São Martinho : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft, die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön und man konnte den ein oder anderen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Wir haben sehr viel gekocht, wofür die Küche super ausgestattet ist. Allerdings hat die große Gasflamme nicht gut funktioniert. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder !

Уютная и чистая квартира. Есть все необходимое. Машину ставили в подземный паркинг, что очень удобно. С балкона красивый вид на океан. Удобный матрас и подушки, приятное постельное белье. Интернет хорошо работал. Хозяйка квартиры Ири встретила как родных. Показала окрестности, порекомендовала рестораны и магазины. Всегда была на связи. Очень отзывчивый и добрый человек! Супермаркет очень близко. Есть где погулять. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием здесь. Рекомендую!

Dino was very nice and provided great instructions to find the place and the private parking. He waited outside for us to make sure we found the place! He also gave us some food recommendations which turned out to be very good. The apartment was great, had everything we needed. The view to the ocean was beautiful. The only thing negative I could say is that the main road was very loud, even in the master bedroom. Sometimes, the morning traffic woke us up. Fortunately, the secondary bedroom is a little bit quieter.

Schöne geräumige und saubere Unterkunft, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und unkompliziert, bei Ankunft bereits Café, Milch und Wasser sowie Obst in der Wohnung. Parken war kein Problem geht in der Straße oder in der Garage, im Ort selbst war allerdings als wir dort waren nicht viel los. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer unf die Felsen sind sehr beeindruckend.

Ótimo espaço com uma excelente vista e uma boa localização. Muito fiel às imagens do anúncio. O único aspeto que creio que podia melhorar é a roupa de cama.

The apartment was very convenient near the shops and restaurants and sea front. There was everything we needed in the apartment, comfy chairs and beds. Nice linen, lots of pillows. Bedside table lamps. Charging point. Dining room table to eat at and kitchen table to prepare food with nice little stools. Lots of pans and crockery. Microwave and sandwich toaster. Coffee machine and kettle. Some tea bags and sugar and coffee, washing up liquid, shampoo and toilet rolls to start you off. Great supermarket underneath. Nice little table and chairs on the balcony and throws to wrap up in if it’s a little cool. Great to sit and people watch, traffic is a little noisy when doors are open but quiet when closed so slept well. Nice blackout curtains. Hairdryer. Washing machine and clothes airer plus pegs. Umbrellas. Just everything that we needed.

We really chose a fantastic apartment here! It's just like it looks in the photos and the description is accurate. If you want an apartment just outside the city centre, in a quieter neighbourhood (São Martinho), that has unbelievably stunning views of the hills, sparkling lights and the ocean, this is the one. The road is a dead end so there are no revving motorbikes or cars, only in the distance the typical barking dogs of Madeira. Going to sleep at night and waking up to this view was a stunner! We were there for one week and had everything we needed to make meals, watch TV and comfortably get ready (two of us). There are 3 balconies and 2 ways to get to the home. Be prepared to climb and descend hills if you don't have a car! But this is part of the experience. An added bonus was on-property cat, Hippie, who you get to feed and cuddle outside every day. She was such a sweetheart! Leonor is also one of the most proactive communicators on AirBnB. We had such a wonderful experience.

Antonio’s place is beautiful. We really enjoyed cooking on the bbq and we ate every meal on the Veranda which is over looked by trees and flowers - a well kept jungle garden! The place was a good size, very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the pool - the water was cool and fresh - it felt like a treat. We had a car that managed the steep Madeira slopes and there is a designated parking spot. All was great.

This place is even better than advertised! The photos don’t do it justice, the interior and exterior is much more spacious than expected, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The full ocean view from every window in the house is simply breathtaking, and the privacy makes it a perfect getaway. The WiFi was excellent, making it easy to stay connected when needed. Bruno was a fantastic host, offering great restaurant recommendations and checking in to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. If you're looking for a stunning, private, and comfortable place to stay, this is it! Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Sehr nettes kleines Haus mit allem drin, was man brauchen kann. Und ein schöner großer Garten, zum frühstücken und zum chillen. Leider konnten wir nur einmal draußen frühstücken, weil das Wetter nicht so gut war. Aber dafür kann Mariana nichts! Ihr Partner Miguel ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und bei kleinen Problemen sofort hilfsbereit dabei. Danke, ihr beiden!

Geweldig, heel schoon en ruim verblijf met fantastisch dakterras! Bed sliep heel goed, rustige omgeving, handig dat er een kleine supermarkt direct om de hoek zit (lekkere broodjes ook). Grotere supermarkt in Calheta op 3 tot 4 kilometer. In de woning heel veel kastruimte en ook de keuken was van alle gemakken en allerlei spullen voorzien, incl was-, afwasmachine en droger. Angela heeft werkelijk aan alles gedacht! Communicatie ook steeds prima, ook vooraf al. Als we weer in deze omgeving van Madeira komen, kiezen we zeker heel graag weer voor de mooie woning van Angela!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Besonders die tolle Aussicht und die authentische Umgebung haben uns richtig gut gefallen. Wir haben uns hier sofort wohlgefühlt! Der Gastgeber war superfreundlich, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und die Erreichbarkeit war unkompliziert. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist, typisch für Madeira, ziemlich steil und schmal. Das Fahren und vor allem das tägliche Einparken kann anfangs eine Herausforderung sein – aber wenn man den Dreh raus hat und man ohne Schramme einparkt, macht es fast schon Spaß. 😉 Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Notre séjour dans la maison de Filipe a été parfait. La vue est magnifique ! La pièce de vie à l étage est très agréable ! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger. En plus, Filipe vous donne de nombreux conseils ainsi que des petits cadeaux locaux d arrivée . À recommander

The flat is located on a banana plantation with a view of the sea. The terrace is fantastic. We only heard the sound of the sea. The lift from the garage to the flat is very practical for taking luggage and shopping upstairs. The flat is also well located as a starting point for hikes. Eva and João are very nice and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which offers a stunning view and a prime location in the south of Madeira, near Funchal. It’s easily accessible and perfectly situated for exploring the island. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madeira!

Wir waren für eine Woche in Joses Unterkunft. Da wir unter anderem unseren Hochzeitstag hatten, wurden wir durch eine liebliche Geste, in Form von Keksen und Bananen, willkommen geheißen. Joses Mutter und Vater warteten bereits vor Ort, bis wir eingetroffen sind. Die Eltern waren sehr nett, sodass man sich direkt, wie zu Hause, fühle durfte. Uns wurde alles bestmöglichst erklärt und selbst wenn wir Anliegen hatten, dauerte es wirklich nicht lang, bis von Jose eine Antwort kam. Er ist ein guter Gastgeber und wünscht seinen Besuchern das maximale Urlaubserlebnis.

Perfect location! Convenient and functional apartment

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, great new weekly bedsheets service. Easy to walk to supermarkets, tourist centre and many restaurants. Hosts were responsive to all communication and making arrangements.

The apartment is in a great location. Tonnes of mixed restaurants nearby (some tourists may prefer if you want home comforts and others authentic Portuguese food) all just a walk away. A short walk to many local supermarkets too which is helpful when you need to quickly grab things. Private pool which was never busy and always quiet! We rented a car and the parking in the apartment is so accessible. We used the apartment as a base for many hikes so drove various distances from here to explore Madeira. Excellent host, great apartment and would stay in this airbnb next visit.

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Ana hat uns persönlich begrüßt und in Details alles erklärt. Zudem stand für uns in der Wohnung einen Korb mit frischem Obst und die Kekse aus Madeira. Vielen lieben Dank für diese nette Geste! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit den passenden Kaffeepads. In der Wohnung waren sogar Strandhandtücher da, die wir für unsere Badetage im Meer benutzen konnten. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele tolle Restaurants, die in der Fußweite erreichbar sind. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage war Gold Wert, weil in der Umgebung freie Parkplätze sehr rar sind. Wir bedanken uns bei Ana für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Madeira sehr genossen 😊

Piękne mieszkanie, czyściutkie, przytulne z pięknymi widokami. Wszystkie potrzebne asortymenty były dostępne. Nie było problemów z zaparkowaniem samochodu, bo jest miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Afonso nas przywitał, wytłumaczył najważniejsze kwestie, polecił miejsca, które warto odwiedzić. Czuliśmy się przez niego zaopiekowani. Bardzo polecamy pobyt w apartamencie Afonso i jak kiedyś wrócimy na Maderę to z chęcią znów się tu zatrzymamy ;)
