São Miguel Island : locations de villas de vacances

Sehr, sehr tolles Haus, nicht mehr ganz neu und dadurch einige Alterserscheinungen, aber nichts Gravierendes. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Besitzerin Ana war persönlich vor Ort, als wir ankamen. Sie hatte jede Menge frische Lebensmittel eingekauft und zu unserer Ankunft am Abend eine sehr gute Suppe gekocht. Ana ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, wir fühlten uns sofort herzlich willkommen. Sie hat uns alle Dinge, die wir wissen mussten, im Haus gezeigt. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt relativ kühl und windig auf den Azoren war, schätzten wir den Kaminofen im Haus besonders. Holz war auch ausreichend da. Der Ort Mosteiros ist sehr schön und die Brandung in den Klippen direkt vor dem Haus ist außergewöhnlich und lässt sich von der Couch aus beobachten. Ein sehr gutes lokales Restaurant mit exzellentem Fischangebot ist fußläufig erreichbar.

We had a great time in Sao Miguel! Our host was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. The property was beautiful and we wish we were there in the warmer temperatures so we could have seen everything in bloom. The views surrounding us were amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of four and we appreciated the ample space. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We are so sad to leave this beautiful place! The house’s description is very accurate to the T: perfect location- you will be able to explore the island easily, 4 equally sized bedrooms with a pullout as an extra, kitchen with all the utensils, pots, glasses, ect. Our favorite part was the rooftop deck with sunrises and sunrises! The host graciously made the reservations for local restaurants and recommended some extra activities that we didn’t include in our original plans. The communication was easy - usually reply came in 30 min. We would happily recommend this place to our friends and hopefully come back soon. Note: the house has lots of stairs that can create problems for people with limited mobility. It was not an issue for us but it might be an issue for some.

Very nice place, from comfy beds to a beautiful living room, we really enjoyed staying in the house! BBQ pit was a great addition - used it almost every night. And it's sooooo quiet! Will be back again!

Apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and its central location on the island was ideal for early morning travel. The nearby ocean line trails offered great opportunities for running and swimming. One area for improvement could be clearer signage for some of the local amenities. However, the local cafes and shops provided a delightful variety of island delicacies, perfect for grilling and enjoying on a rainy evening. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we would love to return

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was easy to get to, had everything that we expected and worked well for our family of 4. The location in Furnas was well located and it was easy to walk to many restaurants, and also get in and out of the city. We had a large car, and the parking was not a problem at all. We’d definitely stay there again! Thanks César!

Francisco's place was absolutely stunning. Overlooks the Atlantic. Some of our favorite moments were morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking was easy to find and the house was immaculate. Lagao isn't as nice as Ponta but still has its charm and is only a short distance away. However Lagao has all basic amenities you need close to the property. Would stay again

A casa é óptima, extremamente limpa, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia muito confortável. A vista é lindíssima com um enorme espaço exterior. Os anfitriões são muito cuidadosos e simpáticos e responderam sempre prontamente a todas as nossas questões. Ainda tiveram o cuidado de deixar toalhas de banho e uma manta adequadas para bebé e ofereceram produtos alimentares da região. Recomendamos vivamente a casa do Pedro e voltaremos se possível!

A great choice for large groups/families. Our 7 people found a massive 2-story ocean front villa both close to civilization and private at the same time. The location is ideal. You wake up every morning to the sound of waves and you sip your coffee overlooking the ocean on the spacious elevated patios. It's close to markets and the nexus of North-South/ East-West roads making it easy to get anywhere on the island. There is ample off-street parking. Maria and Francisco are wonderful hosts. We arrived to find homemade fig jam and chestnut cake, a selection of local teas, and everything you need to make this your home away from home while in the Azores. There is plenty of space for people to spread out or to come together. Custom table tops that fit over the basalt bollards on the patio along with ample chairs and a patio umbrella help to extend the living space further and enable enjoyment of the south facing patio. Immaculately clean and a great value. We would definitely return.

The villa was private, spacious and clean. The surrounding gardens were lovely. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Monica was a gracious and responsive host.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was beautiful, in a great location, and the perfect setup for our family. When we travel back, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Die Kommunikation mit Victor war ausgezeichnet, vom Buchen bis zum Check-out. Die Unterkunft ist zauberhaft und modern. Der Erholungsfaktor war hoch, dazu zählt auch insbesondere die ruhige Lage, das ausgezeichnete Bett, das geplegte, eingefasste Grundstück und die Aussenbadewanne. Regelmässig bekamen wir neue Handtücher. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Deckenklimaanlage im Schlafzimmer defekt, jedoch wurde mit einer mobilen Einheit abgeholfen. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass wir trotz Glasfassade Privatsphäre hatten. Alles in Allem: Ein wurndervoller Urlaub in diesem Haus und bei Victor. Vielen Dank!!

Beautiful house, the sea view is breathtaking and the whole house is very spacious. Big kitchen and a barbecue in the pool area - my family really enjoyed staying in this house, highly recommend!

Our host Tiago answered his phone every time I called. He was helpful with directions and assisted with all we needed or requested immediately. Very responsive and kind. We loved the layout of the home. Easy access in the door, the bedroom and bathroom walkin shower for very good for elderly people. All the rest including the awesome pool and view was great for the rest. We had 8 persons and we hope to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. With the stone walls surrounding the house and the iron gate, you have a lovely sense of privacy. The pool is lovely and is bigger than the pictures suggest. Although not walkable, the house is very convenient near a super market and less than 10 minutes away from Santa Barbara and other beaches. Felipe was a great host - very responsive to anything we needed.

Beautiful place and very spacious house with many amenities. The host was extremely kind and communicative. We were informed in advance about certain shortcomings and were offered a discount. A nice gesture was the champagne and chocolates upon arrival. The only downside might have been the noticeable humidity, although this is quite understandable given the conditions and location. For this reason, the pizza oven took a long time to heat up, as the moisture had to evaporate. During the period we stayed (late December to early January), it was quite windy, rainy, and foggy, so it’s worth considering this in your plans.

Nuestra estancia en la casa fue incredible. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue clara y rápida, los anfitriones muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario, cuidado al mínimo detalle. La ubicación es ideal, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto y del centro de la ciudad, en una zona muy tranquila con todos los servicios necessários muy próximos. Sin duda, estaremos encantados de volver a alojarnos en esta casa. Muchas gracias a los anfitriones.

Rui personally welcomed us despite our late arrival at 10 p.m. and gave us the most detailed overview and tips about the island that I’ve ever received at any accommodation. Many thanks for the effort! The accommodation itself was fantastic. It was a bit chilly during our stay, so the stove was perfect for warming up and getting cozy in the evenings. A small heads-up for future guests: if there’s a strong storm (as was the case during our visit), smoke from the stove might be pushed back into the house. Just something to be mindful of. But honestly, that was the only minor issue — otherwise, this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at, and for a truly fair price.

Such an amazing place to stay, very private with stunning views. The house is gorgeous!

Carlos’s place was as described. It was very clean and had all the necessities. Carlos was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. It was fairly easy to locate his family home with GPS. It was approximately 1 hour from Ponta Delgada. The little town was quaint and authentic. I would love to visit again.

Super piscine, maison propre, confortable et bien équipée , hôte très réactif et attentionné. Au centre de l’ile, environ 45 minutes de voiture vers l’est ou l’ouest pour tout voir. Près de Ponte Delgada. Plage de Capelas a 3km. Il faut malheureusement utiliser la voiture a chaque sortie.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were accommodating and always available. It's just a shame we couldn't use the pool because of the weather. Thank you for the quick arrangements, we'd love to come back :)

Susana nos trató genial desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Tuve una urgencia y me recomendó un sitio al que ir. Nos mandó un mapa para organizar mejor la ruta y nos dió muchas recomendaciones que no habíamos tenido en cuenta. Tenemos muy claro que si volvemos, nos encantaría poder ir a Casa Vereda:)
