inside the compound just will not here the noises from the street. the staff, Glori is an amazing host she is kind, humble, & her warmn heart makes you feel you have been friends forever, Rosa keeps everything clean and neat she is very polite friendly and a great cook & don chepe is always so helpful and kind. if you see Nekaui available i urge tou to snatch it right away i promise you it will not disappoint & you will have an amazing experience.

If you’re looking for a special place to stay, Casa Mirame is it. Modern and spectacular, from the songs of the myriad of birds surrounding you in the morning, to the welcomed cool dip in the infinity pool after a day at the beach, with a perfect view of the sunset over the ocean. Julie was incredibly helpful at check-in. And we can’t say enough about our concierge, Sofie. Wonderful recommendations from restaurants to activities, she was terrific. This is a first class experience.

La Perla is a lovely home and garden. We enjoyed our time, hanging around the house and pool...and we saw a lot of wild life right in the yard (howler monkeys, iguanas/lizards, crabs, parakeets, other lovely birds). It is a short walk to the beach to watch great sunsets or walk in the interesting tide pools. You are in close walking distance to Playa Hermosa (15-20min), which is the nicest beach for swimming in our opinion. Most importantly, you are not in the busy Santa Teresa stretch - you are north of it. The house is close to the road so you will hear traffic but not a huge deal and did not affect sleeps. Raphaelle was great at responding to any questions and providing suggestions. She arranged our transport to/from the airport and our ATV so that it was there when we arrived. The daily cleaning is also nice.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to a beautiful beach. The property is part of a gated community that has beautiful landscaping that created privacy and a feeling of being surrounded by nature even though there are other properties near by. We didn’t realize that the pool was for the community and not private, but we had a lovely outdoor area to sit. The best thing about our stay were the thoughtful recommendations from Mike. He found out we had 3 teenage boys with us and recommended a full day of adventure including a private spot for waterfall jumping and restaurant recommendations. Thank you so much!

I could not recommend this home enough! We stayed for a few days and was perfect! Walking distance to all restaurants, steps from the beach, and steps away from the main beach clubs. Very private and safe feeling we stayed as a group of girls. The layout of the home is excellent it gives 4 separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for privacy. We would absolutely stay here again, the owners were so friendly with providing fruits and drinks upon our arrival, made it feel so special. 100% loved our stay!!

I would recommend Villa Akoya to anyone looking to stay in Santa Teresa that wants to be right on the beach. We found we stayed in most of our vacation and hung out in the pool that overlooks the beach. There were several iguanas that lived on the property and howler monkeys were above in the trees. The concierge was excellent. She booked our domestic flights, rides, a side by side and excursions for us. The tv in one of the bedrooms did not work and she had a new tv installed within hours. There was a cleaning person that was there from about 10 am to 4 pm doing laundry and such. There was also a security guard that came around 5-6 pm and sat/walked the property until 5-6 am. The bathrooms were closed in but exposed to the outside so as expected there were bugs/crabs that got into the house. They weren’t an issue really but noticed more in the master bedroom than the other rooms. Overall it was a great trip made better by the location and the house itself. Loved it!

Nos encantó quedarnos en CasaNova, muy linda y cómoda, tenía de todo y nos facilitó el poder disfrutar mucho nuestra estadía ahí… La atención de Lisa fue excelente, responde rápido y es muy amigable… transmite mucha confianza lo que también nos dio mucha tranquilidad para comunicarnos… Definitivamente volveremos en un futuro si Dios así nos lo permite…! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison paisible, située au cœur de la jungle, entourée de sa faune incroyable. Nos hôtes étaient très réactifs et de bons conseils, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit, un véritable havre de paix !

Muy linda nuestra estadía familiar! La casa está muy bien ubicada y además es una zona muy agradable y tranquila!! Una Casa con mucha Onda !! Sin duda volveríamos !

La maison est géniale et très bien aménagée pour partir en vacances! On se sent isolés et en pleine jungle avec une superbe vue et à proximité de Santa Teresa. Il faut quand même une voiture ou des taxis pour accéder facilement à Santa Teresa mais ça se fait très facilement. Fiona est super réactive des qu’on a besoin d’aide et nous a recommandé des activités à faire aux alentours.

We spent an amazing month here! The hosts were quick to respond if needed, and the entire community was beautiful. The house itself is exactly like the pictures. Great kitchen, beautiful backyard, and very clean. Comfortable beds, and nice showers. Short walk to an almost private beach. So much nature just in the community itself. Many species of birds, manta ray sightings, deer, goats, turtles and cayman. The store on the property has everything you might need, and is reasonably priced. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home; we hope to return soon!

Thoughtful space in a beautiful location, perfect for small groups or families. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and the daily housekeeping was a real treat! Water pressure was weak, but you’re on vacation- so having extra long showers shouldn’t be an issue right? :)

This place was more than we imagined, the pictures don’t even do it justice! It is a jungle oasis, that feels like your own resort, while still having lots of beautiful beaches a short drive away. Adriana was the most amazing ray of sunshine, she greeted us upon arrival with some fresh coconuts and snacks, she was always willing to help and extremely responsive with any questions about the house or the area in general! The cleaners were also an added bonus! I would recommend this place over and over and we will definitely be back! ☀️🌴✨

We loved this gorgeous villa. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Rocio was incredible- she helped us make check in a breeze and with questions during our stay. We loved swimming at night under the stars and the outdoors-y bathrooms. This place (and Santa Theresa and Costa Rica) is a GEM.
