This serene home in a quiet neighborhood exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and well-organized and we almost canceled all our sight-seeing plans to just hang out in the lovely outdoor space.

Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

The location can’t be beat, the house is beautiful and relaxing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable we named it the cloud. We would go back and stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is very walkable to restaurants, and shops. The home is well stocked, clean, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Hope to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed our Santa Barbara vacation. We particularly loved how close the house is to the nature reserve with beautiful sunsets overlooking the ocean.

Loved the house! It was clean, homey and provided everything we needed. The beds were great!The location was good for walking to restaurants and downtown. Trevor was helpful in giving us some flexibility on check-in, check- out times. A great place to stay.

I loved staying at this place with my six month old son. We had a blast walking to the beach, harbor, activities, and restaurants. The location was so perfect and we loved having our own convenient reserved parking spot. It was also so nice having a pack and play and highchair available to use. Melanie was super responsive and helpful as well. We will absolutely stay here again.
