Excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé, avec une vue sur l’océan très appréciable. De beaux levers de soleil ! Le quartier est calme et offre commerces et restaurants à proximité. Ricardo a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et d’une grande gentillesse. Je recommande à 100%.

A very lovely place and incredibly beautiful scenery

Très bel appartement et bien situé, commerces et restaurants a proximité (on peut y aller à pied) Communication avec Irina vraiment bien, elle réponds tout de suite.

The host is very kind, helpful, and responsive. Everything in the apartment was exactly like the photos and the apartment was very clean when I arrived. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is very quiet.

One of the very best Airbnbs we have stayed in over 14 years and >40 bookings. Responsive host, incredible view, warm, bright and cosy rooms, located 3 minutes from two good food supermarkets and a gas station, and downtown in a 10-12 minute drive. If we return to Madeira we will come back here. Five-women cleaning team comes in once a week. Thank you Amr and your team.

Soggiorno impeccabile, è stato come essere a casa. Molto comodo al centro, con uno spazio riservato per la nostra macchina a noleggio. vista stupenda su Funchal e l'oceano.

Endroit très calme, appartement excellent et grand. Piscine propre et agréable. Belle vue sur la piscine. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la rue, très peu de passage et de la place.

Perfect room within walking distance from the old and new town!

We were so relieved to be able to find a place within walking distance to the NYE fireworks. This place worked out perfectly, and while it was expensive, considering the size and popularity of the event, it was very affordable. It was very easy to get into the main door and it was nice that there was a lobby area with some local wine and snacks to sample along with chairs and a pool table. Our room was easy to find and we got comfortable quickly. There was so much space and everything was clean! We also had a nice view from the living room window. The only struggle was that we had a rental car and just wanted to drop off our bags before returning our car. The road is narrow and it was challenging to pull over to just run in quickly. We managed it, but it was tricky. I'd recommend getting dropped off, if possible. Marcia was helpful and accommodating, but slow to reply, and sometimes needed a second message, but don't give up. The place is great!

Highly recommended! Very spacious and convenient apartment, offering a stunning view on the ocean. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, like washing machine, coffee machinę and a free parking space nearby. Great location, close to the old town, restaurants, cafes, shops, port. Great contact with the owners.

Alma's place was a great find for us. Although situated in a decent residential kind of area with just 5 mins walking to a local supermarket and easy accessibility to funchal central with 5-10 mins drive. It connects well if we have to take the major highways to get to the rest of the areas of the island such as driving to east west or north (everything pretty much in 30-45 mins drive...ofcourse depending on where you wish to go) Roomy flat with lots of space to enjoy the opulence. Nice views. Extremely clean property and thoughtful placements of all the items as required by the residents. Major plus is a private parking which is important personally as having a car is quite beneficial expanding one's options to travel the island more freely. Ana and Maura both were extremely responsive and accommodating with respect to any of our questions and requests. They seem to be highly professional and dependenable individuals who want to make sure the travellers feel comfortable and at home.

We had three fantastic weeks at this beautiful hideaway. The flat was not modern, but it was so clean and cozy, and the view is superb. The rooms are of good size, and the beds is quite comfortable with soft pillows. The pool is big enough to get some laps done, and had a gorgeous view over Funchal. The staff made us feel welcome, and they were so helpful. We felt safe and we’ll taken care of. We like to walk, so we walked back up from the city everyday, but a taxi is only 5 euros🤓 We are coming back for sure🎉
