Santa Teresa Gallura : location de maisons de vacances

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Gian Luca è stato impeccabile. Posizione, riservatezza, servizi, tutto come descritto. Casa pulita, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno splendido anche grazie all'accoglienza e simpatia della sua famiglia. Posizione dell'appartamento perfettamente centrale per godere della costa da Stintino fino a S.Teresa di Gallura. E' necessario chiaramente muoversi in macchina. La spiaggia raggiungibile direttamente a piedi dall'appartamento è poco frequentata e con un mare eccezionalmente cristallino. Parcheggio auto coperto, terrazzino della casa immerso nel giardino fiorito della proprietà perfettamente attrezzato per passare splendide serate tra barbecue e stelle. Grazie ancora!

Een geweldig verblijf op een fantastische locatie. Het appartement is zeer ruim en heeft een fijn overdekt balkon. Het hele appartement is voorzien van verduisterende luiken en muggenhorren. Voor onze peuter stond er een kinderstoel en bedje. Buiten genoeg ruimte om te rennen en te spelen Het zwembad is heerlijk met bedjes en parasols. In het appartement liggen twee parasols om mee te nemen naar het strand. Gianfranco heeft ons een heerlijke maaltijd voorgeschoteld, te veel om in 1 keer op te eten ☺️. Tot slot zijn Gianfranco en zijn vrouw zeer vriendelijk en gezellig. We komen graag nog eens terug! Tip: zodra het donker is genieten van de sterrenhemel.

Valentina is such a wonderful and communicative host. I really liked staying at her place, it was central and just a few steps away from the marina. There is a problem with humidity in the house (maybe only during the colder season, I’d assume that it’s better during summer) but there is AC and a radiator that can help regulate this issue.

Charming restaurated house in beautiful landscape surroundings. House is clean and the host was super friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations for the area. Great location for exploring sights, beaches and nature in northern Sardinia conveniently by car. Highly recommend for a stay in Sardinia, we had a great time!

We had a few nights in this beautiful small home. Perfect for a couple, very close to Palau and the coast. Some gorgeous beaches nearby and towns with supermarkets and cafes within a short drive. The home is very private and separated from the road and other properties, it’s beautifully designed, very modern and clean. It’s like a perfect desert retreat. The kitchen is a great size, and the bathroom is gorgeous. Nicky welcomed us, and showed us around, he was very helpful and we were so relaxed there. We could have stayed longer. Speedy WiFi and amazing air con. Thanks Nicky!

Ci siamo trovati divinamente bene in una zona tranquilla, con tanto di giardino recintato utile al gioco dei bambini; ingresso all'appartamento indipendente con tavolo e sdraio esterni senza ed ampio spazio privo di sguardi indiscreti: si può tranquillamente uscire in mutande che nessuno vicino può vedere... parcheggio auto davanti all'ingresso. spiagge raggiungibili a 15 minuti d'auto. superstrada attaccata a casa. Regna la tranquillità di sera, con un buio profondo privo di illuminazione pubblica e privata, con un cielo stellatossimo.

We had a great time at the apartment. The garden is marvelous. Our daughter particularly liked the horses. Giuseppe was a great host and very attentive. Everything went smoothly. Small minus is the street right in front of the house with some traffic, which did not fully provide the peace and quiet we were searching for.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit grosser Veranda mit Blick auf eine Bucht. Angenehme Feriensiedlung. Hat alles funktioniert. Unnötige Servicecharge und Preis für Bettzeug.

Tolle Lage des Appartements! Durch super Beschreibung haben wir die Unterkunft sehr gut gefunden, die in einem „bunten Gewirr“ an Häuschen sehr versteckt mitten in Porto Cervo liegt. Parken in der Tiefgarage war perfekt! Super Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin… Alles für 2 Tage perfekt!

Le séjour chez Eleonora, s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très facile à trouver. L’appartement est très bien organiser, la cuisine très bien équipée si l’on souhaite manger à l’appartement. Pour ce garer, c’est géniale il y a des places de parking tout le long de la rue. Je recommande cet appartement à 100%

Ne am simțit foarte bine , zona liniștită și casa dotată cu de toate . Nu am avut internet dar cu ocazia aceasta am profitat sa stăm mai mult împreună .

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso questa struttura. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto: pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata ai principali punti di interesse. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a fornirci consigli utili. Inoltre, l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e ci siamo sentiti a casa fin da subito. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza confortevole e senza intoppi. Sicuramente tornerò se avrò l'opportunità!

Michaela war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick. Wir haben die Privatsphäre geschätzt und die Nähe zum Strand war einfach ideal! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Appartement und die Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Strände in der nächsten Umgebung sind klein, wunderschön und zu Fuss leicht zu erreichen. Unsere Kritik betrifft ausschliesslich die nähere Umgebung. Die Anfahrtsstrasse (beginnt bereits bei der Einfahrt zu der Anlage) ist sehr schlecht unterhalten, dann gibt es ein paar Bauruinen in der nächsten Umgebung sowie zwei stillgelegte (aber nicht zurückgebaute) Tennisplätzte die wahrscheinlich zur Anlage gehören und den Ausblick leicht stören. Für den ersten Eindruck gibt es keine zweite Chance, dass sollten sich die Besitzer der gesamten Anlage zu Herzen nehmen und einen Teil der Einnahmen in die Infrastruktur investieren.

Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details. Das Jacuzzi war toll und die Aussicht unschlagbar. Besonders schön: Als das Wetter nicht so toll war, hat Lise-Lotte uns Brennholz für den offenen Kamin bringen lassen und dafür gesorgt, dass die Temperatur im Jacuzzi erhöht wurde. Die Kommunikation war klasse - eine tolle Gastgeberin. Nur zum Sandstrand war es doch etwas weiter zu laufen als gedacht. Umgebung ist eher felsig, aber schön.

Emanuele è stato molto gentile, la casa è veramente fornita di tutto. Supermercati e bar a due passi da casa. Per arrivare al centro di san Teodoro solo 8 min in macchina, ottima posizione. Per arrivare la spiaggia più vicina ci vogliono meno di 10 min raggiungibili in macchina. Consigliata al 100%

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

You stay in the central part of a big house, the other two parts belong to Daniels family. A terrace with a big garden in front of the house and a terrace in the back, overlooking the beach and the sea. The house is located directly at the beach, on a hill, you just run down couple of steps to be right down at the sandy beach. The interior of the house was perfect for family of 4 adlts and 2 kids, a master bedroom and 2 small bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped incl. the condiments necessary for cooking. We spent time on the terraces, the sea side had a nice breeze to cool down when its hot, the garden was convenient for the kids to play. Bbq in the garden is cool. Daniel is a nice guy. He even offered to take us grocery shopping as the closest shop is in Porto Torres, 4 kms away. Platamona beach is long and great for walks, there are couple of restaurants in the walking distance (10 to 25 minutes walk). Some days were quite windy & big waves, some days were quiet and great for a swim.

Wij hebben afgelopen week verbleven in het huis en hebben een hele fijne week gehad. Het is een fijn huis, met een heerlijk zwembad die je met één ander huisje deelt. Pietro en Tania zijn enorm gastvrij! We voelden ons er helemaal thuis. We zouden hier zeker een keer terug willen komen! Bedankt Pietro en Tania!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Marco. Super schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und mehrere Strände fußläufig erreichbar. Sogar mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm inklusive. Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Bucht von Olbia, der Flughafen in 20 Min Entfernung ist kaum zu hören. Einziges Manko die extrem steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss, hat uns mit kleinen Kindern etwas nervös gemacht und eine Spühlmaschine fehlt einfach. Aber nichts was die wahnsinnige Lage und Aussicht micht wett macht! Marco war im Übrigen immer schnell und freundlich erreichbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!
