Santiago Atitlán : locations de vacances

We had a beautiful stay at Casa Paloma. The pictures truly do resemble the gorgeous location and it was a bit of peace we needed. The amenities such as the yoga platform, sauna & private dock were great. We also LOVED the food for breakfast and dinner and would recommend utilizing that. I will say we encountered some scorpions but that's a part of it! We felt lucky to wake up with that view everyday :)

We had a lovely stay here, it’s a very unique experience and you really don’t get bored of the views. The kitchen area comes equipped with everything you need to cook for yourselves. The hosts were probably one of the most communicative and helpful I’ve experienced on Airbnb, thanks!

This Airbnb is even more cozy and picturesque than the pictures in the listing. Bruce was so responsive from the start, and also connected us with his friend who shuttled our group from the lake for Antigua. There’s also a cool lighthouse in the Yacht club that you can walk down to and take private boats from. The only drawback was the location. San Lucas Toliman is less popular for tourists. To get to San Juan or Pedro you have to first take a boat to Panajachel, unless you pay extra for private boats. You’ll also want to start your days early and head back home by 3pm at the latest; the winds pick up and can make the water really choppy.

Unique and beautiful stay with breathtaking views at the amenities! Alvaro was very responsive whenever we needed help with anything and went above and beyond for us! Definitely recommend! Only thing I will mention is that sometimes you might have to wait a long time for public lanchas being in Santiago but just set aside time if you need to use those or look into private lanchas if you need to get to another town quickly!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible. It was a short Tuk tuk up the hill. The town was not too crowded, but there were a couple restaurants to eat in the evening, which was nice! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot. VERY minor complaint that the hot tub takes over two hours to heat up so be sure to work that into your schedule if you want to enjoy it! We ended up being way too tired upon return to wait. Also be mindful there are about eight steep flights of steps. Five stars overall.

Excelente lugar para poder descansar y disfrutar del Lago en Santiago Atitlán. Es un hospedaje muy organizado, encontrarás contactos por si requieres apoyo con limpieza, mantenimiento o cualquier otro tipo de apoyo. Totalmente satisfecho y totalmente recomendado!

Andrea and Alejandra are angels! There was constant and quick communication with Andrea from the moment we booked to the moment we left. We got put in contact with Alejandra (who is an absolute sweetheart) who got us in contact with a tuk tuk driver that picked us up when we arrived to San Marcos and drove us around during our visit. The views are beautiful and it was great to have the kayaks/paddle boards available for use. Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and made our stay a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough! Just be advised the stairs are killer haha, but worth it.

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation mit Matthew war perfekt! Matthew beantwortete jede Frage vorab und war immer hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft, die Aussicht, die Sauberkeit war ein Traum. Wir haben nach der Unterkunft zwei Wall-Spiders gesehen und waren etwas erschrocken - jedoch verziehen die sich ganz schnell und so lange man sie ignoriert, ignorieren sie einen auch :) trotzdem ist es gut zu wissen, dass man in der Unterkunft auf die treffen könnte. In der Unterkunft gibt es Schwimmnudeln, Liegen an der Klippe, alles was man zum Kochen braucht und Yoga Matten. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich der Unterkunft noch mehr Sterne geben!
