Santerno : locations de vacances

Minha estadia em Florença foi maravilhosa. Alberto me permitiu entrar mais cedo no apartamento visto que já estava tudo limpo e pronto. Ele mesmo me recebeu. Foi extremamente gentil, me apresentando todas as comodidades e se colocando à disposição pelo seu número de telefone para o que eu precisasse, inclusive pedir táxi. Apartamento novinho, muito bem cuidado, confortável, moderno, clean e lindo. Cozinha toda equipada. Uma varadinha que é um charme. O apartamento fica um pouco afastado do centro histórico de Florença, mas possui ponto de ônibus a 1 quarteirão, e eu achei muito fácil de me locomover e nem precisei usar táxi. É possível também ir a pé, sem problemas, mas é uma caminhada de uns 30min. Há uma padaria ao lado do prédio o que já garantia o meu café da manhã. Supermercado a dois quarteirões. Recomendo demais.

Helt fantastisk sted og Elettra er klar med anbefalinger på alt og tilbød også at tage med på en af turene som hun talte om. Billigt og virkelig fantastisk sted oppe på et lille bjerg. Man skal køre til alt dog og man skal ikke komme i en stor SUV for vejene er små. Vores Volvo XC90 måtte bakke og vige en del gange.

Thr communication began as soon as I made my booking so I felt very comfortable especially as an older solo female traveller. I loved staying far enough from the tourist area yet everywhere was a comfortable walking distance. I was here to write so the space was perfect for me and very quiet. The space was very clean and I enjoyed using the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable- highly recommend especially for a single person. Great eateries close by & I felt very safe. Thankyou

This is a beautiful villa! We enjoyed the easy trip into Florence each day and even happened upon a Renaissance Festival in San Casciano. We came home each night to soak in the Tuscan scenery and relax at the villa. It was a perfect stay thanks to Rose and Pier!

For two families in need of four bedrooms, this was an outstanding choice for us. It was so convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, Pitti Palace, and the gardens. It was easy to acquire transportation right in front of the door. Erika was amazing, And we highly recommend a cooking class with her right there in that beautiful kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Sehr gute Lage (knapp ausserhalb der ZTL, verkehrsberuhigten Zone) Gerade mit dem Auto super praktisch, weiter in die Altstadt dürfte man nicht fahren und bei der Unterkunft ist der private Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Innenhof inklusive. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt aber auch Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel wirkte sauber und sicher. Die Wohnung hat für zwei Personen eine gute Grösse und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, gegen die Seitenstrasse und im inneren vom Gebäude eher hellhörig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin welche zeitnah antwortet. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit in Bellas Unterkunft! Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und haben auch gleich ein paar gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Gegend bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit Bella lief einwandfrei, sie hat immer sehr schnell und hilfreich auf Fragen geantwortet. Auch das frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig, und von der Terasse hat man einen wirklich tollen Ausblick!

Appartamento incantevole davvero! Tutto molto pulito e ben arredato, Lucia e’ stata molto disponibile per aiutarci con il check-in, ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo e la zona e’ molto tranquilla. Approvato!
