I would definitely want to come back. Paola was super friendly and help us with everything, the place has breathtaking views. It’s all worth it. She even has a lot of extra things in the room, like micellar water and stuff which was extremely helpful and very nice of her Weather did not help since it was raining the three days, so we will definitely go back

Campo da tennis adatto a noi principianti per divertirci insieme (attrezzature fornite dalla casa). È stata una vacanza molto piacevole e consigliamo questa bella villa!

Fabrizio's house is fantastic. It is located in a typical Italian countryside environment. The view is great, the pool is wonderful, huge terraces ensured undisturbed conversations. The house is very well equipped and luckily there is air conditioning everywhere. Fabrizio is a super host and his house is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to relax.

Wir durften abermals eine wunderbare, romanhafte Woche in der Villa Bianci verbringen. Es war einmal mehr ein Heimkommen in eine wunderbare malerische Atmosphäre. Zu einer toll gepflegten, ausgedehnten Parkanlage mit prächtiger weiter Seesicht. Angela hatte uns wiederum zum erweiterten einleben in die Melodie des Hauses mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Danke Angela. Wir freuen uns bereits auf das nächste Wiedersehen. Bis bald!

Met een groep van tien personen hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige authentieke villa. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Cristina is een super host die zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf beschikbaar was voor vragen. Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk ontvangen door Ceasar en buurman Timo stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Het enige punt van aandacht is dat je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur wordt gewekt door het klokkenspel van het (eveneens schitterend) kerkje naast de villa. Op zondagochtend stond daar echter een prachtig kerkgezang tegenover, waar we vanuit het heerlijke zwembad van hebben genoten.

Beautiful view of the lake - even prettier than the pictures. You will need a car to get to & from the home - the road to the home is narrow and up a steep hill. The air conditioning works well in the bedrooms - the living area was comfortable but would be warm during summer months. We would happily stay there again.

Mooie bungalow met een ruim terras (waar het prima toeven is met een goed boek) in een grote omheinde tuin, vlakbij het meer. Toegang tot het meer vanaf het einde van de privé weg, minder dan 30 meter lopen. Heerlijk om daar te zwemmen en lekker op het gras te liggen. Enkele prima restaurantjes en een goede supermarkt in de buurt (10 minuten lopen) en 15 minuten rijden met de auto naar Arona, een leuk en wat groter stadje dan Lesa. Onze tieners hebben zich vermaakt op het meer met een Sup die ze vlakbij konden huren. Het huis is in augustus wel erg warm, zeker in de beiden slaapkamers. Een extra ventilator (er was er 1) zou dus wel fijn zijn😊. Het raam openzetten ‘s nachts geeft niet heel veel verkoeling en is sowieso niet aan te raden vanwege de muggen. Maar nogmaals: mooi en goed verzorgd huis in prachtige omgeving!

We spent 5 nights at Giacomo's Villa Sofia in Sulzano. The villa's location is truly spectacular, situated right on Lake Iseo with the porch extending over the water. The views from the house are breathtaking. While the house is a relatively old, rustic building, it's well-maintained. We were two couples, and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. One bathroom is on the upper floor, while the other is on the entrance level. The house is fully equipped with all necessary accessories, providing everything needed for a great vacation. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. While there aren't many places to purchase food nearby, it's not a problem if you're willing to drive. This is definitely the place to spend a quiet, pleasant vacation away from the more touristy areas of Lake Garda or Como. The host was helpful and nice. Overall, Villa Sofia is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a stunning lakeside setting.

Nous avons séjourné à 8 copines dans cette fabuleuse villa pour découvrir Milan. Situé à 30min de Milan et 30min du Lac de Côme, c’était pour nous le bon compromis, si vous êtes véhiculés. Le logement était comme en photos, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Les instructions étaient très expliquées pour l’arrivée autonome, très facile d’accès. Possibilité de stationner dans le garage souterrain. L’intérieur est très spacieux idéal pour les grand groupes/familles. La maison était propre et tout les équipements énoncés étaient présents et fonctionnel. Le cadre est très paisible, pas de bruit du voisinage, très peu de passage sur la route, avec le parc en face de la maison. Et les hôtes étaient très réactifs en message pour la moindre question. Merci pour cette facilité d’accès, cette superbe maison bien entretenue, pour votre réactivité et gentillesse. Et pour toutes ces raisons citées, je vous recommande vivement ce logement. We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

Beautiful view! The house looked the same as the pictures. Daniel was an excellent host and very responsive! I would only say if you have a lot of heavy luggage this would not be the place for you. The walkway to get to the house is VERY steep. And was even more dangerous when wet. The town was very cute but limited. I definitely recommend buying some groceries before you arrive. Overall it was a beautiful house and we loved our stay!

Io e i miei amici abbiamo trascorso capodanno presso Sonia e Simone, alloggiando nella villa indipendente. La villa è più bella di quanto immaginato, la cura ai dettagli è ciò che la rende speciale. Sonia e Simone sono due host fantastici, ci hanno aiutato a preparare le nostre pietanze e ci hanno fatti sentire a casa! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare nella loro villa

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

Wir waren 8 Frauen, welche diese Unterkunft von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht haben. Die Kommunikation im Vorherein hat problemlos funktioniert. Im Haus angekommen hat es unserere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jede von uns hatte ein eigenes Zimmer, es hatte mehrere Badezimmer. Alles war sauber, geräumig und sehr ansprechend. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist top! Wir würden das Airbnb jedem empfehlen und diese Unterkunft kann ohne Bedenken gebucht werden. Danke auch an Andrea für deine Flexibilität und gute Kommunikation!

Vi havde et perfekt ophold. Vi var en sto gruppe på 8 som havde to dage i boligen. Den var præcis det vi havde brug for. Vi fik hode anbefalinger fra værten og kom i kontakt med lokal bureau, som arrangerede ture for os. Stor stor anbefaling!

abbiamo alloggiato in 10 ragazzi per capodanno , la casa è spaziosa e accogliente. Casa pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. L’host e i collaboratori sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili.

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

Sikke et sted og sikke nogle værter! Med det samme følte vi os hjemme og velkommen i Antonellas autentiske italienske hus. Grillområdet og selvfølgelig poolen blev flittigst brugt og vi nød det. Enestående udsigt over sletten og bjergene. Antonella var meget venlig og imødekommende og gav en god gennemgang af huset som var godt udstyret med alt man har brug for. Vil fik masser af lokale anbefalinger og området var spænede at udforske, vi kunne blive ved:) Tak!

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Beautiful villa with stunning sunset views! The entire place was pristine clean and very well equipped. The host is responsive and prepared clear instructions. If you're in doubt because of the 300meters unpaved road - don't be. Our tiny Fiat 500 made it with no problem. This place will comfortably host 6 adults. Our visit was in the middle of winter, yet the house was preheated prior to our arrival and kept warm during the whole stay. This is truly a jewel.

Week-end tra amici con in comune la passione del barbecue e della griglia. Fantastico dehors e prato intorno al casale e griglia enorme per cucinare agilmente per 20 persone. Atmofera molto tranquilla e con bellissimo panorama. Servizi comodi a 15 minuti di macchina.
