David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Great service beautifu house And neighborhood

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Rachael's place. Everything from reservations to check in to check out was easy and smooth. The location was convenient to many great restaurants, eateries, shopping, and the beach. Rachael made us feel welcome with a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers when we arrived. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and just as described. Rachael made some excellent recommendations for dinner that we adored. We had a little hiccup with the HVAC system, but there was great communication and it was resolved in a timely manner. We wouldn't hesitate to reserve this home again in the future! Thank you again Rachael!

Chelsey’s place was everything we could have asked for! Beautiful views, secluded front yard (perfect for our kiddos to run around and play). We were able to put the little ones down for bed and enjoy drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean—it was amazing. The location of the house makes it pretty walkable to the shops and restaurants. Chelsey also left a very helpful and detailed list of dining recommendations in the area. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens we’ve had via Airbnb. It felt like Chelsey took every detail into consideration when prepping her house for guests. Truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

I and my family had a fantastic time staying at Elena’s place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely stunning unit and very private! It’s in a quiet area with a gated entrance. It was very comfortable and I only wish we had more time to enjoy!

We stayed here for two nights with our toddler and it was really comfortable and well located. The street was quiet and the street parking was ample. It was one block from the beach and easily walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Very centrally located. I appreciated that it had two bedrooms and a nice size kitchen and bathroom. Just one thing to note: the bedrooms have skylights that let a lot of light into the bedrooms so if that is a concern for you just take note. Otherwise it was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!

Bin zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Es ist total herzig, super gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer bzw. Agentur reagiert sofort, wenn man eine Frage hat. Es ist ganz genau, wie auf den Bildern. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Parkplätze hat es reichlich und es hat mehrere Strände und Restaurant in der Nähe. Santa Barbara erreicht man mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten. Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit

Great stay in SB - close to everything on State Street. We rented a car and it was very easy to find street parking right out front of the place. Very comfortable bed. Would visit again!

This is my fourth time staying at Sandy’s place. (And I’m coming back again next month with my daughter and friends) I stayed at two different t locations prior to this, but when I found Sandy’s place, this was the only place I want to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. It’s charming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the location is ideal. (Very close to the beach as well as State St.) I highly recommend it.

This place was great.........very clean, just as depicted in pictures, perfect location, modern updated decor and very comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for anything more.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

We wish we would have dedicated more time to hanging out at their lovely home, everything was as described and bonus points for the easy parking in the drive!

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽

The location was perfect for us! The atmosphere was great! I was able to wake up every morning and sit on the patio to listen to the ocean! I will try to stay here again my next visit! We had no issues with anything in the condo at all! Very peaceful place to stay.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations and location worked out great. The beach is a few blocks one direction and downtown Carpinteria with restaurants and stores is a few blocks the other way. Lots of things to drive to do like hiking, a seal sanctuary, and Santa Barbara and Ventura are a short drive away. It wasn’t a big deal but the only surprise was that the place was heated by space heaters and we had to get used to that. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Lots of parking spaces.
