This was our second stay at Aaron’s Airbnb, and once again, it was perfect for our family — myself, my parents, and my two young kids. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy, and the beds were super comfortable. Heating and cooling worked great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We especially loved the private patio — such a great space to relax. The location is incredible: close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet area, and just one block from the beach. There were so many thoughtful extras, too, like beach chairs, toys, and board games that made the stay even more enjoyable. Aaron is a fantastic host — friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to come back!

The view is amazing! You feel so secluded despite being so close to Julian. Overall, great spot! Just as a note, to access two of the bedrooms you have to go through another bedroom. This may be something to consider if traveling when needing all four rooms. We only needed 3 so it wasn’t an issue for us.

My stay exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable. Just a short stroll to the beach. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival and I appreciated the attention to detail. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Check-in was a breeze and the garage parking was very convenient. Communication was prompt, helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The perfect blend of location, comfort and hospitality made it a standout stay.

Our stay at Palms bungalow was amazing. The space is exactly as described. The house itself was perfect for our needs. We stayed for 2.5 months and completely felt at home. Rick the owner was so responsive and kind. The outdoor space is like a resort. So peaceful, tropical, and beautiful. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Parking was easy, one space in the garage and one on the street. It’s great that there is no street sweeping on the street so we never had to worry about that. We will definitely be back.

Great location in Ocean Beach. Just a few short blocks to all the action, yet just removed from all the action. House is accurately described. Having a driveway and private parking spot is priceless in this neighborhood.

I'd recommend staying here to anyone who's wishing to just be out in San Diego and enjoy the weather and climate. With the bikes provided, and everything just around the corner you can easily navigate most of the surrounding areas to the beach or to restaurants by foot or bike.

Great location, lots of storage and extras you sometimes don't get. Parking right by unit. Restaurants and beach within easy walking distance. Lisa is a fantastic host who really cares about her guests comfort. Would easily book another stay. Only negative would be the bar at the end of the street is a little noisey, but really not to bad. Great place.

We loved the house and pool, it was clean and spacious. Brian was helpful and communicative and we ran into no issues. Thank you again for everything.

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

Our second stay at this house. Rebooked because we LOVE the outdoor pool/hot tub space with a view, grill and outdoor lounge and tv area. Pool towels are provided and it’s really just the best. Well cared for and clean. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space with everything you need to enjoy a meal, coffee, wine, etc. beds are comfy, decor is super cool. We ate at some nearby great places this trip: Crest, Books+Records, Bread and Cie. We had a blast thrift shopping at Buffalo Exchange which was nearby too. Airport is so close which made departure super easy for us too. Hope to return again!

Our family of 4 plus my mother and dog stayed at Bruce's place for 4 nights. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the fun amenities at the house (hot tub, pool table, ping pong). Bruce was a gracious host and very friendly!

Brian was very nice and responsive no matter what time I had a question. The house was just as the photos pictured. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the fir pit on but Brian was willing to come fix it right away. Weather wasn’t on our side so we didn’t rush him. We got a lot of compliments from family about how neat it was that Brian had a coffee bar and snack cart set up. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep and enjoyed their stay.

Great place! Close to the beach and restaurants. Rich and Adrienne are super responsive and helpful. Well stocked kitchen, cute place. Worked great for our family of 4!

We rented Gabe’s 3 bed/2 bath house in UH and it was fantastic! Our family of 5 stayed a week and truth be told, I wanted to stay forever! From the beginning Gabe was extremely cordial and promptly responded to our questions. The house was exactly like the pictures posted. We loved Gabe’s artistic decor style. We appreciated the privacy of the rooms and having a European style restroom in the MS was a plus. The beds were very comfy, and we didn’t really need the AC, but appreciated it’s availability. Whatever we needed to feel at home, this place had it, from multiple clean towels, crisp linens, makeup towels (I didn’t use it but nice detail) to a Keurig, and condiments. We enjoyed making breakfast at the house as a family. We didn’t use the shared jacuzzi. Maybe next time! Plenty of parking in the area in this quiet quaint neighbor in the heart of UH walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great time. Felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back! We were able to easily explore the city's attractions and restaurants. The enclosed yard was private and relaxing. And the swing? It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. Lisa’s place is always the first place I search for when planning a trip to San Diego. Perfect location to avoid the congestion in mission valley or downtown, and it’s only 10 minutes from SDSU if you’re visiting your kid there.

This was a great place to stay. The backyard was a great hang out spot and the location is prime. Also the bedding and pillows felt really nice and expensive!
