Jorge and his team were really communicative the place it is really centric and the view from the social area was amazing, the only thing I can add having an extra elevator key would have been handy but the policies were really clear about it.

The best airbnb experience in DR. The nicest and most professional host. The most comfortable bed, felt like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ Worth every $.

I stayed for quite a long time, and it always felt as comfortable as my own home. Everything was perfect, and it was an even better place thanks to Kath, who was always kind and helpful.

The place is in great location and near malls and restaurants. Close to few other attractive places as the Colonial City. Would definitely recommend.

Check-in was quick and easy, with detailed instructions from the host. The apartment was ideal for a long stay and had everything I needed, washer and drier, a good bathroom and kitchen and even a small pool on the roof and a basic gym . Other positive features were strong wifi and a keypad to enter the apartment which was convenient. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room worked perfectly. The building itself is modern and located in a good neighbourhood with security outside and in the lobby. Close to the boardwalk, supermarkets and local parks. I would highly reccommend staying here, especially if visiting Santo Domingo for a week or longer!

Newer modern building with all amenities, 24 hours security, short walk to some of the best restaurants in the area. Only drawback is that the city is growing so rapidly be prepared for constant construction noise. Bathroom shower does drain very slow, but this Airbnb is built for a long term. Host provided everything one would need for comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.

Muy buen hospedaje. Un poco complicado el parqueo si vas en vehículos grandes, pero con vehículos pequeños no tendrías ningún inconveniente.

Thank you thank you, I greatly appreciated it. The stay was comfortable. The view as others describe was unbelievable. To see my hometown from the apartment view oh my goodness I was in awe. But seriously the building staff was beyond great. Helpful and friendly. I loved everything about the place. Thank you Carlos!!
