Santeramo in Colle : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Super schöne Wohnung in bester Lage. Giovanni war der Beste AirBnb-Host, den ich bis jetzt hatte. Die geräumige Wohnung bietet mehr als genug Platz für fünf Personen und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, da man die Altstadt super in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Giovanni hat uns auch super Empfehlungen gegeben und war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Absolut top! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! :)

Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Appartamento spazioso, ben attrezzato, vicinissimo al centro storico. Pulizia impeccabile. Siamo stati benissimo, quasi meglio di a casa nostra!! Con anche un bel getto caldo nella doccia che da vera soddisfazione :)

La casa era molto carina e in una posizione molto strategica. Vengo spesso a Polignano, e la posizione è molto importante per quanto riguarda il parcheggio. Peccato che sia rimasto solo 2 giorni. A presto Domenico.

Petit studio très calme (situé dans une cour intérieure), à moins de 5 minutes de la gare et à deux pas de la grande rue piétonne bordées de restaurants, bars, cafés et boutiques. Il est très agréable d’y déambuler en se rendant dans la vieille ville qui est à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Appartement bien équipé et confortable. L’hôte nous attendait à la porte à l'heure dite. Bon à noter, le check-in se fait à partir de midi, ce qui est très apprécié quand on arrive de voyage et qu'on veut se "déposer" sans attendre.

Tuvimos una hermosa estadía en el departamento de Claudia. Ella nos esperó y nos recibió con mucha amabilidad. Siempre estuvo atenta y respondió rápidamente nuestros mensajes. El lugar es aún más lindo que en las fotos, es espacioso, está decorado con muy buen gusto, bien equipado para cocinar, tiene lavavajillas y lavarropas. Claudia nos dejó café, té y dulces para los desayunos. La ubicación es excelente, hay supermercados a una cuadra de distancia. El centro está a solo 10 minutos a pie. Sin duda, la mejor opción para alojarse en Bari!

We stayed at Davides for 7 nights and everything was perfect , really comfortable bed, hot water on demand and strong Wi-Fi. Underground secure parking 1 minute from house €20 for 24hrs. We will definitely return .

Gabriella’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Monopoli. The apartment is well furnished and is within walking distance of the historic centre. Gabriella was very helpful during our stay and provided welcome recommendations for eating places and local places of interest. Would definitely stay again.

The view! This aspect of our stay made it absolutely worthwhile. We appreciated that the back patio featuring the view was very private, the apartment was walkable to everything, and the price was fair. We required heat for chilly evenings, and the thermostat worked very efficiently to warm the place. A few small notes – the apartment does have two full bathrooms, but the upstairs shower was rather impractical to use, because there was no curtain or glass to contain the water from the shower nozzle. The bathroom tiles were quite stained with several missing. The glassware and extra blankets were of questionable cleanliness, but the bedsheets and everything else appeared to be washed just ahead of our stay. An overall lovely stay!

Great location in the centre of Centro Storico. Parking was always possible for us in a square about 5 minutes away. Apartment was cosy with everything we needed. Thanks to Piero for the explanation of the surroundings and offering to help carry our bags.

Logement idéalement situé à Cisternino, à proximité du centre historique et non loin de nombreux sites d’intérêt dans la région. L’appartement est calme, bien équipé et spacieux, en dehors de la salle de bain un peu exiguë. A noter le lit particulièrement confortable. Très bonne communication avec Francesco.

Stelio’s apartment and Stelio himself was great! The apartment had everything I needed. Stelio suggested great places to eat, answered all my questions immediately and took care of all my needs. The coffee and croissant delivery every morning was delightful. He even arranged a taxi ride to the airport for me when I had no cash due to fraud on my bank card and stayed in touch with me making sure I got to the airport. I highly recommend staying here!

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Trello etwas abseits der Städte.

Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super; das historische Zentrum ist problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah gelegen. Palma hat uns sehr herzlich begrüsst und verabschiedet.

Fantastic place! We booked a week for a group of 12 adults and felt that the common areas and grounds made the stay feel very spacious and comfortable . The listing was incredible, better than the pictures if you can believe it. Good finishes throughout. AC was perfect in the new villa, the Trulli got a bit warm at times. Location was great - very secluded and relaxing. Very professional property manager who was always on hand if we needed anything for the apartment and even tips or recommendations for the surrounding area. We unanimously decided that we’d love to go back again.

Mimma was an amazing host. She went out of her way to find a free parking place close to the apartment. She actually got in the car with her son to find a good parking space. She took time to show me around where the bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in person not just pointing thinggs are on a map. She was always available for my questions and curiosity. I strongly recommend her and I would definitely book with her again.

Teresa nagyon kedves és segítőkész házigazda. Sokat segített már az utazás megkezdése előtt is a közlekedésben és a szálláshoz való eljutásban. Otthona gyönyörű, tiszta,mindent megtalálsz benne,amire szükséged van.Teresa reggelit és finomságokat is biztosított számunkra.A szállás közel van a vonat és busz pályaudvarokhoz,kis sétával a bevásárlóutcákhoz is eljuthatsz. A great apartment and amazing location. Ocean on the doorstep and the terrace at the apartment was the winner for us. The apartment was spotless and decorated with local artefacts, everything you need for a great stay in Monopoli. The local trains are superb, low cost and frequent so it’s very easy to visit other towns along the coastline . It’s a 15 min walk to the train station from the apartment . Note: the apartment has a very steep set of stairs to enter.

Communication doesn't get any better than this. Super responsive and friendly host. Easy self checkin. Local recommendations provided. The apartment was clean, quiet and at a good location. Would definitely stay there again.

The 1er Grand Cru of airbnb. In Te Reo Maori has a word to describe care and hospitality, being manaakitanga. Pasquale has this with a strong commitment to his craft of hosting. He spent time orienting us with the area and provided a generous selection of local delicacies. An unobtrusive host with a meticulously appointed property. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo: la casa storica, caratteristica e ristrutturata benissimo e con gusto, ha una posizione fantastica per godere della bellezza di Mola e delle località vicine raggiungibili anche con il treno. Margherita è stata gentilissima, super disponibile e professionale! Torneremo di sicuro!!!

I booked last minute during winter and on a hunch, and I was not disappointed: From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The location was ideal, and the warm welcome stood out, not only from both my hosts but also Marianna on site, who both made sure that I enjoy my stay. I can only recommend and would definitely book again.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The host is fantastic; he was so nice to me and my family; not only that, but he recommended a great pizza place, and it was the best pizza I've ever had. I highly recommend this location; everything is walkable. It is a little distant from the airport, but the host was really helpful in arranging transportation.
