São Mamede de Infesta : locations d'appartements de vacances

We got the place for one month. The apartment had all the basics covered. Comfortable bed, modern functional bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and functional. Curtains blocked off the light( for those sensitive to it) and windows blocked most of the noise ( but the street is quiet even though it is close to the park and restaurants). Having washer and dryer in the building is very convenient. The apartment is on the fourth floor so not for people with limited mobility but allows for the beautiful view of the river and sunlight. We had everything we needed inside the apartment. Location is convenient. 15 min to the São bento station, little Spar grocery store up the street is very convenient to get eggs, bread and pizza. Uber eats works great in Portugal and so is Uber. Mafalda (manager) was responsive to our requests and always answered within couple hours. We got change of sheets and towels every week. I recommend this apartment.

The apartment was just what we needed, and they allowed us to get in early which was so helpful. We really appreciated that they were able to accommodate us!

Local muito bem equipado, limpo e confortável, é perto do metro, banheiro é bom e limpo e camas são bem confortáveis. Recomendo muito o local.

Apartamento bonito, lo mimoso y aunque ubicado distante del centro (aproximadamente 40 minutos caminando) se encuentra en una plaza muy y bonita y el centro en la puerta

Management responded very quickly to any questions. There is a church right in front- with church bells starting at 8am- which did not bother us- as we are early risers. There is a supermarket right on front, which is very convenient. The trolley stop is very close- and very convenient. We had a problem with the door- which was resolved very quickly by management. We were were pleased with our stay.

Me ha gustado mucho el piso, está muy bien localizado, cerca de todos los sitios para visitar en Badajoz. Muy limpia la casa, y acogedora, los dueños muy simpáticos y amables, nos dieron una botella de vino y sitios aconsejados para visitar. En general inmejorable el alojamiento pero le veo algunos puntos, como el garaje que es un poco estrecho para coches muy largos, aconsejaría poner gel y champú en los baños y para la habitación de dos camas, dos almohadas un poco mejores. Consejitos para mejorar, no para criticar. Encantada con el apartamento 🤗🤗

Han sido 3 días perfectos en esta hermosa ciudad. El apartamento está reformado, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. La cama y las almohadas son cómodas. Las vistas desde la terraza privada son una pasada y es un plus si hace buen tiempo. Al llegar tenían preparada una botella de vino, unas galletas muy buenas y cápsulas de café. Fue un gran detalle. El precio inmejorable. La ubicación casi perfecta. Al lado de la Ribeira pero un una zona más auténtica y mucho más tranquila. Llegas a cualquier parte en menos de 15 minutos. Los paseos de ida y vuelta hasta Vila Nova de Gaia por la orilla del Duero. Los atardeceres en el Parque das Virtudes. A tener en cuenta que el apartamento esta en una zona elevada y hay que subir tramos de escaleras para llegar. Hay unas escaleras mecánicas accediendo por la Rua de Miragaia que te dejan al lado del portal pero dejan de funcionar sobre las 20:00 de la tarde. Si vas en coche hay dos Parking a menos de 10 minutos andando. Repetiremos seguro.

Ótima experiência no geral, localização excelente, bem amplo o apartamento e ótimo atendimento dos anfitriões, somente recomendaria limpar os estofados do apartamento, que já estão meio sujos

Andre was great! Responsive and accommodating. The place was clean, walkable and as advertised.

We loved our stay! It has a great work from home set up, speedy internet and high quality screens. The house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It has a lovely private courtyard with amazing views to the River Douro. We go to Porto every year and this is the best place by far. We will be back!

Alexandre est accueillant , de bons conseils , ponctuel et répond très rapidement. Le logement est bien situé, propre. La literie est confortable. Porto est une très belle ville .

The flat was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. There was a blow dryer, iron, and coffee maker, which were wonderful additions. The space is very light and airy. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was lively, but quiet, we had no problem sleeping at night even during the weekends when people were out. It is very close to wonderful restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Porto.

Excelente apartamento con hermoso patio, muy cómodo y cerca de puntos de interés turístico. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy buena, amablemente reservó taxi para nuestra salida. Recomiendo!

Fiquei muito em dúvida na hora de reservar, pois tinha 2 crianças e muitas avaliações comentando sobre a rua barulhenta. De fato a rua é toda de baladas e fomos bem no carnaval, então era muito movimento, mas o apartamento tem janelas duplas que isola completamente o barulho. Foi muito tranquilo, o apartamento é lindo, muito confortável e espaçoso. Cozinha bem equipada, banheiros bons, tem lavanderia no prédio. E a localização é excelente.

The co-host met us at check in and was very nice, thorough with instructions and provided great recommendations. The host Pedro was also very kind and very responsive if I had any questions. Family of 6 adults and we felt very comfortable. The place itself is very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with essentials. Bathrooms were also very tidy. There was a grocery market right next to the building along with great restaurants, good location not too far from the city attractions. Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Porto! I hadn’t researched the area well when I booked this home and didn’t realize that we’d be on the other side of the river from Porto. I’m so glad that I didn’t know as I might not have booked and we were thrilled with the location and the home. Being on the river was like watching a movie at all hours of the day and night. We loved the walks across the bridge to Porto and enjoyed the riverside restaurants and activities on both sides. The apartment is quiet and has very comfortable beds which is more important the older we get. There are stairs with the apartment on three levels. We enjoyed our brief times on the terrace and would have spent more time there in better weather. Isa responded quickly when we had a challenge with the washing machine and it was fixed the next day. She also showed me how to use the coffee machine, which produces fabulous coffee. It wasn’t difficult but I needed help. The place has everything needed for a great visit and we highly recommend it.

Amazing experience and Patricia is a terrific host! The location is superb and the views are breathtaking! Also, highly recommend the breakfast delivery service!

Tout était parfait! superbe vue mer Nous avons profité de magnifiques balades en bord de mer jusqu'au centre ville. Marcos était trés disponible et réactif c'éatit trés appréciable.

Walking distance to everything we needed and closer than we thought we would be. Very clean, private and staff were welcoming. We frequently used the games room and the pool. Also there’s an elevator for brining luggage upstairs which is great. Overall, great place and would stay again.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

nôtre hôte est très attentif à nos demandes de plus nous avons rencontré ses parents qui sont très sympathiques ! cet appartement est très cosy et permet de vous sentir comme chez vous ! le soir si vous aimez entendre le son des vagues ils vous suffit de laisser la baie vitrée ouverte pour vous entendre le bruit de celle ci.
