Es una estadía con una ubicación muy buena, las habitaciones y sus instalaciones están muy limpias y sobre todo son muy agradables para el ambiente familiar, perfecto para una escapada ya que también tiene su muelle para poder visitar en lancha los pueblitos más hermosos de Guatemala, San Juan la Laguna y Panajachel, quiero agradecer a Jean por su amabilidad y comprensión en todo momento.

A peaceful oasis located a quick tuktuk ride from Panajachel. Matched the photos and description perfectly, and acted as a great home base for exploring the towns around Lake Atitlan. The terrace & hot tub were a lovely oasis, especially during sunrise and sunset. The owner coordinated a tuktuk transfer for us from Panajachel, then met us for check-in. They set up a few more for us during our stay, but we also found it quite easy once we were situated to hail one ourselves. We felt safe walking to Pana and Santa Caterina Palopó during the daytime, and took a tuktuk to the Pana ferry to visit San Pedro, San Juan and San Marco.

We had a great stay at Augustus’ place. Taking the path along the water, it’s 5 min walk to the main pedestrian street of San Marcos. Place was spotless, and the view and entryway patio is awesome. There were some water issues of first days, heat and pressure, we let Augustus know and he was able to resolve quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful place to get away from the crowds. The private beach made the difference. The view to the volcano and lake was unmatched. Definitely a place to stay again.

Joshua’s home was a paradise getaway. The views of Lake Atitlan from almost every angle were captivating. The architecture of the villa was an art of its own. The house manager & his son were incredibly helpful, gracious, & much appreciated in every way! & what a lovely experience it was to be boat taxied into town and back. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and kitchen came equipped with anything you could need. We hope to return at some point, a definite recommend.

Highly recommend staying here! The views are breathtaking and the space is comfy and clean. The WiFi worked well for virtual meetings. It’s a peaceful getaway that feels remote but is just a 10-minute ride outside of town.

The house is very beautiful. A lovely design and filled with beautiful touches and artwork. An amazing view off the veranda, and the gardens are relaxing and full of birds. We all enjoyed the clean pool very much too. Overall it was an amazing place to relax and recharge. There is a walk up to the local village of Santa Clara or tuk tuks to take you up the hill, and the village has a produce market on Saturdays. We also recommend CECAP for great meals with the best view, as well as fair trade traditional handicrafts. It was easy to get a boat at the public dock. It’s probably easiest to arrange your own driver and boat to the private dock as then it’s easy to contact them if they do not turn up or know where to go (problems we had through no fault of the host). Definitely shop in Pana as the shops are very small in Santa Clara. Be aware it was hazy every day for 6 days and apparently this is common in April (or other months too?) because of cane burning. We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. As you enter the unit, you are halted in your tracks as you see the amazing view. Stunning doesn’t do it justice. The balcony is a very good size. Great to sit outside and have a glass of wine or your morning coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot and the pressure was excellent. The kitchen is well appointed and some salty snacks were provided which was a nice touch. There is filtered water available which was appreciated. Petra, the lady who greats you upon check in, is lovely and helpful. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent breakfast, but dinner was disappointing. You do need to take a tuk tuk to get to town. Q10 per person. You can also arrange to have a boat pick you up at the property and take you over to the towns around the lake. Pat’s place is a gem and I would recommend it without hesitation.
