Sant'Agata de' Goti : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Maurizios Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat eine große Terrasse, ist sehr sauber und renoviert. Wir waren zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern und die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie nette Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist etwas laut und ein paar Mal die Woche hört man abends Musik, aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gerichtet und mit Fenster zu haben die Kinder sehr gut geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage aber die Räume sind schön kühl und wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und für jedes Bedürfnis bereit entgegen zu kommen. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Ischia sehr genossen!

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

Anna ha sido una host increíble! Super pendiente, amable, gentil y respondiendo rápido, nos ha ayudado en cada duda que hemos tenido y nos ha dado recomendaciones!! Todo super claro :) La zona del apartamento es ideal para conocer Napoli, se puede llegar caminando a todos los puntos de interés. Apartamento comodo! Hemos podido también estacionar el auto super cerca. ¡Recomendamos el alojamiento de Anna!

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Naples dans le logement d'Antonio. L'arrivée a été facile car tout était bien indiqué. Le quartier est un peu excentré mais il y a des arrêts de bus proches pour se rendre dans le centre ou à la gare pour partir découvrir la région. Des commerces sont à proximité.

El piso de arriba es muy bonito. La terraza nos ha gustado mucho: se pueden ver las estrellas y la luna, es muy relajante sentarse allí por la noche y oír el canto de los grillos. Los niños se han encontrado muy a gusto: el jardín y la piscina han sido ideales para ellos. El perro también ha podido disfrutar de espacios verdes, sin obligación de llevar correa. Silvio ha sido en todo momento encantador, a pesar del bullicio de los niños y ladridos ocasionales de Bruma. ¡Gracias Silvio! :-)

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Naples! Luigi was responsive, flexible and helpful. We loved every minute!

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is perfect for two couples. The hot tub is an amazing perk after a day walking Positano. The hosts are helpful, met us at the door, helped with luggage, and called a restaurant on our behalf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Had a great stay here. Amazing views, easy access to town (although requires some fitness to go up stairs like much of Positano), easy check in, and sufficiently equipped kitchen to cook meals at home is you’re looking to avoid expensive restaurants.

La posizione permette di avere una vista mozzafiato, appartamento molto bello, ti senti come a casa. La terrazza è impareggiabile, nonostante fosse dicembre/gennaio stare lì è un tocco positivo per l’animo. É possibile andare in paese a piedi in pochi minuti (hai più di un percorso da scegliere) senza avere l’incubo del parcheggio. Oppure puoi fare una passeggiata lungo la strada e goderti il paesaggio in qualunque orario. Consiglio vivamente questa posizione. Unico limite: non bastano le parole per fare i complimenti a Mena, ospite eccezionale.

The building is in a central location, close to the city center, but the apartment is very quiet and sunny. We had a very good stay

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Napoli grazie a questo splendido appartamento e al suo host impeccabile. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città, ma ciò che lo rende davvero speciale è l’atmosfera unica che si respira nel cuore pulsante di Napoli. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, che è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci ha accolti con calore e ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. È evidente che mette passione e cura in ciò che fa, e questo fa davvero la differenza. The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Fabrizio was an excellent hosts. He was very helpful providing local guides and recommendations. He was super helpful and easy to reach.

Antonio’s place was just as described. Beautiful view overlooking all of Positano. Out and above from most of the tourist foot traffic. Bus stop near by as well.
