Cute and cozy older home that's been fully renovated. Nice large back yard with a fire pit and hanging lights that worked great for our family BBQ. It is walking distance (less than half mile) from the ocean and pier. There are several places within walking distance for food, convenient store items, and shopping. The construction next door was loud in the days, but that's no fault of the host/property, just something to be aware of until it is completed. We felt safe and comfortable for our stay. would definitely stay again in the future.

Linar and this home were absolutely perfect! My family and I were in town for a wedding. I message Linar a couple days before we were to be there to see if there was a pack and play for my son. He assured me he would have one there the next day courtesy of the house! AMAZING! if you have ever traveled with kids you know how much stuff you already have to bring that was such a relief. The location is near the freeway so it's very convenient! The backyard is so nice! it was a bit too cold to swim but the hot tub was perfect! Very clean inside. Thank you Linar my family had the best time in your home it was so cozy and comfortable we will definitely stay again!

Perfect location! 2 blocks to Main St. Stores, restaurants, breweries, market and convenience stores are all within a couple of minutes out the front door. The house was perfect, everything we could want or need. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans, pits and utensils. Backyard is so nice to hang out and enjoy the sunny day. All instructions are clear and easy to follow. We had a wonderful time. The sunsets off the front porch are beautiful. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back and will stay here again if available.

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

This was the perfect place for our girls getaway celebrating some special birthdays! It was our peaceful haven after spending long days exploring San Diego. The kitchen had everything we needed to start our days with a lovely home-cooked breakfast - one of our favorite memories. And we absolutely loved the fireplace and sauna - super cozy and relaxing! So many thoughtful details went into making this such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Everything was spotless, communication was awesome, the house/location is stunning... We had the most wonderful time and will cherish our memories for years to come... Thank you for providing such a lovely home in such beautiful surroundings - we only wish we could've stayed longer!

My family loved the house so much we wanted to stay for one more night. Unfortunately, it had already been booked when we asked. The house was pristine and spacious. The beds were a dream to sleep in and the moms appreciated the small labels on the cabinets to know where things are. We'll book this home the next time we visit San Diego.

Elyce has thought of everything that you could possibly need to make you feel welcome. Fresh flowers in the kitchen, bedroom and master bath, games and books, umbrellas, toys etc.

We had a last minute need for a place that could accommodate us, our friends who were in town, and our baby! Robert's place did the trick and was very comfortable and lovely. Wish we had gotten to use the back patio more!

This little apartment by the ocean is great. It was exactly as described and felt like a little oasis for a quick trip. The building is a little bit confusing, so finding our apartment took a bit of work, but that was the worst thing to happen. I would stay here over and over again, especially when beach season hits. Loved it.

The location can’t be beat, walkable to restaurants as well as a large shopping plaza, plus the bayside walk. Great layout and plenty of sunlight. Private patio a huge plus!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Janella's place is a cute little studio, beautifully decorated and conveniently located near the highway but also a short drive to Balboa Park and Downtown. The welcome snacks and drinks were a nice touch, as well as the bathrobes. Check-in was easy, and Janella reached out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again if we come back to San Diego.

Great place to stay…highly recommend! Peter, the host is responsive and chill - always there to help. Great view, clean, comfortable bed, and an awesome location to everything Encinitas offers. We will be back!

Great location in La Jolla. Walking distance to everything you need. Host was very communicative when you needed help. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

We came to Roy and Stella’s place 3 years ago, since then we always wanted to come back! It’s a magical place, fantastic view, diverse weather, so close to the nature! Lots of plants, trees thoughtfully planted around the house, many hummingbirds and other birds came to the feeder, unbelievable sunset everyday, we like to take a private and quite walk after sunset then soak in the hot tub to stare at the valley or stargazing. Kitchen has everything we need, we usually eat on the deck with very colorful plates. We took the private mile long trail as well, its well maintained especially considering its a private trail with limited foot traffic. During the day i like to sit on the deck (plenty of shade) and experience the breeze from the valley. A few times fogs came all the way in, if thats the case morning is gorgeous at sunrise, the mountain will gradually shows up when fog subsides. The water fountain runs during the day, it’s so tranquil, time stops. A superb experience!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful pool and backyard and the kitchen is STUNNING. And it’s only a short uber ride from anywhere you want to be in San Diego. Chris was very communicative and was flexible with us. He was even willing to work through a misunderstanding that happened on my part 10/10 recommend this house!

We have stayed in this beautiful home several times, and we have always enjoyed our time there. It is a rare find in terms of the beauty and spaciousness of the house, the gorgeous large yard, and the exceptional hosts. The landscape is stunning by any measurement, but for an airbnb, it is really unusual and top quality. It has a very spacious backyard, which can accommodate guests beautifully with multiple sitting areas, BBQ and fireplace options, a swimming pool, and areas for activity. Terry and Enza are wonderful hosts-- friendly, quick to respond, helpful, and always available for questions.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This place looks even BETTER than the pics. The pool is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and spacious, and the location is the perfect distance from the city, far enough to not be crowded but close enough to head in for lunch. Would DEFINITELY return.

This home is beautiful and well appointed. We had several family members visit during our stay, and most had young children who all just LOVED the pool and waterslide. The host was simply outstanding to communicate with and she was extremely responsive. The kitchen has everything a group needs to be comfortable and to prepare and cook meals. The master bedroom is gigantic and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Couldn't recommend the property or the host with any higher encouragement.

We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. My family enjoyed the entire weekend and we would definitely stay again! Many thanks

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.
