Debbie was very responsive and helpful with recommendations , instructions and very proactive. The apartment is beautiful, best location possible with gorgeous view of the ocean and the town!!!!! Walking distance to everything, great restaurants, shopping, activities. We had an amazing time! It was more than we were expecting! Thank you Debbie!

Probably one of the nicest apartments in the area. Modern building with good interior. Just the bed was a little too hard for me. The garage is great and really needed there as the streets are always full of cars. We were missing a clothes rack, which was organized right the next day. In general the welcoming and instructions from Ana were extraordinary. For long stays some more cleaning supplies would be nice.

The apartment truly exceeded expectations. Everything is brand new, nice and shiny, and spotless clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and there are all the kitchen wear needed to cook every meal. The apartment is furnished practically and with good taste. Two bed rooms are next to each other, but sound proofing is really good, not a sound from elsewhere can be heard to bed. The nicely furnished balcony faces south towards the port, which provides nice sunshine during the day and good view to watch incoming ships. Parking place (really important feature in Ponta Delgada) is easy to access and spacious in local standards (important thing for Northern European). Welcome package with local bread, wine and cheese was on the table waiting for the hungry travellers when we arrived. After a 10 hour flight that gave us well needed time to google for a good restaurant nearby (those are plenty). Area is calm and quiet. The perfect basecamp to relax after day’s adventures.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y la ubicación es perfecta porque había sitio para aparcar cerca y a la vez estaba al lado del centro de la ciudad. La comunicación con Beatriz genial, encontramos el alojamiento enseguida. Lo único que echamos de menos fue tener enchufes en el baño, ya que no había ninguno. El resto perfecto, está súper equipado para unas vacaciones maravillosas.

I would highly recommend this appartement! At the center of the island to discover it's beauty in a qualitative accomodation. We felt immediately at home! The thick walls help to blocks the heat, you can sleep with the windows open at night. We loved the personal huge balcon/terrace with view on the beautiful garden and walking distance to the supermarket till 23 o clock and tot the city center. Thanks Luis!

Расположение прекрасное! Мы были впечатлены городком и окрестностями, парк с термальными гейзерами в 5 минутах от дома. И начинать утро с таким шикарным видом на горы было отдельным удовольствием. Квартира полностью соответствует фото и была чистой и комфортной. Хорошо что есть кондиционер, было прохладно и мы им пользовались. Рядом в 2 минутах несколько продуктовых магазинов. Спасибо за чудесное время!

We had an overall pleasant experience at this AirBnB! The location was nice with the area to park in front and a few good restaurants nearby as well as 15min to 20min away by foot to the city center (or a few minutes with Bolt). The space was clean and comfortable, and the property had everything we needed for a simple stay. The host was super helpful and responsive, truly great. The windows face the windows of the other appartments so we often left the curtains down, but light could still get in, and sometimes the water heater could make noise, but nothing too bad. Overall, it's a solid place to stay in the Azores and we would stay there again!

Casa muito boa, bem localizada, com acessos perto de casa para chegar a Ponta Delgada rapidamente. Casa super equipada, para além utensílios do quotidiano tem também mantimentos/condimentos úteis para as primeiras refeições. Anfitriões bastante prestáveis, acessíveis e com prontidão de reposta antes e durante a estadia.

Simplemente como en tu casa. No faltaba de nada y todo muy nuevo y limpio. Buena presión de agua fría y caliente. Aire acondicionado, colchones estupendos, un cuarto estar muy acogedor con unos sofás comodisimos. A tener en cuenta tener tu plaza de garaje dentro del edificio. Una maravilla. Volveríamos sin duda

Had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's place in Ribeira Grande. The place was spacious and had all the amenities that you could want. It was a great centralized location to explore the island. The location was within walking distance of the main plaza. Street parking was a little confusing but there was a private parking lot that we had access to just a short walk away. I would stay here again and recommend to any of my friends and family.

Wendy was a great host! Our flight landed early and she was accommodating with letting my family and I check in early. She was very responsive with all our needs and even gave us good recommendations. I will definitely be visiting again. If visiting Azores I definitely recommend staying at Wendy’s place.

I was amazed when we checked in. Banana trees right off our patio. The grounds are extensive and so many fruit trees and berries growing everywhere. Just wandering around was so peaceful and beautiful. Many chickens and plenty of eggs we were encouraged to eat. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to visit. I hope to go back next year and will work around their availability. My go to place to stay and I will be recommending it to anyone I know that’s visiting Sao Miguel. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Très bon séjour passé chez Luis, un accueil chaleureux avec panier garnis (fruits, brioche, thé / café) ainsi qu’une visite en voiture de la ville pour présenter les points d’intérêts, supermarchés et restaurants. Le logement correspond aux photos avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le jardin est aussi luxuriant et la vue aussi magnifique que sur les photos de l’annonce on ne s’en lasse pas. Merci Luis pour l’accueil.

A wonderful little apartment. Beautiful outdoor balcony with a magnificent view. Located a 5 min walk to all amenities( grocery, pharmacy,Resto, shops). Easy access to all the nature spots on the eastern side of the island( parks, gardens, wellness thermal spas and beaches). It was a perfect stay to get away from the harsh winter

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

Excelente apartamento para uns dias de férias com a família e com boa localização. A realidade correspondia plenamente ao anunciado - quer nas fotos , quer na descrição ! Anfitrião sempre disponível e interessado. Check-in e check-out às horas que pretendíamos. Recomendável.

Der Kontakt mit Mario war freundlich und unkompliziert, er hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Der Check-in war problemlos, man konnte über eine App die Haus- und Wohnungstür elektronisch öffnen. In der Wohnung waren dann die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben (Wohnung war sogar größer als wir gedacht hatten). Das Doppelbett war relativ hart, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, hier und da hätte man es aber erweitern können (1-2 weitere Handtücher, mehr kleine Löffel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein Tischchen für den Balkon). Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ganz gut, man hat vor dem Haus und an der Straße viele Parkplätze, so dass man immer einen freien Parkplatz finden konnte. Bis zum Hafen und bis in die Stadt musste man ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, es ist aber ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Ein wunderschönes Appartement, das in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft liegt. Sehr nah zum Flughafen, also perfekt für den Ankunfts- oder Abreisetag. Besonders schön war das kleine Willkommenspaket der Gastgeberin.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

I stayed at this farm airbnb with my girlfriend and we felt so lucky to have picked this place to stay. The airbnb was charming and quaint, and we felt super cozy. Paulo and Inés even provided us with a bottle of wine, some snacks and fresh herbs from the farm as a gift for our stay. Paulo gave us an in depth tour when we arrived, and they were super flexible with our arrival time. The restaurant located on the farm was exquisite, and we loved each of the six courses, or "moments," of the dinner. The staff was extremely well mannered, informative, and pleasant to be around. Also, being able to enjoy the property and walk around the farm freely is worth staying here alone. The pool and the hot tub were clean, and the farm dog was so joyful. I would stay here many more times. This airbnb alone almost makes it worth a trip to São Miguel. Lastly, the airbnb was squeaky clean, and there were even space heaters for the colder days (we were there in November). Shoutout to Paulo and Inés!

The place itself is beautiful and in a great shape. It is located in the heart of Ponta Delgada, so everything is in walking distance. There are great restaurants, shops, bars, and attractions within walking distance. The town and the island are breathtaking. We absolutely loved how organized, spacious, and clean everything was. Google Maps might not have the best directions to get to the place. The best way to drive to the place was to go north on Praca Vasco da Gama, turn right when the road ends onto Rua (R) Machado Dos Santos, and then turn right onto the street where the AirBnB is located (Rua (R) do Aljube). Pedro was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub was great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this apartment. José met us at check-in and gave us lots of ideas and recommendations of what to do during our stay. Everything was extremely clean and inviting and we especially enjoyed using the hot tub after a day of sightseeing around the island. We highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bruno. Le logement est magnifique et a dépassé nos attentes! Tout était extrêmement propre et la partie extérieure (piscine, jacuzzi, jardin…) est magnifique. Il y a même une place de parking à l’intérieur du logement. Bruno a été très accueillant (produits locaux offerts à notre arrivée) et très réactif aux messages. Concernant l’emplacement, il n’y a rien autour du logement mais il est situé à seulement 10min de l’aéroport ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Bref, je recommande à 100% !
