São Martinho : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Adorámos a vista do apartamento, as áreas generosas e o lugar de estacionamento para o carro na garagem do prédio. O apartamento está totalmente equipado e tem um café em frente onde se pode comprar pão fresco de manhã, para os pequenos almoços. Recomendamos vivamente!

A helpful and friendly host. The apartment was great and quickly felt like home. We were six persons and still the apartment felt spacious. Located right by the sea (lovely sound of the waves and great to just look at) with easy access to the promenade leading to Funchal and other towns. Several really good restaurants nearby and bus right outside the door. Perfect! We highly recommend Pedro and the apartment.

Centrally located for everything you may want to do in Funchal. Spotlessly clean, has everything you need. Secure entrance on quiet side street.

This was an excellent place for our family (2 adults, one 5 year old child). It’s easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. The space was very clean and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

Have stayed in this apartment block previously (although a different apartment) - ideal for us. Quite a busy area but bonuses are that it is easy walking distance to Funchal town or there are frequent buses which pass within 100 yards of apartment. Local bus service is excellent and it is easy to catch a bus to explore the wider area. We hired a car from the nearby company, Rodavante - good service and competitive price. Apartment itself is quite simple but suits us - balcony with possibly some of the best views of the whole Estrada Monumental area. Although it says in the details, we hadn t appreciated that it didn t have a oven,just a hob. If you are on a short break you probably wouldnt want one but on a longer stay an oven would be very useful. Hopefully will be staying here again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon aus waren unser abendliches Highlight! Die Wohnung war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nellita war immer erreichbar bei Rückfragen und sehr hilfsbereit - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Funchal dans un appartement idéalement situé dans la vielle ville. Appartement agréable et bien équipé bénéficiant d'une terrasse vue sur mer. Bonne communication avec notre hôte parfaitement disponible. A recommander.

Der Check-In war unproblematisch und wir konnten aufgrund einer frühzeitigen Ankunft eher in die Wohnung einchecken. Daniela hat zeitnah auf Nachfragen geantwortet und war zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ich mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und ist wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Insel und man ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten am Hafen von Funchal. Besonders gefallen hat uns an der Wohnung der einzigartige Blick von der großen Terrasse auf die Küste und das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung und schön eingerichtet! Der Whirlpool war das Highlight. Was ein wenig seltsam war, dass ein Gärtner oder Landwirtschaftarbeiter immer mal wieder bei uns vorbei lief. Auch als wir gerade im Whirlpool waren, an einem Sonntag. Auch empfehle ich Ohrenplugs zum schlafen, wenn du einen leichten Schlaf hast. Es gibt viele Hunde, die in der Nacht bellen.

Die Unterkunft von Mario war ein Traum 😍. Er hat einen super Einrichtungsstill und es fehlt an nichts alles war vorhanden inkl. zwei Hängemätten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich zentral in Funchal und doch war es ruhig am Tag sowie auch nachts. Mario war ein super Gastgeber der auf Nachrichten sehr schnell reagiert hat und einem auch super Tipps gab für die Umgebung. Ich würde jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen 😊.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-maintained place. The house is absolutely charming, full of character, with lovely period colors and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available and in touch whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated the thoughtful details in the house and the warm welcome. The interior was cozy and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed peaceful walks in the area with breathtaking views, and there’s an excellent restaurant nearby that we would highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything — we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Fantastic time at Dina’s place. Stunning views in the sunshine and the rain. Easy to cook for ourselves there or to take a short walk into the town. Used the pool most days - cold but lovely! Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Dina gave lots of helpful tips on parking but we still found it very difficult. But once inside it’s very safe and private. Blown away by the place! The terrace is just such a beautiful place to relax with very comfortable furniture to add to the experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,. Logement idéalement situé avec très belle vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée, qui bénéficie également d’une très belle terrasse. António est très accueillant, de bon conseils et très réactif. Nous recommandons sans hésitations !

Жильё хорошее, рядом с пляжем. к сожалению в квартире было холодно и сыро, на улице было 16 градусов. кровати удобные. На кухне чтото с напором воды, нужно отрегулировать. В ванной комнате отличный душ, напор хороший, горячая вода есть всегда. В туалете унитаз заедало, приходилось открывать крышку чтобы вода набиралась. В остальном квартира отличная и уютная, летом наверное потеплее, мы попали в уроган. Хозяин отвечал сразу и был очень отзывчив. Порадовало что он оставил нам вино и пирог, спасибо.

У будинку продумано все до кожної дрібниці, господарі дуже приємно зустріли, зона для барбекю просто супер. Зручне розташування до багатьох визначних місць. Для тих, хто хоче побути наодинці - найкращий варіант. Ми обовʼязково повернемось:)

Le logement se situe dans un très beau cadre et offre une très belle vue sur les environs. Nous avons été agréablement surprise par ce dernier. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour chez Rosa-Lina !

Séjour super dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique et proche des sites tout en étant p'us au calme que dans Funchal, exactement ce que je recherchais ! Valery a été super accueillant, et nous a permis d'accéder plus tôt que prévu au logement. Super communication, bel appartement très propre et fonctionnel. J'y séjournerai à nouveau avec plaisir !

Wow!! We felt like we had an extremely large luxury suite on a cruise ship. Breathtakingly spectacular views from every window - including the window in the shower! Two spacious decks to enjoy morning teas from or an evening glass of wine. Two bedroom unit with a second floor sitting area. Kitchen was ample for what we needed it for. There is a grocery store within a 5 min drive that we visited a few times. Location was great - easy access to the highway and close to the airport but far enough that we never heard any traffic. You will hear jets flying overhead however for us it added to the experience rather than detracted. The only challenge we found was parking - we had a SUV which was very challenging to park in the underground parking garbage given the size of the vehicle, the placement of the support columns. We parked in one of the outside parking spots instead. We loved Madeira and when we return we will look to stay at this amazing condo again.

Bel accueil personnalisé. Appartement moderne, très bien aménagé et très confortable. Terrasse formidable avec vue panoramique sur la ville. Grand lit très confortable. Stationnement privé facile d’accès. Idéalement situé pour explorer Funchal et l’ensemble de l’île. Centre-ville accessible à pied ou en autobus avec un arrêt à côté de l’immeuble. Facile de sortir rapidement de la ville pour visiter l’île en voiture. Le remarquable réseau de tunnels de Madère permet une circulation rapide; c’est donc une bonne idée de s’installer dans cet appartement pour un long séjour et d’explorer toute l’île à partir de là. Nous recommandons!

This stay far exceeded our expectations. The apartment boasts truly spectacular views, framed by the largest bedroom window I’ve ever seen—it feels like a living painting. The love and care that Paul and Dina have poured into this space are palpable, making it feel like an extension of their own home. We’re so grateful to have spent a few days in this little slice of heaven, and the hosts were incredibly attentive. The only minor downside is the noise from the road when the windows or balcony doors are open, but with them closed, it’s pure tranquility. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, don’t hesitate—just book it!

Great place to stay in Funchal. Ideal for 2 couples. The verandah is fabulous. There is some noise from building in the day but it didnt detract from our trip and it was peaceful at night! Easy walk down into the town and a good supermarket. Everything as described and very happy to have stayed there!

Had an amazing stay! The place was spotless with the most beautiful view. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Loved how close it was to a bakery and convenience store, made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

Le cadre est magnifique, calme et paisible, parfait pour se reposer tout en étant à proximité de Funchal. Facile à trouver, avec en bonus une place de parking dans un garage fermé, ce qui est vraiment appréciable quand on a une voiture de location..!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, encore merci !

Sonia, Jose and their son were amazing, generous, responsive and kind hosts who welcomed us and checked in on us throughout our 3 week stay. The location on the island was great, enabling us to drive easily everywhere. The apartment was immaculately clean, very spacious with 2 balconies and an incredible view of the ocean and its crashing waves and a banana grove from the kitchen. There are actually 2 bedrooms (1 with a king bed and 1 with a single/twin bed), which made it even more spacious. The apartment is close to the road, but it didn’t bother us…the ocean, the closeness to the promenade and location more than made up for it. We would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts to anyone staying in Madeira.
