Santo Domingo Province : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Great place to stay around colonial Santo Domingo. Quiet/peaceful and private. Only a few feet away from great restaurants, museums, etc. Objections: to get to the bedroom one has to climb a set of stairs and back down to the bathroom, and viceversa. Great for younger adults, but not for the elderly, children, and/or handicap. There were few issues with the cleaning and some furniture has seen better days, but okay for the price. We also notice the toilet cover didn't really fit the actual toilet opening. Not enough towels. TV somehow a little difficult to view from the bed. Very important: air conditioner does not worki well. However; Inocencia, the co-host, was 100% of the time ready and willing to help. Also, Antonio and Inocencia were very helpful in arranging for this this other reservation.

El lugar muy acogedor, y tranquilo para descansar, sin bulla. Muy cerca a los lugares turísticos de la zona colonial. Y siempre respondían ante cualquier consulta.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im historischen Zentrum von Santo Domingo. Alle historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio und besonders mit Inocencia war sehr schnell und freundlich. Um in der Dominikanischen Republik zu kommunizieren ist unbedingt eine funktionierende Internetverbindung erforderlich, die Nachricht mit dem Schlüsselcodes hat uns nicht mehr erreicht. Inocencia war aber sofort am Telefon erreichbar und half uns weiter. Eine gute Internetverbindung steht in der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Para mi gusto, el apartamento me gustó más aun que en las fotos. Es muy amplio y luminoso. Todo estaba limpio y debidamente acondicionado. Volveré seguro.

The penthouse apartment is very spacious and in the center of many activities including restaurants and shopping. In the morning there is an amazing breeze that fills the living room space and the sunlight is also wonderful. There is also a pool table in the top floor of the penthouse which is also spacious. Our hostess Johanna and her family were gracious and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment.

It’s my second time picking this place of how amazing the host is. Liris is quick with communication and whatever problem you might have, she will be quick to fix it. Liris also recommended near by events that were occurring and always kept us updated
