Santo Stefano di Sessanio : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Pescara entre amies, et ce logement était tout simplement parfait ! Très spacieux, impeccable au niveau de la propreté, et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de la plage. Cinzia, a été adorable du début à la fin : très sympathique, disponible, et toujours prête à donner de bons conseils, notamment sur les restaurants et les endroits à ne pas manquer. Elle nous a vraiment facilité le séjour. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés! Encore merci pour tout 🥰

Fabio’s apartment was in such a a great location to the city centre, only a 5 -10 min walk to cafes, markets, restaurants, shopping, etc. the apartment was very clean and had everything our family of 4 needed! The kids loved it too. The host was very friendly and made sure to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We can recommend this place very highly and hope to return!

Siamo tornati dalla Germania e abbiamo alloggiato lì per 5 giorni. Il proprietario, signor Bruno, è stato molto gentile, molto disponibile e amichevole. Ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era impeccabile, all’avanguardia, pulita e con ottimi servizi. La posizione è comodissima a due passi dal mare, dalla strada parco e dai supermercati. All’occorrenza prenoteremo lì sicuramente. Super consigliato.

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Excellent appartement poir visiter Pescara. Très bien situé, spacieux, doté de plus que le nécessaire, ce fut un choix facile de réserver cet appartement. Proche de restaurants, de la plage et de tout centre d'intérêt.

Apartmán je hezky a účelně vybavený, soukromý, v dobrém místě. Má venkovní rolety a terasu. Dostatečný pro příjemný pobyt 4 osob. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená pro přípravu jakéhokoli jídla. Schránka na klíče je praktická, pokud jede více osob, které netráví všechen čas vždy společně. Byli jsme ubytováni mimo hlavní sezónu. Pobyt doporučujeme, několik nevýhod popisuju dále. Sprchový kout je trochu malý, ale pro běžného člověka na přechodnou dobu dostatečný. Překvapilo nás, že v apartmánu nebyly k dispozici ručníky a internet – naštěstí jsme měli vlastní ručníky (díky předchozím recenzím) a internet jsme vyřešili daty přes mobil (což byla trochu komplikace vzhledem k pracovním povinnostem jednoho z nás). Během našeho pobytu někdo ze sousedů v okolí prováděl rekonstrukci, což bylo některé dny rušivé, ale hostitel se snažil ihned řešit (hluk lze provádět pouze přes den, v časech dle pravidel domu) – jsme rádi, že byl klid mezi 13. a 15. hod. a v noci (a naštěstí hluk nebyl každý den).

We had a lovely stay at Marco’s apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lots of little extras, and in a perfect location. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare da Antonella. Un posto fantastico e romantico. La vista sul lago e’ qualcosa di indescrivibile. Inoltre la struttura è molto pulita ed ordinata. Antonella è stata molto gentile e soprattutto molto disponibile. Torneremo al più presto. sicuramente!

Sara, una donna meravigliosa! L'appartamento è pulito, posizione comoda, vicino al mare, bar e ristoranti, alla spiaggia. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza!!! Siamo rimasti molto contenti! RACCOMANDO!!!

Abbiamo adorato ogni secondo di questa vacanza! Appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo e dotato di accortezze come macchina del caffè e utensili da cucina e microonde. Vincenzo poi è una persona squisita, attenta e premurosa. Consigliatissimo! Grazie ancora di tutto! Simone e Cristina

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay here. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and with a car we were able to enjoy the local area. We didn’t need heating or air conditioning but were impressed that both were available. We would be very happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall a very nice stay..The view is blocked by a storage facility right in front of the unit, but you are literally 10 steps off the beach. we had to go purchase beach chairs as the unit had nothing on-site to use. The beds are great, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this 3 Bedroom Apt to anyone!

Beautiful space with large terrace. Great restaurants and wine bar right in the building. Maurizio was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was kind enough to let us have a late check out.

Fabio's aparment was perfecf for our group. Very spacious, nicely decorated, had all the needed amenities. Really in the city center, 1 min away from all the restaurants and bars. Fabio was extremely helpful and very responsive.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer großartigen Umgebung. Sehr nah am Meer und mitten im Ortszentrum. Vom Flughafen 20 min mit dem Bus entfernt - sonst sind keine Verkehrsmittel nötig, da alles was man braucht & anschauen möchte (Museen, etc.) fußläufig erreichbar ist. In der Wohnung war alles was wir benötigten an Handtüchern, Bettzeug, Küchenutensilien & gutem WLAN. Eine Empfehlung für alle, die abseits der großen Städte etwas italienischen Flair erleben möchten :)

ho soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Giorgio, la comunicazione è stata rapida e precisa, l'appartamento era estremamente pulito ed attrezzato, il letto comodo e tutto ha funzionato bene. il valore aggiunto è sicuramente la stupenda terrazza e la posizione a due passi dalla pineta e dal mare che rendono questa casa una soluzione ideale. Consigliato!
