Santana : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

The house is nice, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Since it is located in the mountains, it is not properly heated, and it was occasionally chilly inside. Additionally, the house is situated near a road with frequent noisy traffic, which can be disruptive. The location listed in the advertisement was incorrect and led us to a spot about 500 meters away from the actual house. Furthermore, the house is several kilometers from the waterfront, and there’s nowhere to walk nearby as there are no sidewalks. On the positive side, the hosts left us wine, cheese, and a local cake, which was a nice gesture. The jacuzzi was in good working order, adding to the comfort. However, caution is needed with the staircase in the house — it is quite steep, and there’s a risk of slipping. Overall, the stay was fine, but some aspects might not suit everyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was amazing, the views stunning and the hot tub a real treat that we enjoyed thoroughly. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking to explore Funchal and the beautiful island of Madeira. Our only concern was the welfare and barking of the dogs across the road which we raised before we left and which we have been assured has been passed on to the authorities.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Carlos. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise war alles Perfekt. Die Villa hat einen einzigartigen Blick auf den Atlantik und ist ruhig gelegen. Im Haus ist genug Platz und es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wir hätten am 1. Tag nicht mal einkaufen müssen, da von Carlos für die Erstversorgung schon eingekauft wurde. Carlos war jederzeit erreichbar und immer freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 13 Tage im März in der Casa Requinte von Rosa und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist stilvoll, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet – besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt zum Abschalten: Abends im Whirlpool zu liegen und den Vögeln zu lauschen, war einfach traumhaft. Wanderungen, vor allem bei Rabaçal, sind ganz in der Nähe. Alles war sehr sauber, und uns wurde sogar eine Zwischenreinigung angeboten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und herzlich. Abends sorgte der Pelletofen für eine tolle Atmosphäre, und das integrierte Bluetooth-Heimsoundsystem war ein echtes Highlight – sowas haben wir in einem Airbnb noch nie erlebt. Rundum eine perfekte Unterkunft – wir kommen definitiv

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es hat eine perfekte Lage, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es war uns ein Vergnügen, die Gäste von Luis zu sein. Er ist wirklich ein sehr guter Gastgeber und denkt einfach an alles ! Es war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft die wir je von dieser Plattform gesehen haben. Viel Liebe zum Detail und wirklich sehr gute Grundausstattung.. wir überlegen im Sommer wieder zu kommen

We had an exceptional stay at Casa do Lombada. The property itself is gorgeous, with stunning ocean views out of every window. Ponto do Sol is a wonderful and central home base for Madeira. But it was really José’s warm welcome and hospitality that set this stay apart for us. He was extremely communicative prior to our arrival and met us with a beautiful spread of treats to warmly welcome us to Madeira. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again soon. We recommend this property—and Madeira!—to you enthusiastically and without hesitation.

We loved our stay and the view from the terras. The jacuzzi was amazing. You can watch the sunset from the terras. The house had everything we wanted, big rooms and 2 bathrooms. We would recommend it to all of our friends to stay here!

Filipe’s place is amazing - our family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights - the house is in the perfect location, close to Funchal if you want to be close to the city, but in a very private location with an amazing view and the perfect outdoor set up with a heated pool and hot tub after a long days hike. The house is by far the best stocked airbnb we have stayed in - he supplies everything from paper towels to toilet paper - it truly feels like you are staying at a friends house. Not only the inside kitchen, but you can tell he is a chef as the outside covered patio has everything you need to prepare outside meals….not that we ever did as the food on the island was so good!. Don’t hesitate to book - we were 4 people, but could easily accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms that all have amazing views. Last comment - DEFINITELY make reservations at his restaurant, it’s one of the best on the island by far - we ate there twice and Filipe made you feel like family. The food was amazing!!!

Hôte très accueillant, répondant rapidement à nos questions. Logement propre dans son ensemble (équipements cuisines à relavé). Logement pour 4 adultes car pour 6 risque d’être trop petit (petite salle de bain, petite cuisine…) Nous avons passez un très bon séjour chez Pedro !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nélia, elle a souhaité nous faire la présentation en francais, elle se débrouille très bien, nous avons apprécié cet effort et également notre panier de bienvenue avec fruits et oeufs,gâteaux.. le logement est parfait, nous avons apprécié le jaccuzi qui est un vrai plus après une journée de randonnée. Fernando est très réactif a nos demandes je recommande ce logement. Merci pour votre gentillesse et confiance.

Had a really lovely week here. Great location to explore the entire island. Very quiet location with good views of the ocean. Modern decor and a well equipped property. Beautiful pool/jacuzzi area right outside the main door. Host communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Superschöne und gut ausgestattete Villa. Sogar fürs erste Frühstück haben die Vermieter Toastbrot, Kaffeetapps, Tee und Milch bereitgestellt. Der Pool und die Terrasse mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer sind ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe an mehrere große Supermarket und guten Restaurants. Funchal erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten oder mit dem Bus. Wir waren begeistert und können die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen.

I stayed here for a week with my husband and it was lovely! The villa is even better than the photos suggest, and it was extremely clean. Hot tub and pool were amazing (although the pool was heated, it wasn't super warm). The views were fantastic day or night! It's just over an hour's (downhill) walk to the old town - we only ended up doing it once as there are numerous local buses that can get you there much more quickly. Taxis via Bolt are also cheap and readily available. It's also in a great location to get the 81 bus out to the Valley of the Nuns. It's about 7 minute walk to a local supermarket and there are a couple of bars and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

This house for me is THE PLACE ,if you want peace and quiet,if you want to feel the true vibes of Madeira and I don’t mean parties and noisy neighbourhoods. Madeira is pure nature and this house is a true gem for those who want to disconnect from their busy life and reconnect with mother nature. Just pick it,promise you won’t regret it

Beautiful house in a peaceful location surrounded by banana trees. Well equiped. Nice confortable jacuzzi. Definerly need a car to get there. Drive may be challenging in the beggining by the house is worth it!!! We loved our time there. Thank you so much!!!
