It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were complete, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. The space fit our group of 16 comfortably, with plenty of room for everyone. 제 생각엔 성인 10명까지도 커버가 가능한 공간입니다. 2개의 건물이 있고 그 사이에 아름다운 풀장이 있습니다. 각 건물엔 침대방과 화장실이 하나씩 있습니다. 본채에는 커다란 부엌과 포켓볼, 그리고 쇼파공간이 있습니다. 호스트는 Whats App을 통해 실시간으로 응답을 해주었습니다. 조식메뉴도 풍부하고 저렴하게 제공되었습니다. 점심과 저녁메뉴도 주문이 가능합니다. Semknyak Beach까지는 도보로 9분에 접근이 가능하고 편의점과 식당이 주변에 많습니다. 바베큐그릴은 500,000루피아에 이용이 가능하고, 원할 경우 직원들이 직접 구워주시기도 합니다. 이불과 수건은 요청시 바로 보충해주셨습니다. 추가청구되는 전기요금 이야기가 많은데 하루에 100,000루피아 수준이기 때문에 부담되는 수준은 아닙니다. 전반적으로 매우 친절하고 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 딱 한가지 첨언드리면, 건조기가 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 우기라서 그런지 옷이 절대 마르지 않더라고요. 적극 추천합니다. 감사합니다!

Excellent spot, perfectly located (very central but not noisy). The villa is also super nice and they took great care of us every day. When we come back we'll definitely stay here again!

The staff — Mera, Diyah, and Puttu — were incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make our mum’s birthday feel really special, and they were so warm with our children, who absolutely loved them. The host, Radit, was professional, responsive, and welcoming from the beginning - even helping me find a private chef! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. This villa truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to other families. We’d love to return one day!

The place was beautiful. Location was close enough to be a quick Grab from the busy markets, but far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Kadek and Aditya were both amazing and very accommodating. The villa was cleaned daily and always timed around our schedule. Would definitely visit again

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Clarisse in Bali! The location is simply stunning, nestled in a beautiful, serene setting that truly allowed for complete relaxation. The villa itself is luxurious, with an immense outdoor pool that was perfect for lounging and unwinding. The butlers were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa was spotless, showcasing impeccable cleanliness throughout. We were a group of 16 with 4 kids and 2 senior citizens. Rio and his team did a great job in welcoming us and meeting all our requirements, be it arranging for transport, wheelchair, accommodating our luggage in their office as we were early for check in, and even the last minute requests or changes. The Villa was as described and was clean. It had all the facilities and amenities. And the in-house staff were very supportive and responsive. Location was great as it was at walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and beaches and not very far from places of attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay at the Hazel Villa. Thank you Rio and your team for being so prompt and responsive and catering to all our requests. Surely recommend your place!

Absolute dream of a stay! Went with a very large group of 16 adults, enough beds for each person with ample space per room so did not feel at all crowded. Ade and the Villa team were flawless, from daily breakfast to nightly cleanups we couldn't ask for a better service. The villa itself is genuinely as the picture show, incredible space, massive pool and plenty greenery ! 16/16 of the guest were completely amazed by the villa and thoroughly pleased with the stay. Location is tucked away so feels private but it's not in the prime "tourist" sort of area so you get a bit of a local feel when you walk around the main street but do require taxi to get to the more well known areas. The only 2 tiny tiny drawbacks is that there is not a full body mirror available to get ready in front of and the rooms are fairly dim, whilst that is very aesthetic sometimes needed bit more lighting to get ready etc.

We had a family reunion at villa Elleo and the place worked exceptionally well. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Yanti and her team were exceptional. Nothing was too much. Plus loads of helpful hints from Jerry!! Totally would stay again. Didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful villa! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to heaps of restaurants, stores and the beach. Would highly recommended!!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb, which quickly became our favorite place to stay on our trip! The design is simply gorgeous, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area. One of the highlights was being able to rent bikes, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings even more. Our host was so responsive and kind, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a stunning and memorable getaway!
