Santiago : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Ricardo et Sandra sont des personnes adorables et très présents pour toutes demandes ou aides . L'appartement est très agréable , propre , calme et proche de toues commodités. Merci à eux pour notre séjour.

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

Bino is an amazing host and make you feel home, he is available, very helpful and has great recommandation. The place looks just like in the pictures and is very nice to live in, I liked the neighborhood.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Jacqueline. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat uns bestens in Empfang genommen. In der Umgebung war alles wichtige zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der großen Wohnung, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, und die zusätzliche Gemeinschaftsterrasse ein absolutes Highlight. Die Wohnung ist landestypisch einfach ausgestattet, die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausbaufähig. Alles war blitzsauber, die Betten sind hervorragend. Paulino und seine Familie wohnen im Haus, sind alle sehr nett und hilfreich. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns bei Madilu sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen.

Tamara foi muito prestativa conosco e atendia às nossas solicitações com muita eficiência. Os pequenos problemas que tivemos foram resolvidos imediatamente. A casa é linda, muito confortável e aconchegante, faz a gente se sentir em casa muito fácil. A viagem só foi perfeita porque nós hospedamos na Pink Door onde podíamos descansar depois de um dia cheio.

Jessica is truly a wonderful person—friendly and always ready to help. I encountered a minor issue with the internet connection upon my arrival, but she quickly resolved it the day. I absolutely loved the place; the surroundings are beautiful and filled with charming shops and restaurants. Additionally, Jessica's mother took care of my taxi fare from the airport, which I found to be incredibly generous and rare. It’s clear that good people still exist! Thank you, Mama, for your kindness. I will definitely return to stay someday.

Le logement de Paula est conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipé, une terrasse très agréable et à 2mn de la plage. Paula est une hôte très réactive et accueillante à l'image de tous les capverdiens ! Merci pour tout Paula!

Ich habe mich in dem Haus von Maria De Fátima sehr wohlgefühlt, alles war sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Die Dusche hat ordentlich Wasserdruck, das Bett ist komfortabel und mit Moskitonetz. Als kleiner Willkommensgruß wartete im Kühlschrank sogar Saft und Wasser auf mich. Danke auf diesem Wege hierfür! Die Kommunikation mit Maria funktionierte problemlos; wenn ich wieder mal in der Gegend bin gerne wieder!

O espaço do Nilton correspondeu à descrição e às nossas expectativas. É simples mas com tudo o que precisamos e super bem localizado. O Nilton esteve sempre em contacto connosco e a sua mãe, Margarida, foi muito amável e disponível. Iremos recomendar este espaço aos nossos amigos e familiares :) Obrigada por tudo!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce logement avant de reprendre l’avion. Nous souhaitons nous rapprocher de Praia sans y être complètement. Tout était comme indiqué sur la description et les commentaires d’anciens hôtes. On a seulement trouvé le village un peu tristou, peu animé mais nous avions une voiture donc très rapidement nous pouvions aller ailleurs. Nous recommandons ce logement si vous cherchez quelque chose de propre, de paisible et de pratique (restaurant au pied de l’appartement). Carlos qui nous a accueilli est très agréable et très disponible.

incredible hospitality and service. Paulo's apartment had a last minute issue, and he provided us with another apartment, large, quiet and totally equipped, in the same area. the location of the apartments is in the center of Palmarejo, with everything you might need around. supermarkets, restaurants, banks, etc. Paulo was available constantly for help, and was extremely kind and helpful. thanks so much for wonderful hospitality.

The place is very big and looks like the pictures. The house is well located close to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets. The host was communicative and helped with additional arrangements like airport pick ups. Thank you for the stay!

Le logement est très correct,les équipements sont bons. Les commerces et la mer sont proches. Mais surtout Maria est exceptionnelle,proche,réactive, sympathique. Excellente pâtissière,elle nous à offert de bon gâteau. On se sent comme chez soi. Son mari parle anglais et un peu le Français. Je recommande cette belle expérience

A very nice house. Spacious, quiet. With airco, which is very nice in August. Wifi is good, I could do quite a bit of work. Kitchen is fully equipped but I didnt really cook in it. There is a good restaurant just around the corner, Benfica. Also, Quebra Kanela is within walking distance if it is not too hot outside. If you want to go to Plateau take a taxi. Aidil met me when I was on the main street nearby, and took me to her house. There she explained everything. Later she brought me papaya which I liked, it is one of my favorite fruits. Highly recommended!

En dejlig lejlighed vi straks følte os hjemme i. Alt hvad vi skulle bruge var der. De havde tænkt på det hele og mere til. Klart et af de bedste steder vi har boet i de 6 uger vi var på kap verde.

We enjoyed staying at Sandro's apartment, everything was very organized and clean. My daughter felt right at home, she was still able to watch Netflix and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurant where they sell the best “catxupa, couscous, as well as fresh bread and coffee” This place is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with your family.

Maria was a great host overall, fast communication and the instructions on how to get there was sufficient as long as the taxi driver from the airport calls her to get those instructions since the street has no name and the apartment has no number. Other than that the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Just $10 euros to/airport and $6 euros to the port. Recommend.

Het appartement ligt in een fijne en rustige wijk van Praia. Contact was super fijn en snel. Bij aankomst zelfs even restaurantjes, bakker en winkel laten zien. Voor de kinderen was er een badje opgezet en kinderstoel aanwezig! Voor een taxi moet je even naar de hoofdweg lopen en naar de bakker is ong 10 min. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Gostei muito da Sandra e da sua casa! Sempre atenciosa e cuidadosa. Espaço muito acolhedor e com todas as condições. Muito obrigada Sandra!

Je remercie Fatima qui est restée disponible tout le long de notre séjour. L’appartement est conforme à la description, la résidence est sécurisée avec gardien. Il y a des places tout autour de la résidence pour se garer. Fatima nous a laissé une place de parking au sous-sol. Je reviendrai dans ce logement si je dois revenir à l’île de Santiago,. Je le recommande, surtout si vous êtes un groupe. Ravie d’avoir été chez toi Fatima.
