Very clean apartment. It has good facilities - washing machine, hairdryer, dishes and a nice view from the window. We were very satisfied and the host was very friendly and welcomed us personally. We would highly recommend this place for shorter and longer stays.

Wir waren als zwei Freundinnen dort und uns hat die Unterkunft sowie Lage sehr gut gefallen. Sehr praktisch im Gegensatz zu anderen ist das gratis parken auf dem Grundstück. Es war alles sauber und bei Fragen war der Verwalter Edgar jederzeit zu erreichen. Besonders schön ist, dass bei klarem Himmel von beiden Balkonen der wunderschöne Sonnenuntergang bewundert werden kann.

Wunderschönes Apartment, was frisch renoviert und fertiggestellt wurde. Wir waren erst die 2ten Gäste und es war alles im Neu zustand. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und es ist auf einem Top Niveau. Auch der Anbieter ist hochprofessionell, über WA erreichbar und hat sogar den Checkin persönlich durchgeführt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gibt einen geteilten HomeGym Bereich und einen geteilten Swimmingpool im Gebäudekomplex. Alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Gegenüber ist direkt der Supermarkt von Continente. Ideal.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, and very clean. It was equipped with all the amenities necessary, and the complex it is located in is very secure. Mariana was very responsive with any questions we had. Would recommended staying here!

Monika’s apartment was a gem! The ocean and city view is spectacular. It was special to watch the sunrise and the city lights from the comfort of the apartment. It was very clean, bright, spacious and nicely furnished. It looks like the pictures. There are bakeries, corner store and fruit store in walkable distance. A large grocery store is only a few minutes drive. It was a good walk down the hill to the port and historic district and an easy bus ride back. It has a dedicated underground parking spot which required some maneuvering to get into with our small car. Monika was very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to prepare home cooked meals quite easily. Basic introduction/ orientation was good but we had to find the gym ourselves and finally another resident explained the code to unlock it. We were a bit disappointed that the “hot tub” we were expecting was not heated and quite cold, so we didn’t use that or the pool as we had hoped. We did enjoy the beach nearby although not an easy walk for one of our members. Overall to enjoy the neighbourhood and beach you should be reasonably fit or have a vehicle ( or both). Funchal is about a 1 hour walk away or a 30 minute bus ride and there is a path mostly along the shore. Again, we were all quite comfortable in the roomy apartment and enjoyed sea and mountain views. Jordão gave us our privacy but was available if we needed. The island itself with its glorious mountain peaks is quite stunning.

We stayed at Helen's apartment in Camara de Lobos for 9 nights. It was perfect for our needs. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated, bed comfortable, quality linens. The location is excellent for all one would need, in a secure building. We contacted Helen with a few minor questions, she helpfully responded immediately. We highly recommend Helen's apartment.

Perfect apartment for our family of three: spacious, modern, stunning sea views and a great location with easy access to Funchal and plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Shaker was an excellent host who was quick to respond and went above and beyond by arranging to have my handbag driven to the airport when realised I had left it in the apartment. We had a wonderful stay at Madeira Palace and would definitely stay here again.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war von Anfang an hervorragend – sie war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen!

Spacious modern apartment in good location with spectacular views. Fully equipped and very (!) clean. Walking distance to promenade and restaurants. Supermarket and public transport to Funchal close-by. Mariana was very helpful with check-in and responsive to follow-up questions. Would have been useful to have instructions on how the TV worked. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the apartment and facilities.

Apparemment assez grand pour notre famille de deux adultes et deux enfants . Une terrasse. Salle de bain avec baignoire, Une piscine chauffée à l’intérieur et sauna , jacouzi , piscine à l’extérieur aussi très agréable même en février. Hôte très sympa et réactif. Petit déjeuner ( en plus ) sur place super . Plages pas loins - 15 min à pieds , supermarché aussi . Le centre ville accessible en voiture 10 min . Nous avons adoré notre séjour

The apartment was great. A lovely designed living-room and a big balcony with an awesome ocean-few. The village is a good spot to calm down after some island adventures, with a lot of offers like spa and something like that. Can fully recommend the apartment for a stay at Madeira. Definitely will come back soon.

I stayed for 3 nights with my friend for the second leg of our 6 days trip. The town centre location is super convenient. The apartment felt spacious for two of us. It was super clean and well equipped. WiFi worked well without any complications. Shower had good water pressure. We both had peaceful nights, I wasn't aware of any outside noises. There is a plaza with a big food supermarket just 2 minutes away which is open till 10pm most of the time. Adriana, the host, was very helpful, she let us check in much earlier and check out much later than advertised. We didn't meet her in person, but it was clear through the messages that she's a very friendly and helpful host. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Funchal. It was spotless, well equipped, and had a stunning view. Upon entering, we felt immediately at home. The host, Marina, was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Madeira.

The owner is very nice lady and communication with her was easy and clear. She offers all stuff you need for comfortable accommodation. Хозяйка приятная женщина, легко нашли общий язык. По прибытию ждала нас в квартире, все показала, рассказала, обменялись Whats app на случай необходимости. Так что с общением не было никаких проблем. Только позитивный эмоции.

Katharina was an excellent host. While the house was close to downtown and had all the amenities we needed, what we like even more was how incredibly responsive she was to our messages and how accommodating and understanding she is. When we had to do a late checkout she accommodated us which was very helpful for us. I would strongly recommend any property hosted by Katharina.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Und wieder wollten wir nicht mehr fahren. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und der Blick ist unbezahlbar. Pool und Whirlpool sind fantastisch. Carla ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer erreichbar und als die Poolheizung einmal ausfiel, war sie sofort da und alles wurde repariert. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

The pool, garden and view is worth it alone in my opinion. The location was exactly what we were looking for as its 15 minute drive into Funchal and 25 minute drive to the airport. The Villa itself is exactly as advertised in the photos and in some cases I don't feel you can appreciate it fully via the photo's. The amenities in the kitchen were brilliant and suitable for large groups.

Absolutely incredible to say the least! The home was perfect. It was super clean and had all the cooking supplies needed to make a full meal and then some! It was such a relaxing time. Dalia was an amazing host, likely one of the best hosts we have ever had. I cannot recommend staying here enough or having Dalia as a host. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back.

J'ai passé un super séjour avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants ! La vue sur la mer est absolument splendide et l'endroit est d'une tranquillité incroyable, parfait pour se détendre. La proximité de l'aéroport est un vrai plus. Funchal n'est qu'à 15 minutes, idéal pour explorer la ville. La terrasse est un endroit parfait pour savourer le paysage. Le jardin avec piscine est un véritable havre de paix. L'option snack, coiffeur et salle de sport ajoutent un plus. Je recommande location voiture de l'aéroport. L'appartement dispose de 3 chambre et une salle de bain avec 2 douches, ce qui est très pratique. Quelques petits soucis logistiques et dysfonctionnements ont été signalés, mais je suis certain que Julio fera tout pour résoudre ces points rapidement. Sa réactivité et son souci du bien-être de ses hôtes sont vraiment exemplaires. De plus, le système d'arrivée et de départ autonome via une boîte à clé est très pratique, surtout pour un départ matinal comme le nôtre à 4 heures du matin.

We were a group of 5 people finding this place last moment, since we had problems with the previous property. The hosts were amazing and super helpful even that all was short time notice! A big thanks for this. Their flat is very nice and has all you need for a plasant stay. It is very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed by a set up table and warm atmosphere. Only thing to take care of is not to flush toiletpaper down the toilet, because it might jam and the bathroom and toilet don't have windows, so by 5 people showering and washing humidity collects in the house. We had also a dehumidifier for use and were aerating a lot, so wasn't such problem. There are enough towels, shower and hand soap, hairdryer even smaller toiletries supplied by the hosts, you can't find this everywhere, thanks for this! To reach the house you have to pass a tiny road uphill by foot, it is not far, but can be a bit demanding with big luggage.Anyway in the end you get rewarded with a fantastic view.

Our family rented various homes in area for my daughter’s wedding! It was a beautiful area and the views from this location are beautiful! The only downside is the road going to and from the cable car is quite steep especially if pushing a double stroller with two grandbabies! It was fine for us but if you had mobility issues it could be a bit of a challenge! We rented a car so we were ok!
