São Jorge : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

Local lindo, casa muito bem localizada, perto do mar (3min. a pé) e de ponto para tomar banho com vista para a outra ilha. Nascer e por do sol magnificos. Muito perto de pontos excelentes para desfrutar do mar. Bons restuarantes perto. A 25 minutos dos barcos para as outras ilhas, S. Jorge e Faial. Perfeito para 4 pessoas mas pode ser para 5. Casa muito bem apetrechada, local privativo para estacionar o carro. Anfitrião muito amigável e simpático. Estadia perfeita, recomendo. Voltando à Ilha do Pico não terei dúvidas em voltar a repetir.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen! Wohnung ist sehr groß und einfach perfekt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Direkt neben der Haustür eine sehr schöner, schwarzer Sandstrand der anderen Touristen nicht sonderlich bekannt ist. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

Waka is a beautiful and peaceful place. Paula did such a wonderful job at renovating it. If you are drawn to beauty in many little details, this is for you. As a family of 5 we had lots of space to spread out and the house is well located to explore the island.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Vor allem die private Terrasse und der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Garten mit den Tieren und tollen Blick auf den Pico haben uns super gefallen. Maria ist eine äußerst nette Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen große. Korb mit regionalen Leckereien sowie einen Obstkorb und sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. So viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten.

Our stay at Casa Tosca was truly unforgettable! The location is remote, but that’s part of its charm. The breathtaking ocean views and the peacefulness of being nestled right by the water made it worth every moment. Driving down the winding mountain road at night was a bit nerve-wracking, but once you arrive, the stunning setting makes it all worthwhile. The accommodations were excellent—comfortable, clean, and equipped with every amenity you could need. A heads-up to future guests: stop for groceries on your way in, as the nearest market is about 30-45 minutes away. For the adventurous, the hike up the mountain from the house is both challenging and incredibly rewarding, offering stunning views along the way. We also recommend taking the short 20 minute drive to Topo to visit the lighthouse, swim in the natural swimming pool, and enjoy a delicious meal at the local café. Casa Tosca is a gem for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and a bit of adventure. Highly recommend!

the experience was great! this place is in a really beautiful position, with a stunning view a few metres from you and the position is the best if you want something different from the city. the hosts are superfriendly and everything here is fit to be part of a great experience in Pico! Super recommended!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, der Blick von der Terrasse war immer ein absolutes Highlight. Anton und Steffi sind tolle Gastgeber und das Haus war mit allem Benötigten gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben uns an Board von Maresia direkt aehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns überall hin gebracht, wo wir hin wollten, auch wenn sie auf den Cowroads etwas kämpfen musste. Wir hatten eine klare Sternennacht, einen schönen Sonnenaufgang mit Top-Sicht auf Pico, ruhige Abende und schöne Ausflüge. Andresa und Bruno haben uns sehr schön empfangen und hatten eine tolle Überraschung für unsere Flitterwochen vorbereitet. Das war wirklich ein Highlight unserer Reise.

Great place to stay, and facilities were great! Was so nice to have a pool and jacuzzi and the location was great for going to all parts of the island.

Unseren Urlaub mit Oma und Opa war ein tolles Erlebnis auf der Insel Pico und in dem wundervollen Haus von James. Das Haus mit Pool war unser Favorit in der Auswahl, damit für jeden etwas dabei ist. Aussicht, Badestelle, Pool, gemütliche Rückzugsorte im Haus und davor. Es ist alles da, was man sich wünscht. Nur das Wetter kann man nicht beeinflussen und deshalb haben wir mit dem Montana de Pico noch eine Rechnung offen. Deshalb kommen wir wieder und wenn möglich, sicher zu James.

Séjour très agréable chez Ivone : maison typique , bien aménagée dans un environnement calme avec vue sur les bananiers, l’océan en fond et une terrasse couverte pour profiter. Nous avons être très bien reçus par notre hôte, qui a été très prévenante avec de gentilles attentions et réactive. Merci beaucoup! Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour au calme à Pico.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick zum Meer. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der baustil mit den typischen dunklen vulkansteinen. Die küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles sauber. Jedenfalls empfehlenswert!

Sao Jorge is a hidden gem island and Amaro “Filipe” is a gem of a host! The eco accommodation is in a spectacular location with gorgeous views and charming surroundings. Our bungalow was spacious, with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a covered porch facing Pico. Filipe is very friendly and helpful, and as a native of the island, he is a wealth of knowledge about things to do. We liked the place so much, we arranged to stay another night. If I return to Sao Jorge someday, this is where I will stay!

Great place, well located at madalena near to the main island road, 20min for Sao jorque and 25 min for larjes do pico. Lot of space that's perfect for a family, our children loves the garden. I strongly recommend this house!

Miguel was a very friendly and responsive host. He welcomed us with thoughtful touches like local snacks and wine, and quickly helped us when we had issues with heating. He brought extra heaters and stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house has a beautiful location and Miguel's hospitality made a big difference. If you love a private, authentic experience and place to stay this is it! I really enjoyed my stay! It had all that I needed. The host is responsive and helpful! Highly recommended. I would stay here again if I would come to São Jorge again.
