São Miguel Island : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Loved the place very convenient to everything and the city. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed , just wish there was air conditioning it was very humid . Sofia always responded very quickly when we had a question and we would definitely come back . I give this 5 stars 💗

This accommodation was excellent! So conveniently located in town, walkable to everything and parking garage right next door! The host, Marlene, was awesome! Quick to respond to emails and requests and so friendly. She made me feel right at home. The apartment was private, with all the amenities listed. Occasional street traffic could be heard, but, you're in a city, that can't be helped. I can't wait to return!!

Luis was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He left a lot of information regarding activities and local restaurants. He deserves top marks as a host. The apartment is lovely. It has lots of space, great lighting and absolutely everything you will need for a great stay. The off road parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is close to the town center and right next to the highway, making it easy to reach all parts of the island within 30 minutes—yet it remains peaceful and quiet. It was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast or enjoy a quick coffee break. The charming pineapple-themed decor added a nice touch. Plus, the host was very helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend it!

I would highly recommend this appartement! At the center of the island to discover it's beauty in a qualitative accomodation. We felt immediately at home! The thick walls help to blocks the heat, you can sleep with the windows open at night. We loved the personal huge balcon/terrace with view on the beautiful garden and walking distance to the supermarket till 23 o clock and tot the city center. Thanks Luis!

We had a great stay, very conveniently located. Walking distance to things but also easily able to use the car also. We have small kids and it was also a good space for them. Only recommendation would be to have some clearer instructions for the laundry machine! Thanks so much for the hospitality.

A wonderful little apartment. Beautiful outdoor balcony with a magnificent view. Located a 5 min walk to all amenities( grocery, pharmacy,Resto, shops). Easy access to all the nature spots on the eastern side of the island( parks, gardens, wellness thermal spas and beaches). It was a perfect stay to get away from the harsh winter

Sofia's house on the beach has an majestic view! We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and gazing at the Islets. The house itself is super clean and has all you need for a stay in Moisteros. There is a little store very close by that sells fresh bread, local cheese by the slice (yum!) and general groceries. Restaurants are at a walking distance also. Sofia is a great and very responsive host. Thank you Sofia for a short but memorable stay in your house!

The house was very nice with all the necessary amenities. It was nice to have humidifiers that we can use and keep the house comfortable. Dirk had left on the kitchen counter a bottle of wine, cheese and bread. We thought it was a very nice welcome gesture. Plenty of towels, and bathroom supplies for our week stay. The exterior patio with a grill and a combo washer/dryer was perfect. We were out exploring this amazing island and return at night. We cooked half of the time at the house and the kitchen had all the minimum equipment to cook super. We love our stay at Dirk’s house.

A charming and quiet location with a very nice view from the terrace behind the house. The rooms are furnished and decorated in a personal and comfortable way, the kitchen had all we needed. We found the mattress too soft and the bed could have been a few centimeters wider, but this may be a matter of personal preferences. All in all we had a very enjoyable time here.

This place was great! It was walkable to the main square with lots of restaurants along the way and in walking distance. The place was spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. The bathrooms were clean and big. We had some issues using the dryer of the washer/dryer- host was responsive- but it did not work well so we used drying rack. Kitchen had all amenities. Of note, there are 10-12 stairs in the entry way and stairs to the second floor. Host was great about sending us things to do in the area. Great location!

Beautiful apartment - clean, modern and has everything our family of four needed (including baby things)! Great location - 30 seconds to the beach, supermarkets and the excellent Forte Terrace restaurant/cocktail bar. Bruno was super helpful and very responsive. We would definitely recommend!

We had a perfect stay in Vitor's beautiful and spacious house. It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Vitor is a wonderful host. Since our flight had a delay we arrived quite late and even got some food from Vitor. It was a great experience and we can fully recommend Vitor's house.

Wendy’s place was lovely and she was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. Her apartment was centrally located and parking was easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Had a lovey stay. Condo is spacious, and very comfortable. Balcony is amazing. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We felt very at home, and truly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to many great restaurants and to coastal walkway. Definitely recommend 😊

Fabulous appartment, two big bedrooms, very traditional feel with beautiful tiles everywhere, close to the ocean for walking, and great service from Zachary's uncle John (who lives below). Great to be in Rib Grande too, very central for getting anywhere on the island. Really appreciated the parking on site as well. We used the car to go everywhere, but if you want to walk it is not that close to coffee shops or restaurants, and it is not in the heart of the village (ie. if you want that traditional feel of being near an old church), but we loved it otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s place. Communication was good, check in was a breeze. Sara was very accommodating. The pictures are accurate, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, it was a very inviting place, the apartment is toward the back of the building which made it very quiet ( which we really loved), it felt like home. I would stay here again!

Vi är nöjda med Marianas lägenhet! Mycket tack vare balkongen lyfter lägenheten, den är helt fantastisk! Stor och med fantastisk utsikt! Mysigt också att strand och vattenfall är på gångavstånd. Det kan vara bra för er att veta är att det endast finns ett sovrum (med dubbelsäng) så om ni är fler personer så sover några i en del av vardagsrummet, avskilt med draperi. Mariana har varit tillmötesgående och vänlig i all kontakt. Positivt har också varit hennes tips på vad att se och göra på San Miguel.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

This was a great place to stay about a 5-7 minute drive outside of city center of Ponta Delgada. The place is very cozy and has a great outdoor space, with a shared pool and walkable garden area. Since I stayed during the winter season, we didn't use the pool but it was still great to walk around the garden a bit. The home itself was very spacious and my friend and I felt very comfortable. There ARE towels provided contrary to what the listing may say. Everything in the apartment is modern and updated. The main bedroom has a gorgeous view overlooking the garden and the island into the ocean. Since this is not quite in the city, there isn't that much to do in the immediate area but if you have a car to get to Ponta Delgada in less than 10 minutes. And there is parking space available at this apartment. The host is very communicative and helpful, and even provided recommendations for activities and restaurants. Would stay here again!

We had the most wonderful week staying at Jordan's beautiful spot. The location could not be more perfect for access to everything. grocery store downstairs, small bar beside it, a coffee shop beside that, etc. The view to the water and to the hillside was spectacular, especially when the clouds cleared and the sun came out, which improver the visibility. Parking was a breeze thanks to the below ground parking spot, and the elevator made it very accessible. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were awesome and the various pillow thicknesses were a nice treat. Would love to come back sometime in the future. Thank you for everything!
