We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the restaurants within walking distance were some of our favorites even compared to many in Grace bay itself. The morning view and big sliding glass doors were fantastic.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Esencia! It is a beautiful spot. Ritama and Caridad are responsive and welcoming. If you love a beautiful sunrise, easy walking access to the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, and kiteboarding, this is the spot for you. The other guests were great, too, with enough privacy between each villa. Our villa came with a car, which you will need if you want to explore other parts of the island. We can't wait to come back! The apartment was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. Oscar was very responsive and gave us great recommendations and clear instructions. We were even able to get a late checkout so we could maximize our time for our very short trip. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay for a nice relaxing vacation. The unit was clean and very well appointed, the location on the beach was amazing with chairs and umbrellas always set up and available when needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, and everything was within walking distance. We will be back.

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the luxury resort and with a local touch, this is the place! The apartment offers a nice view of the ocean and you can enjoy breakfast outside while watching the ocean. The apartment is really spacious. I read in previous comments that there was no AC but the bedrooms are fully equipped with AC. We were welcome with a fruit of basket and bottles of water. This is a good place to stay for a family

Really enjoyed the condo! It’s a very calm complex with a lot of full time and seasonal residents, so it lacks a touristy feel. Also felt very safe. The beach was good enough and the pool was amazing, and it was very easy to drive everywhere on the island. We thought it was a wonderful value for the price paid too. Pamela was very sweet and welcoming as well. Overall extremely happy both with the property and the island as a whole!

This place was perfect for us. We wanted the quiet side of the island. It was close to two absolutely gorgeous beaches. Taylor and Sapodilla beach Chalk sound is a gorgeous area The turquoise blue is so gorgeous. It makes you cry. The camera can’t even process how beautiful it is. We went out on a boat ride in Chalk sound, highly recommend that from one of the restaurants down the road (la Brisa’s) But one of the most fun things we did was go down to the water, it was not that deep. Even at high tide, but we used their Floaties and we floated out to the little island and we had a little picnic. It was so fun. We used our flippers to kick us there! We prefer more private than Grace Bay. But it was easy to get to Grace Bay if we wanted to go there. Patricia and Merv were so friendly, we would definitely go back here!

We had a wonderful stay at Thashena’s place! We cooked almost all of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grill was also a nice addition. The villa is very peaceful and quiet, we felt very safe. We rented a car and found it very easy to get to and from the villa and the beaches. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the living room. The team of owners were also very quick to respond when we had questions, and were kind enough to allow us to check in early. We would definitely stay here again!

Having a private bungalow on the beach in Turks and Caicos was amazing! The property is beautifully maintained and each bungalow has its own private setting, including a splash pool. Everything was immaculate! We loved that we were on peaceful LongBay Beach, away from the crowds. The water was calm which made it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Kayaks and SUPs were provided so there was no need to rent! Everyone was very welcoming and Jen was always very helpful when we needed a taxi or had questions about anything. She even brought us to the market! We have been on many beach vacations and this one is at the top of the list. We can't wait to go back. When we do, we will definitely return to Swaying Palms!!!

We loved our stay at Daphny’s. It was a brand new home in a great location on Chalk Sound. Daphny and her team were ultra responsive and accommodating. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards for daily excursions across Chalk Sound. Sapodilla Beach and Taylor Beach were both close and beautiful. The entire south side seems to have an endless shelf with calm and warm water. The home has every convenience we wanted, plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, and bath products. Daphny even offered us a ride one morning when our rental was dead. There were TVs and AC in all bedrooms and the main room, and lots of welcome snacks and drinks. There is small construction next door, but not noisy at all, and the windows and sliders are super thick glass, so super quiet at night. We would definitely stay with Daphny again and highly recommend this house.

We appreciated all of the care and attention to any questions that we had (which attention includes Julian & team's near-instantaneous responsiveness) but who were otherwise entirely respectful and unintrusive; just the right touch for our hard-earned vacation. The accommodations are very comfortable and the ambiance exquisite; our kids and grandkids enjoyed both the beach and the pool! The value (in US dollars) was reasonable; we sought something special and that is what we paid for. Loved our time at Villa View and would not hesitate to return. Again, many thanks! The view from the villa is beautiful. It is well appointed, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials. They have laundry facilities although we did not use them, we had intended to and then didn’t need to. The view of Chalk Sound is stunning and the beaches within walking distance are definitely the best on the island. We loved the beaches that were close by. Chantal and Dave have chairs and coolers for use at the beach which was wonderful. You definitely need a rental car as it is quite remote from most of the restaurants. Las Brisa’s is right next door which was very handy and we did eat there are few times. The first night on the island we ate there and the food was wonderful. Our next few experiences there were not as good and we wished we hadn’t continued to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, it was very relaxing for our family

Over all the place was good..... Beautiful view Very nice ...large pool Size of house was adequate Acess to the sound was awesome Very well priced compared to other houses in the area.

This villa was fantastic. The view from the deck was so gorgeous, photos don’t do it justice. The deck furniture made all kinds of lounging possible, and the hammocks were a fun addition. It’s also literally steps from the beach, which is beautiful, private and practically empty. The house itself has everything you need for vacation. Stocked kitchen, great shower, super comfortable bed. It was a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go when we weren’t soaking up the ambiance of long bay beach. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a vacation in Turks. Book it. You won’t regret it.

The condo was EXACTLY as pictured. Very clean, plenty of towels and great location. Bed was super comfy as well and blackout curtains must have been installed as there was no sunlight in morning waking us up. There is chatter about the construction next door but you do not hear it when inside. Granted if on balcony you will be cognizant of the workers but it truly is not an issue. No disturbance when on beach either. Monique was an amazing host - reaching out to me make sure all was good. Very on top of things, thank you again Monique for sharing your little piece of paradise. We wouldn’t hesitate to return !! Go ahead readers - book this place before it’s gone !!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Very safe and walkable area- even after dinner. We walked to the beach and swam every day- snorkeled on the calm days too. Would have loved to have had full beach loungers but at this price point it was worth doing without. FabuLous stay

We loved our stay in Jennifer’s condo. Grounds were beautiful and it was quiet and relaxing! I would definitely advise that you need a rental as the condo as on the other end of the island, only 20-30 minutes away but too far for taxi ride!

We stayed on the second floor and the view was wonderful! The place was extremely clean and even better than the photos show! The only thing I could slightly complain about, Is that the beds are not comfortable…..especially the twin size beds.

Courtney's place was perfect for my family of four. It's away from the busy Grace Bay main area but it was just what we wanted. The beach is quiet and only a short 6 min walk from the unit. Imagine going to a large resort and walking to the beach from your unit, same thing. The beach is on Grace Bay right next to Smith's Reef so if you're into snorkelling this location is perfect. Situated right in Turtle Cove Marina with many great restaurants. Sapodilla Bay which is another quieter beach was my favourite. So shallow, clear and warm. It was a 13 min drive but so worth it. Renting the car was so easy and included airport pick up and drop off. Grocery store was a 5 min drive. Main strip where there are shops and big resorts such as Alexandra and Ritz Carlton was only 7 mins away. We would come back here again and rent Courtney's place without hesitation. The unit really is huge and exactly as the pictures. We also have to mention Molly, the on site host who was so helpful and kind.

Had a wonderful time!! Mark and Kiki were great host to my fiancé and myself. Grounds were beautiful including the pool and the beach was just a short walk past the pool, which led to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! We decided to extend our stay at very short notice and Mark was able to let us stay and enjoys couple more days. If we had any questions at all they were answered promptly and went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend Mark and Kiki’s properties and would be happy to book with them when we visit in the future!!

10/10 star rating! ⭐️ This is a gem of a place nearTurtle Cove and a very short walk to Smith’s reef. If you enjoy pool and beach time you get the very best of these two worlds at Jeff’s haven away from home. His beautifully and comfortably appointed unit will not disappoint. The area is quiet which affords the most relaxing days and nights. There are nice and also affordable restaurants within walking distance or you can venture just a few minutes by car for expanded choices for dining. You simply cannot go wrong by staying here. Jeff is truly a terrific host who was responsive to our inquiries. It’s clear that he has a strong desire to ensure that your experience is positive. Thank you Jeff! We cant wait to come back.

The location of the Airbnb was great! Walking distance from good restaurants and two beautiful beaches--Taylor and Sapodilla. The Airbnb was very neat and clean and the perfect size for us. Buela was a wonderful host, communicative and responsive. If we come back to Providenciales, we would stay here again!
