Great stay and Parking on Premises, very good AC just needs more hot water in the 2 showers

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, and my stay was very pleasant. I usually work remotely, and the internet speed was excellent (150 Down/ 50 Up). The place was very peaceful and quiet. The security personnel in the building are very friendly and always willing to assist in case of any emergency. The hosts, Berenice and Candida, are very responsive and provide clear instructions. I felt so at home that I extended my stay, and they were very flexible. I will definitely use this place again on my next trip.

Amazing stay. Property exactly as pictured. AC in bedrooms was nice and cool. Hot water available as well! Aida was very involved on our check in process ensuring we were comfortable and an inside of the home. Host was Very responsive and attentive to our immediate needs. Instructions were clear. The apt is quiet and we felt very safe at all Times. I recommend this place and this host!

Great place to stay!

Juan’s place is a peaceful, hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Santo Domingo. It’s impeccably decorated, clean and thoughtfully equipped with every thing you could possibly need during your stay. The beds are super comfy with soft linens and the back courtyard is amazing to relax in after a long day. It’s located in Zona Colonial within walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Juan is an amazing, friendly host who gave us great recommendations and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I wish we could have stayed longer!! Thanks again! 🙂

Mi esposo y yo estamos muy complacidos y contentos con Fernando. Es la 3ra vez que nos alojamos en su casa que el se encarga de que uno se sienta como en casa. Tiene todas las facilidades que publica disponibles y facilidad de transporte público cerca. Es un excelente anfitrión y claro que me volvería a quedar en su casa. Nos ayudó mucho en diferentes solicitudes que le hicimos, siempre con amabilidad. Lugar seguro con vigilante privado en las noches.

Nixon was pleasant and had amazing recommendations. Everything I needed was walking distance or nearby. Easy to travel. Safe neighborhood to get in and out at any time of the day. House was spacious and all amenities mentioned available. Additional amenities for those items forgotten. Felt right at home. Cleanliness and hygiene were immaculate. I spent most of my time in the kitchen and patio. Very comfortable temperature indoor and outdoor. Nixon was one message away. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Dominican Republic.

Perfect for our business related stay. very secure location and friendly staff. Flat is beautiful and clean. Ssuper easy to grab Uber from there and lovely park nearby.

Good place, walkable to most things, looks like the photos, would stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shaira’s stunning apartment in Santo Domingo to celebrate my birthday with my mom and best friend, and it was a lovely experience! From start to finish, Shaira proved to be an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay special and comfortable. Shaira’s warm, friendly, and caring personality truly stood out. She consistently checked in to ensure we were well and provided thoughtful touches that made the trip feel extra special. The apartment is located in a very safe and central neighbourhood and her excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area were spot-on, and added to our experience. The apartment itself was lovely -modern, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. It was evident that Shaira takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable space for her guests. The stunning view from the apartment? Absolutely breathtaking especially at sunset! I couldn’t recommend Shaira and her place more highly!
