Very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment made family visit comfortable for everyone. So helpful to have washing machine. Space heaters were efficient for the cool, rainy days since there is no central air or heat. Beds comfortable. Sofia is very responsive when we faced a minor issue and it was immediately addressed. Great views of the Atlantic from the deck. Super place, great host, we will be back!

Luis was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He left a lot of information regarding activities and local restaurants. He deserves top marks as a host. The apartment is lovely. It has lots of space, great lighting and absolutely everything you will need for a great stay. The off road parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would return in a heartbeat.

Great apartment with everything you need to spend many days visiting the island with a great base camp. In a calm neighbourhood and with plenty of space and commodities for, in our case, a family stay. Patricia was really helpful with everything. If we come back we would choose her appartment again.

The owner waited for us and show where is the apartment which was very nice. The apartment was big, clean, quiet, located in a peaceful neighborhood where you can find a lot of free parking spots (Host also offered a private one, but there was no need to use it). You can find everything you need in the apartment to stay there even for a month - a huge plus for a lunch boxes! There was a wide duvet, that was very comfortable. We had also a private bathroom and a balcony with the view of Fogo. We are very happy with this apartment and recommend it for a short and also longer stay.

I would highly recommend this appartement! At the center of the island to discover it's beauty in a qualitative accomodation. We felt immediately at home! The thick walls help to blocks the heat, you can sleep with the windows open at night. We loved the personal huge balcon/terrace with view on the beautiful garden and walking distance to the supermarket till 23 o clock and tot the city center. Thanks Luis!

The apartment lived up to our expectations, the terrace was wonderful. It was well equipped, spacious and a pleasure to be there. Would highly recommend it.

O espaço é exatamente como descrito no anúncio e superou as expectativas, especialmente pelo maravilhoso espaço exterior! Com uma ribeira a passar mesmo ali perto e uma vista deslumbrante para a natureza, este alojamento tem tudo o que é preciso para umas férias verdadeiramente relaxantes no coração da natureza. Foi um fim de semana especial, em que a minha namorada fez anos, e ela adorou a estadia — não podia ter escolhido melhor sítio para celebrar. Um detalhe que fez mesmo a diferença foi o gesto do Pedro, que todas as manhãs deixava pão fresco à porta — uma mais-valia deliciosa para começar bem o dia. É o local ideal para quem quer explorar as Furnas a pé e desfrutar de momentos tranquilos, rodeado de verde e silêncio. Recomendo vivamente!

Passámos uma excelente semana nesta casa antiga e restaurada, típica da região, repleta de detalhes antigos e pitorescos que lhe conferem um charme especial. O espaço está muito bem equipado, proporcionando todo o conforto necessário para uma estadia agradável. Infelizmente, não tivemos a oportunidade de aproveitar o espaço exterior, mas certamente ficará para uma próxima visita. O Dirk foi um anfitrião exemplar, sempre disponível à distância e rápido a responder a todas as nossas questões. A localização ao lado da igreja deu-nos o privilégio de assistir e ouvir os romeiros a cantar,inúmeras vezes, uma tradição magnífica que tornou a experiência ainda mais autêntica. Sem dúvida, a Casinha dos 5 Sentidos entra para a nossa lista de favoritos!

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

Highly recommend this Airbnb! The photos don’t do it justice, I thought it was nicer in person. Great large, clean, modern space that accommodated 9 people very comfortably. Host provided a guide with local food and activity recommendations, public services as well as transportation. Host also provided washer, dryer and iron, plenty of kitchen necessities, towels for bathing as well as outdoor use, which were swapped out with clean towels twice a week. Air conditioning was also a plus to keeping us comfortable during our stay. Location was fairly close to the highway for easy traveling as well as about 5-10mins to the heart of Ponta Delgada. Would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again in the future!

A charming and quiet location with a very nice view from the terrace behind the house. The rooms are furnished and decorated in a personal and comfortable way, the kitchen had all we needed. We found the mattress too soft and the bed could have been a few centimeters wider, but this may be a matter of personal preferences. All in all we had a very enjoyable time here.

Beautiful apartment - clean, modern and has everything our family of four needed (including baby things)! Great location - 30 seconds to the beach, supermarkets and the excellent Forte Terrace restaurant/cocktail bar. Bruno was super helpful and very responsive. We would definitely recommend!

We had a perfect stay in Vitor's beautiful and spacious house. It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Vitor is a wonderful host. Since our flight had a delay we arrived quite late and even got some food from Vitor. It was a great experience and we can fully recommend Vitor's house.

Casa impecável, a senhora que nos fez o check-in foi super querida e ainda nos deu indicações de termas para aproveitarmos e ainda festas de carnaval pela cidade, toda a comunicação com todos foi excelente e não deixou nenhuma dúvida. Voltaremos a repetir a experiência!

Had a lovey stay. Condo is spacious, and very comfortable. Balcony is amazing. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We felt very at home, and truly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to many great restaurants and to coastal walkway. Definitely recommend 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s place. Communication was good, check in was a breeze. Sara was very accommodating. The pictures are accurate, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, it was a very inviting place, the apartment is toward the back of the building which made it very quiet ( which we really loved), it felt like home. I would stay here again!

Vi är nöjda med Marianas lägenhet! Mycket tack vare balkongen lyfter lägenheten, den är helt fantastisk! Stor och med fantastisk utsikt! Mysigt också att strand och vattenfall är på gångavstånd. Det kan vara bra för er att veta är att det endast finns ett sovrum (med dubbelsäng) så om ni är fler personer så sover några i en del av vardagsrummet, avskilt med draperi. Mariana har varit tillmötesgående och vänlig i all kontakt. Positivt har också varit hennes tips på vad att se och göra på San Miguel.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded our expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and that our stay on the island was enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment

Wir waren bereits zum Zweiten mal dort. Die Lage ist einfach klasse. Etwas abseits der Stadt, zentral aber doch ruhig. Das Apartment ist geräumig, Küche gut ausgestattet. Es kann gut geparkt werden und man erreicht sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel sehr gut. Santa Barbara Beach und Monte Verde sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sowie ein Supermarkt und Restaurants!

Gorgeous home with breathtaking views, modern, clean, well kept, well appointed. Laundry a plus. Had eggs and wine available to us at check in! Parking is a little tricky to get through the gate and orient the car so that it is easier to drive out but we figured it out quickly. Great location near airport and restaurants. Luis was very proactive about towels and linens.

They could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We were allowed an early check in and a crib and high chair for a baby. They reached out to be sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The apartment was clean, homey and near everything. We were very happy.
