The flat is small but big enough for 2 people, it's very safe and very quiet for a good sleep! The area provides plenty of choices for restaurants as it's 2 mn walk from the Asiatique Riverfront and it's night market. The swimming pool is a big plus! I definitely recommend and will most probably come back.

We had a great stay! The room was comfortable and clean and we felt looked after by the host, the perfect little sanctuary at the end of busy days. With a free water machine in the cafe downstairs. The location was quite a walk from the places we were visiting (35mins-1hour) but fine if like us you enjoy waking

Mo was amazing to communicate with. In a city where it can be easy to get lost she made it easier for me to get to the space whether it be by taxi or train. She was very quick to respond to any questions and always had suggestions available. A great space for a solo traveller, had all the amenities needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the hospitality and the friendliness of the Host and his wife. I felt right at home throughout the stay. The location is very peaceful and has everything for a digital nomad, I stayed there for a month and loved it. It’s green all around, and well equipped. The host made daily essentials like water, beverages all available at the ground floor which was a massive upside, I really liked that touch. I didn’t have to order a pack of water every time especially since the delivery is capped at a six pack every-time. Just one small caveat (absolutely has nothing to do with the property just a FYI for anyone who is scared of stray dogs) when you go outside the property, there are a pack of wild stray dogs at the only narrow road that connects the main road. So at night it gets scary and I was followed and barked at and the road has no footfall at night. They also follow while you cycle from and to the place. But overall, absolutely recommend for the price, no brainer!

Great accommodation with easy access to public transport facilities to explore different parts of Bangkok. Both Sunee and Suree are great hosts and made us feel welcomed and at ease. Accommodation has all the equipments and facilities you would need. Would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others visiting Bangkok

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

We had an amazing stay. Location was great. Close to metro and easy to catch grab/bolt within 2/3 mins. Host was very friendly and gave really great recommendations

Nice and big house. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, water boiler all included. This house have everything we needed. Room Aircond cold enough. Cooler fan at living room. We sleep four persons. The price so worth it for four of us. This place very safe. At night many food sell at the junction. Thai hotpot and chicken rice so yummy and price so cheap.

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

The apartment is clean and spacious, and check-in was smooth. The doorman and office staff were friendly, and the neighbors were nice. There’s no elevator between the first and second floors, but the doorman helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out. The host was very responsive, quickly addressing any requests. I really appreciated their honesty in informing us about nearby construction before confirming our booking. Thankfully, the noise wasn’t as bad as expected—mostly the sound of moving steel bars, not loud foundation work. The layout is great, well-ventilated, and the firm bed was perfect for us. The host even provided welcome snacks and instant coffee. If I had to nitpick, there was some dust on the headboard, and the kettle was a bit old. But overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

I have stayed in the same building before so had expectations . This apartment fulfilled those and was very impressed with the kitchen equipment (although couldn't find a toaster) so used it quite a lot. Swimming pool on 40th floor is excellent as was the sauna. Never more than a few people in the pool, but most of the time completely empty. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment.

We where 3 adults who really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with nice balconies each side. There is 24h security. The host was helpful. We asked one thing and it sorted in 10 minutes.

Nice place in the heart of Bangkok! Place was clean and clear instructions were given to enter the place. Pickup service from the airport can be arranged with additional cost as well but appreciate the service. 2nd room was small as per other reviews and location is about 5-7 mins walk to Platinum. There were two 7-11s located nearby which was good as well! Did not use the facilities but the guys did and said the pool was beautiful and gym was great! Slightly pricey but a good option for friends to stay together instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Will recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at Titawat’s place. The house is beautiful and looks exactly as described. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was a good base to visit different sites in Bangkok. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood but cabs were easy to get. The staff were really helpful and accommodating to our requests. Some very minor things to keep in mind: The location on Grab might not be accurate. The host didn’t inform us about this and we had to walk about a kilometre to reach the reach the right spot. Since this is a serviced apartment the staff kept visiting the house when we left, without informing us- to tidy things up, which felt a bit odd. The staff also told us to be quieter a couple times although we were just talking/laughing without any music etc. So if you’re a group you’ll have to keep your voices low esp in the evening. But overall we really enjoyed staying here and would 100% recommend to other travelers.

A cozy stay in the middle of crazy Bangkok. Clean, modern, comfortable and close to metro and sky train, which make the place much more valuable. Carl’s place is highly recommended 👍
