Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Spotlessly clean house in great location Near to supermarket and bars and restaurants but far enough away located in a peaceful, quiet road. Well equipped. Julieta most helpful and responsive.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

The spacious villa was situated in a tranquil area, providing an excellent base to explore the coastline. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and we enjoyed eating outside. We opted to pay extra for the heated pool, which was welcome on the slightly chilly days. Our favourite part was relaxing on the sun deck ontop of the villa. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen, im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bei Anliegen wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Lage ist top man kann zu Fuß Strand und Restaurants etc. Gut erreichen. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen .

I stayed for a month in this really cozy and super clean apartment. It is equipped with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. It is located almost in the town center so everything you might need is on the next corner so to speak. La Mata is a small town but it has much to offer, beautiful nature and beach, relaxed atmosphere, nice restaurants and cafés, pescadería, carnecería, frutería, some panederías etc. Daniel was a great host, attentive and easy to communicate with and he even arranged a lift for me from Alicante. I highly recommend this place. Five stars.

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Thank you Jill for a lovely few days away. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. Jill was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations with airport transfers and things to do near by.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Excellent accueil de la part de Thomas. Appartement tres propre avec une grande terrasse ou il fait bon vivre. De nombreuses plantes agrementent l'appartement.

L’appartement était impeccable, propre et bien agencé . Le hôte est réactif et disponible. Bel environnement, l’appartement est à quelques mètres de la plage, des restaurants…je conseil vivement ce logement, Merci Lary!!!

Lovely clean modern flat. Seafront walk and supermarket both near. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beach 20 mins walk. I also liked the Thursday market just around the corner!

Es un buen atico, muy amplio y con buenas vistas a las piscinas, el bloque esta bien situado a la entrada y muy tranquilo, no te encuentras con nadie en los espacios comunes, y el anfitrion esta siempre pendiente de su inquilino y es muy amable y servicial.

appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé. L'atout majeur pour cet appartement, c'est qu'il bénéficie d'une vue superbe sur la mar Menor, la méditerranée et le port avec en prime de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité. Oscar est très accueillant, agréable et vous reçoit avec des petits présents. Nous y avons séjourné pendant la période hivernale; La Manga est quelque peu désertée en cette saison. Globalement, nous avons été satisfaits.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

Had a great couple of days here. The apartment is lovely and has everything we needed, Fiona also replied to our queries extremely fast which was very helpful. Fantastic apartment. Very well appointed with everything you need (and rarely for rental properties) everything worked as it should. Nothing was broken or sub-standard. David had taken a lot of care and attention to detail for his guests. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds. It felt like a home from home - very comfortable and secure.
