Great peaceful stay. Quick and easy check in and check out. This is a newer/ safer area. It is a gated community with an armed security. Walking distance from food alcohol ex… super safe neighborhood. Ac units blow ice cold air and fast responses if I ever needed. Will definitely stay again and a bang for your buck. 5 mins from the main strip.

apartamento cómodo, anfitrión muy atento y resolutivo

Mi sono trovato benissimo nell'appartamento di Nydia! Bellissima vista oceano e tutto il necessario disponibile. La zona pure è molto comoda sul Malecón di Santo Domingo, vicino all' Università e ristoranti, negozi, supermercati etc. La comunicazione e il check-in sono stati pure ottimi! Unica pecca forse il fatto che sia un po' rumoroso vista la prossimità ad una grande via piuttosto trafficata di automobili. Ritornei comunque con piacere!

El alojamiento es espectacular, una gran vista al mar y muy cerca de restaurantes con salida al mar. El lugar estaba en muy buenas condiciones con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia, la pileta y el bar que tienen son fantásticos. Muy recomendable!

This place was amazing! Communication from the beginning was awesome. The transportation we needed from the airport to the Airbnb and anywhere else nearby was easily accessible. We loved the Airbnb and private beach area. Will definitely be coming back!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

This experience is one of the best ive had. Carlenis was there every step of the way and very responsible on been responsive. Pictures are awsome but the vibe and the place in person is breathtaking. I do want to make this clear ( THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARTY ) its a place to relax peacefully when you are not enjoying the wonders of Dominican Republic and Boca Chica. I will always be thankful for the transparency and and the amount of care i felt from my host Carlenis I RECOMMEND 💯 And will definitely book again in the future. Carlenis thank you so much 🙏🏻

Wir waren für 14 Tage in der Unterkunft von Indy und fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und waren mit Allen Gegebenheiten sehr zufrieden! Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage die wir immer wieder besuchen würden! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Me and some friends stayed at this Airbnb for about a week. And we had a great time. The place was spacious and I loved how all of our rooms had a different color theme to it. Waner was very responsive and always checked in to make sure we were OK or if we needed anything. Even when there were issues with the shower pressure, he was able to effectively communicate with us to fix that. He was also very flexible with checking in and checking out. I had the orange room and it is probably been one of the best rooms I’ve ever seen in. Me and Jordan stay here and we loved how the location was walkable to just about any restaurant that we wanted to try. And it was very easy for us to navigate. The rooms were clean, the sites from the rooftop are beautiful and we’d love to sit outside on the patio to just relax.

El anfitrión es una persona muy atenta, responde a todos los mensajes y trata de subsanar cualquier necesidad. El apartamento es confortable, espacioso, con camas y almohadas bien mullidas. Deja una buena provisión de toallas, papel higiénico... y en la cocina detalles como azúcar ¡y café!

This place was clean, modern and convenient. I would gladly stay there again if necessary.

Sono stato nell’appartamento di Kelvin con altri due amici. La struttura era in linea con quando indicato nell’annuncio e in una buona posizione. Ottimo il fatto di poter parcheggiare nel seminterrato e salire in appartamento direttamente con l’ascensore senza uscire.

Great place, very clean

This airbnb gave us all the comforts of home with the reminders of being in paradise! Huge balcony allowed us to be able to enjoy the weather while the AC inside provided us comfort while we slept. Very clean, secure, accommodating, beautiful decor, easy to check in and out. This ease allowed us to really enjoy our time here. I highly recommend to anyone looking a place to stay while on vacation or a "staycation". Oh and there is a convenience store right down starts that has allll the snacks, drinks and supplies you may need! (that store saves us manu trips to the market)

Este alojamiento es bastante acojedor,, mi familia y yo pasamos una excelente estadía en él, los propietarios han puesto especial atención en la decoración y el equipamiento del apartamento con televisores y otros electrodomésticos bastante útiles, y lo que más nos gustó es la limpieza del lugar, podríamos decir que estaba impecable, de verdad que fue muy grata nuestra estadía, lo recomiendo bastante.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Quirina’s level of hosting goes beyond what you can imagine. The pictures do not do justice to the place. The place has everything you need for a long stay. I was there for over a month and felt at home. I woke up early every morning and sat on the beautiful, new, comfortable sofa and watched the sunrise. It was breathtakingly beautiful!! The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The location is perfect! You can walk to great malls and supermarkets in the area. I would walk somewhere every day the weather would permit. The place is in the heart of the city. I can’t forget the awesome staff at the building. They were always very friendly and willing to help.There is always someone available and they have many people there keeping the building clean and safe 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this place and Quirina as a host. I will always remember my amazing stay! 😊
